Great service visit

Nobody likes to bring their vehicle to the dealership for service, but my experience at Malloy Ford was as painless as possible. Starting with the Service Writer, Tom, who was excellent from the beginning. He helped me with pricing and what I needed to do for my 50K-mile service, and had excellent follow-up. As it turned out I had nails in three of my tires and all were leaking slowly - that's why my tire light kept going on. He gave me my options but never tried to pressure me one way or the other. I decided on new (they were on a special, thank god) and he got me in the next day to get them taken care of. Nice new showroom and waiting room with wifi (although no water in the fridge).

Great Experience. Doniell is #1

I went into Malloy Ford Charlottesville to ask a few questions about a Ford Fiesta that was posted on their web site and was lucky enough to meet their Business Manager Doniell Reynolds (Greatest Sales Business Manager I've ever met!!). She took the time to personally show me several cars before I went home to pick up my son to bring him back to look at them. Doniell made my son and I feel very comfortable/not pressured and treated us like we were family. Doniell then introduced us to salesman Irving Parrish who was professional, a great person and very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. Doniell and Irving made this sale by being two great people and I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to visit them at Malloy Ford. 25,000 mile service

Service Director won't return my calls

I had a terrible experience this past February renewing my inspection sticker and fixing a defective passenger-side airbag sensor, which took 3 trips to the dealership. The airbag sensor has been an on-going problem for 4 years. Multiple replacements of the sensors (and harness wiring & wiring assembly) cost me a total of over $2,000. Since March 20, I've made three requests (first through a service adviser, second through a receptionist, third through a direct email on April 23 to Melissa Best) for Melissa to call and help me understand what happened and to reimburse a portion of my bill in goodwill compensation for my time and frustration. I have still not been contacted. I've been a loyal Ford customer (Brady-Bushey, Battlefield and Malloy) for over 20 yrs. I'm simply asking for Melissa to contact me. Thank you.

Buying a car without headache

It was a pleasure working with Freddy. He was very helpful, courteous, listen carefully and remember what I am looking for. I am appreciated that he not only delivered my new car to my door but also explained and demonstrated every functions to me in detail multiple times ! Most of all he even cleaned my old floormats before putting it in my new car. People at the dealership are very friendly and the paperwork is so easy to accomplish.

Patrick was very nice and helpful! Danny and Patrick worked together to get me the deal that I needed. They called and sent text messages to stay in contact with me while working on the deal. The next day I met William he was super friendly, he explained everything to me, he was the one who finalized the sale for me. Transmission woes

On a bleak and rainy day, my transmission cable broke leaving me stranded. Malloy was pretty busy and couldn't fit me in quickly. It was a long day! But, they fixed my car and I'm satisfied with the work.

Long day to wait; but worth the wait

I enjoy going to Malloy Ford due to the great people! They keep you informed so that you can make good decisions. I know it's tuff to satisfy people with their cars. Most service is performed sequentially. If there was a way to perform services simultaneously, it would make the waits shorter. I did not realize that "detailing" a car took so much time. The cars always look, smell and perform like new after "detailing." Thank you for the courtesy wash and vacuuming!
