Friendly, efficient sales and service

Just bought a car 2 days ago

I just came to U.S. as an international student. Victor Bostrom does great helps to me. He helps me handle all the things about buying a car in the U.S. There is only one problem: The price here is totally nonnegotiable.

Purchase and first service

Everything was finished in a timely manor.(appointment recommended) All of the people involved in my purchase were great to work with. It was recommended to me to make an appointment for my first service visit which was completed quickly and efficiently.

Great Experience

We were able to work with Curtis to get a new vehicle with no pressure and in a timely manner. We were notified within 30 minutes of it reaching the lot. We arrived to take ownership and found out that we did not have to haggle or work on deals to lower the price of the vehicle. The pricing was set and fair, so we were able to relax and enjoy the experience of purchasing a vehicle!

Body work repair for 10+ year old Subaru

Kim at the Mark Miller Subaru Midtown fixed the front fender on our old Subaru. We where inpressed with how quickly he completed the work and the courtesy of the body work staff. We'll definitely be recommending them and come back ourselves if we need more body work done. Thank you!

I found Steve Page to be an excellent employee. He was very knowlegable. He took plenty of time with us and did not pressure us in any way. He was well liked by my son two years ago when he bought a Subaru so when I requested him to go with me and help me in looking for a new car he called and made an appointment with Steve. We spent the better part of the day making up our minds. I would recommend him to anyone.

Best car buying experience ever!

I purchased a car Saturday and it was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! My circumstances were a bit challenging, yet Curtis Holt at the Midtown store was most definitely up to the task! He worked to find the absolute perfect vehicle that met all the requirements I had, but the car was not at his store. The car was located at the South Town store and Curtis was more than happy to meet me down there. We showed up, test drove the car, and within an hour drove away in our new car! From being greeted walking through the door to waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up to leaving the dealership, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience, and quick! The dealership was very busy and all I saw were smiles from both employees and customers alike. We were warmly greeted by every employee we encountered, and every time we walked through the door. This is the fourth car that I have purchased from a dealership and the first one that I purchased through Mark Miller Subaru and Curtis Holt, but it will definitely not be the last! I cannot sing enough praise about Curtis and the staff at either their Midtown or South Town locations.

Stress-Relievers

My 2011 Forester lost its transmission at 61,000 miles with no hint that it was going out. Had it towed to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown after consulting Subaru of America. Brad in Service had it examined and submitted paperwork to Service Manager who contacted Subaru of America. Subaru paid for a one time install of a new transmission saving me thousands of dollars I really couldn't afford. 🤗

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile by taking me to work (even though I work across the street) It is a very busy road and I didn't want to cross by foot. Then they brought my vehicle to me so I didn't have to cross the street to pick it up.

Quick and efficient.

I blew a fuse for the power outlet on the dash and couldn't find which fuse was blown. They replaced the fuse, washed my car and showed me where the location of the blown fuse was. They even did a complete check over for any unseen issues that might have been existing. A clean bill of health.

Wow!!!

This experience could not have been better! I have bought many cars over the years and have never seen anything like this. Mike Pierce was by far the most honest, genuine, helpful salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was upfront with all pricing, including 'out the door' pricing, right from the get-go. There were no games, no gimmicks, I'm still in shock at how easy this was. Mike genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart. He even helped me on a Sunday from his cell phone. He credits a lot of his ability to help people, to Mark (and his son Jeff) Miller. He says they clearly care more about customer service than money, unlike any other dealer he has seen or worked at. I would have to agree with him from what I saw and experienced. I highly recommend looking into this dealer before making any purchase. You will not regret it. I would also recommend asking for Mike, as I have not experienced that kind of service anywhere.
