Went to service dept for check engine light

Went in to get check engine light fixed. Was charged $305 only to have same problem in less than 60 miles. Took it back and was told I needed other parts that would cost almost $400 . The 0448 code , I come to find out is a common problem and should not have taken two trips to the shop . Just wanted to sell me both repairs and charge twice as much as it should have been. Dave your money and do not waste your time with Mark Arbuckle Nissan

Quick to the point

There was no fussing around on prices, they gave me what I wanted and the monthly payments I’m good with. They detailed my new truck while we were doing paperwork and it was about 2 hours I walked out with a 2018 Nissan Titan XD.

I would recommend this dealer.

Our sales person, Sean, was attentive to our needs Explained options and vehicles to us. We actually bought a different vehicle than we originally came for. Gave us a great deal. This is our 8th vehicle from this dealership including cars for our sons. We don't even shop anywhere else. Service is fantastic.

A Good Experience

Our Pathfinder had a recall, and there were about 8 other items to be checked out, plus an oil change. The scheduled appointment was started on time and we were given an estimate of how long it would take. We received a call to inform us of a few other issues they found and asked our permission to take care of them, again letting us know how long it would take. We received a call immediately after it was ready, and they reviewed all they had done and the reasons behind them, with the vehicle right beside us at the service counter. The next day they called, asking if everything was satisfactory and thanking us for our business. All employees treated us well. Thank you!

What an experience

I was looking to purchase a 2014 Nissan Maxima after being involved in a car accident. I had researched vehicles online and came across one vehicle I liked which was located in the little town of Indiana, PA at a dealership named Mark Arbuckle Nissan. I didn't really know what to expect since this was my first vehicle purchase not to mention I was coming out of Connecticut so I would be taking a chance if the vehicle had issues. Now most people would think I'm crazy to drive 6 hours to purchase a vehicle but I can tell you it was the best decision I made. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone named Brad Conner. This guy is truly a gem. After a couple of phone calls and few back and forth texts I new I only wanted to deal with him. His character and charisma were absolutely impeccable. He made my first car buying experience one to remember. He made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape and he gave me an EXCELLENT price. In addition a young lady in the finance department named Carrie Shaffer took absolutely good care of me, explaining every little detail of my car purchase. I'm grateful to both of them for giving me an experience I will never forget. Thank you Brad and Carrie. And thank you Mark Arbuckle Nissan. Check them out you won't regret it.

Was looking to getting rid of my 03 Silverado & getting another Chevy when 2 friends mentiones they had Nissan Titans and were very pleased with them. They mentioned Mark Arbuckle Nissan which is about 1 hour away because of their experiences with Pgh East Nissan compared to Mark Arbuckle Nissan. I called and talked to Shawn about a Titan 4x4, after finding that i lived an hour away he advised me to got to a local Nissan dealer to look at them to make sure of what i wanted. After deciding what model i wanted i got a price from Pgh East, i went outside and called Shawn to tell him what Titan i wanted and he gave me a price over the phone that was a few thousand $$ less than Pgh East quoted me. So of course i went back inside to see if they would match that price from Shawn, they laughed and said that once i got to Mark Arbuckles that they would not give me that price. Well i not only paid the price i was quoted over the phone but i actually got a Titan that the sticker was $900 more than the Titan i originally was pricing. They also gave me a better price on my wifes Altima. Now i'll be looking at a Frontier crew cab 4x4 for my dad. All you have to do is call them when you know what you want and i think they will beat any other deal you come up with.

Very dishonest. Was told the jeep we bought was worth a certain amount and found out later we were lied to. We are now stuck with the car and enless we have thousands to put down cannot get rid of it. There only care was making his commision off us. Now he doesnt even bother to retun my calls.

It was time for a trade in of my 07 Camry so my husband and myself decided to try Blue Knob Auto. The vehicles were nice but the trade-in was the bottom line. They undercut me almost $2,000 so after about 20 minutes on the lot we left. We decided to head out to Indiana to see what Mark Arbuckle had and see what he would offer us for our trade. He came a few hundred dollars under, which was acceptable. We looked at a few used cars and asked about any new car incentives and boy we hit the jackpot. We ended up driving away with a new 2012(which we thought was out of our budget). Matt was so courteous and easy to work with. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. This car buying experience was so easy and I would recommend them.

bought 2012 frontier pro 4x on 4.27.12. started to talk over phone about unit. within 35 mimn., we came to a agreement. i could have more than likely got them down in price, but i was happy where i was. told shawn i would be there at 11 am the next day to pick up unit. got there ......... met shawn. i was in and out in less than 1 hour. everybody i dealt with were fantastic. they transfered everything from trade in to new unit.everybody was so nice and polite to deal with. the same when i watched their interaction with other customers. they seem like good people. would i buy there again? YES YES YES. thanks guys and gals. i know, i should have tried the cookies.

We just plain had a Bad experience. as a result, we Would not recommend for anything. We thought we had it all figured out before we took the long drive to his store. He had misrepresented the offer and when you get there you must start negotiating all over. Horrible experience.
