60,000 miles service

I brought in my 2013 sonata for 60,000 service and was told it would be over $800.00 outrageous price catalogue says it only $400.00 and change

I would not recommend this dealer.

We were very pleased with M-C Hyundai. The sales associate made me feel like a valued customer. I do enjoy my new car! We were a bit upset with how the car's warranty situation was handled. The associate told us one thing, but we were told the car had a lesser-kind of warranty once the buying process was ongoing. My family and I were initially upset that we had been lied to, but the used car sales manager came in & fixed the issue for us.

It was good until it wasn’t

I went in looking to purchase a new vehicle. The service manager recommended a sales associate but he wasn’t available. We ended up with Lucky. He was okay but he didn’t really do a good job on educating my wife and I on the features and benefits of our vehicle. We really had to press him. Danny the sales manager was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He ended up giving us a great deal on our trade and a great interest rate. However, our one complaint is the time it has taken for them to pay off our trade. When we arrived we told them we were late on our payment by about 10 days and we asked if we should go ahead and make the payment on our Mazda, Danny said not to worry about it because the accounting team would send a check within 7-10 days and that there would be no way we would be 30 days late. I received a call from our current finance company today informing us that we are 31 days late and that the only thing we can do it tell Malcolm Cunningham to expedite a check ASAP. That there is nothing we can do and we will now have a negative mark on our credit history. This is especially frustrating because we were ready to make the payment as we were already a few days late and we had the money to do so. It was only after be reassured by the sales manager that we did not need to worry about it that we decided to let them take care of it, which was a mistake.

Excellent dealership

Went to Malcolm Cunningham Hyundai to just look around at new Santa Fe vehicles. Lucky came over and proceeded to show us 2018 and 2019 Santa Fe vehicles. He answered questions and explained the difference between the 2018 and the 2019 vehicles and our 2015 SF Sport. Based upon his information and the information provided by the Sales Mgr Ray, we decided to purchase a 2018 Santa Fe. Basically, went in just to walk around and look; but, as a result of the sales staff, we purchased and drove out with a new 2018 Santa Fe. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Awful lack of communication!!!

I am not one to write negative reviews but here I am today to tell you about my experience. It was Abt 6:40pm Sal Walker contacted me abt my inquiry abt a new 2017 value edition Veloster iron Man silver edition that they had on the lot. He asked if I wanted to come up for a test drive that evening so I said yes.. so I drove 40 mins got there walked in asked for Sal.. they went looking for him... Apparently he had went home....well Payton asked if he could help us and we told him what we where there for... We walked around the lot looking for this car to test drive because I was really interested in buying the car... We looked and looked well come to find out the car was not even on the premises. Payton said he would call us once he found out what was going on.. he called Friday and said that the car wasn't even in the southeast and would have to be shipped back.. seriously not ok.. the lack of communication on Sal's part was rather poor and I didn't appreciate driving 40 mins to see a car that wasn't even there. So unfortunately I took my business elsewhere and got the car I wanted...

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had! I found a new 2017 Ioniq on the Edmund's app that Malcolm Cunningham had. I contacted them and let them know I was waiting on my own financing to go through, but that I was interested in test driving and getting everything figured out in the meantime. Rodney was very understanding and helpful and never pushed me into anything I didn't want to do. I was turning in a leased car and he walked me through everything and sent me home with 2 different options to think over. When I was ready, I sent him a text to let him know when I'd be stopping in. Everything was so easy. I came in, signed the papers, and was good to go! Rodney made sure the car was washed and detailed, and that I knew how to set up everything in the car before I drove away. Everyone I interacted with at Malcolm Cunningham was so friendly and nice. I never had any buyers remorse or 2nd thoughts while buying my new car. I highly recommend Rodney at Malcolm Cunningham when you're looking for your next car!

My credit wasn't to good but they got me n a 2017 elantra

I was only going to look but Lucky was an awesome salesman. He helped me get in a 2017 hyundai elantra with me not really having any credit. I couldn't have asked for Anyone better. My only complaint is that the car was not cleaned as he had requested. I will Definitely be back to purchase from them in the future !!

I went in there not expecting to get a car but I end up driving out a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Beautiful car. I got it during the acquisition sale. A young salesman named Trent took care of me from the beginning to the end and I got the exactly what I wanted. The price was terrific. Come to find out he just started working there. He will make a great salesman.

Dishonest Company

This company doesn't stand by their word. They want your business and once they get the sale, they don't care about the client. They will respond to the review to make it seem like they are concerned, but will be conveniently unavailable every time you try to contact them.

A great and wonderful new car experience

A few friends of mine own Hyundais and have raved about them. I purchased a Ford from Malcolm Cunningham 5 years ago, when he owned the dealership on P'tree Industrial Blvd. and had a very good experience. The Ford Focus, however, was a different story. I have never had a more miserable experience with a car in all of my life. Major transmission issues and the constant service became more that I could bear. Malcolm Cunningham stayed in touch with me via e-mail over the years and I knew it was time to get rid of my car. The salesman Max was phenomenal, very kind, patient and not pushy. The finance officer Louis was also just the very best; so nice, friendly and put me right @ ease. From the young man that greeted me when I pulled up to the very end of the process, it was ALL GOOD!!! Can't say enough kind words about the aforementioned people. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Will not respond

Took client to purchase CPO Santa Fe. Sales Manager was moderately helpful in that process, but afterwards completely ignored both my client and me when we tried to set appointment for “We Owe” on complete detail. Weather was a factor at first, but has now been six weeks, and cannot get him to return texts or calls. Will never do business with them again.

I am 70 years old and purchased many cars but never one this easy, owned Toyota’s but from now on it will be Hyundai’s. Ask for Maxx he is very throrpugh and friendly and knowledgeable. They gave more on trade then I expected and I made them offer and they not only accepted they beat it. Try them you will not be disappointed, Patrick Brown Snellville

Lucky made me laugh and was very pleasant. I hope to have a great maintenance service when I come in to do that. I had a ford excursion that did not have a problem owned it for 17 years.. I want a car that will last and not just break down with all kinds of problems. Lucky Oboh is a very happy person and he did his job well.
