Will Never Go to Another Dealership

This is my 3rd vehicle from Marina. I had a Lancer, then a 2013 Outlander Sport & now I have a 2015 Outlander Sport. Not only have the guys been super friendly (in all departments, including service, finance & the ladies that prepare all of the sale documents), but I feel like they really go the extra mile to make you happy - you really get the sense that the Marina family CARES about your experience & wants you to walk away with a feeling of satisfaction. Marina has become my auto family & I will never go to another dealership. Not only have I been super satisfied/happy with Mitsubishi, as a whole, but Marina provides a special type of service that is rare these days - providing patience & making your experience personal. Great job, guys!

I purchased a new Mitsubishi after falling in love with my daughters 2013 outlander sport. We have all our service performed at Marine Mitsubishi in Webster ny. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT.IM AVERAGEING 27.5 MILES PER GALLON NOT TO BAD. If your looking for a new vehicle take one for a ride youll be surprised.

This is not the first vechicle we purchased from Marina as previously owned 2007 Outlander, 2012 Jeep Liberty and now 2014 Mitisbushi Outlander. I was already familiar with the Outlander but the 2014 very stylish. I have to say customer service plays a big part in purchashing a vehicle. Why change when nothing is broke.

This was my third vehicle purchase and Marina Dodge/Mitsubishi. All the staff is friendly, but, this was the BEST experience by far. My Sales Consultant, Johnathan Gutierrez, went well above and beyond for me and provided the absolute best customer service possible. I really cannot express in words how great he made the experience. John made feel comfortable, listened to what I said, was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions and made be feel like I was important, respected, a friend. He worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted and made sure I was comfortable by reviewing all the vheicle options before I left the dealership. He even stayed past his shift to deliver my new car personally and be sure I was satisfied. He is Terrific (with a capital T)! I don't believe I have enjoyed meeting and working with an agent as much as John Guterierrz. Marina has a great Sales Team, but, John is #1 in my book and if your in the market for a new or used vehicle, he's your guy! Marina Dodge has a well stocked inventory to choose from and an excellent Service Department for after the sale. I have had all my routine maintenance performed there and I have never had a complaint. The Service Waiting Area has been totally revamped to a spacious room with tv, comfortable chairs and couches and a friendly staff. The work is performed in a timely manner, they make you aware of any problems, provide you with an estimate and how soon the issue should be fixed. They won't make you 'do it today' if its not necessary but let you know how soon it could be a major problem. I trust them and I hope you have the same experience as I have whenver you visit Marina. They have earned my repeat business. Thanks Marina!

Marina Chrysler Dodge Jeep, First class buying experience. Very clean and well-lit showroom, with a coffee bar. Friendly staff, zero pressure sales team, make this dealership a place to shop for your next car. Shane Pitts / Steve Novick Sales team is A+++, I was in and out within an hour, very easy to work with, zero pressure sale. Gave me the deal I wanted and also the trade in value I wanted. Jim Bonanno / Service department A+++ Service Team / Great Service, Fast and very clean service area. Nice waiting room with magazines and TV and coffee bar. Our car was treated very well, the car was in and out, both for an oil / filter change and also an extra key was programmed. Hi, we have given this dealership a great rating because they are friendly, helpful, efficient and straight forward. We enjoyed our first purchase so much, we came back and bought another car within the same week. Louie Restivo was my salesman, he was great, I can't say enough great things about him (very knowledgeable). He showed me different cars with the different features and I purchased a 13 Outlander Sport. He made the process very easy from start to finish. I have purchased 5 cars from him over the years. I have sent family and friends to him and they all have raved about him. Closing the deal with Jason Ivy was great too, as he explained every paper I was signing. Everyone there was very friendly from start to finish. I have also used the Service department throughout the years and the Director Paul Lootens has been great, they treat you like family there. I recommend this Dealership to everyone as it is a 5 Star in my eyes and my families.

We walked into Marina Mitsubishi Webster, NY Sunday...

We walked into Marina Mitsubishi Webster, NY Sunday afternoon around 2:00 pm, they close at 3:00pm. The desk person said hello and was actually pleasent with us. A surprise since other dealer personel found it hard to smile. She was very attentive to us when the sales consultant and mangager were on their computers or taken away to look for keys and such. She asked who we were there to see. We weren't working with anyone there and she introduced us to Dan Fico sales consultant who asked which model we were interested in. He introduced us to Chad Meyers Sales Manager who was already searching for models on his lot. Within 5 minutes we had a set of keys to a 2013 Outlander Sport ES. After reviewing with Chad Meyers purchase pricing vs. leasing, we went back out to the lot to see a 2013 Outlander Sport ES/AWD and by 3:07 pm we had leased the Outlander Sport ES/AWD and were on our way home. We picked up the Outlander the next day at 3:00 pm. The experience and pricing was outstanding! From the time we walked in the showroom at Marina Mistsubishi we felt as though we were a CUSTOMER as apposed to a bother. The showroom was clean, updated and the managers were right there!! Dan Fico was already working on something, he gave us the impression that he was there for us.Dan always made it seems as though we were the only ones in his showroom. He gave us the keys and met us on the lot within a few minutes. We din't need to test drive the Outlander as we had done so the day before at another dealer. When Dan introduced us to Chad Meyers, he too was respectful, pleasent and showed us the attention we had not recieved at two other dealers we had visited on Friday (Cortese Mitsubishi W. Herrrieta, NY) and Saturday (Transitowne Mitsubishi Buffalo, NY). When we picked up our Outlander on Monday, one of the owners came out to meet us becuase we were talking about what a wonderful experience it was buying from their dealershi!!! Also we let everyone in the showroom know how poorly we were treated at the other two dealerships. The owner was very interested in what we had to say and took extra time with us to hear not only the positive accolades about Dan Fico, Chad Meyers and all his staff but he was truly interested in how poorly we were treated at other Mitsubishi dealers. Dan Fico then introduced us to John Micelli Fiance Manager, who completed our paperwork. John too was respectful, pleasent and took the time to review with us any questions. John then offered us a Ding Shield program from Dent Wizard for $11.00 a month; since we were leasing. What a perfect opportunity to save us money at the end of the lease. We have leased before and no other dealer had this offer. Thanks again John Micelli! We have purchased or leased vehicles for over 30 yrs. and Marina Mitsubisi Webster, NY is hands down the BEST dealership to work with. My Dad (Subaru) and a friend (Kia) whose leases are up in 2013 will be leasing their next vehicles from Marina Mitsubishi Webster, NY. We will be speaking very highy of Marina to all our friends and relatives.

If you install after market items in your car and get work done by them they will tell you that "it isn't their problem." Regardless if this isnt their policy, dont say that to a customer who spent tens of thousands of dollars there over the years. Very deceptive practices. Now I have a worthless car starter.

Our experience was great. Starting with Mike zipping up to us in the lot in his electric cart. That was a fantastic way to transport us back up to the sales room. It only took 3 hours for us to find a car we liked, test drive it and then make a deal on it. Compared to our past experiences in buying a car, this was a piece of cake.

Louie and the entire team at Marina were simply fantastic. It was a no hassle, no pressure experience that was completely different from anything I have experienced before. I felt like I was a member of the family from the minute I walked in the door. They took the time to answer all my questions from minute one no matter how silly it was they explained every little detail I needed until I was totally comfortable with everything from the vehicle to the financing to the options. I would recommond this dealer to anyone looking for an easy, no hassle, no pressure experience with people that truly care about your needs from beginning to end.
