Great Service!!!

Took my 2017 Tundra in for a 30,000 mile service. I worked with Bruce, who couldn't have been nicer. He told me everything they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and took it from there. The dealership is first class. They have a deli/coffee shop right in the lounge you can order lunch from while you're waiting. I got my truck back washed and vacuumed and running like a top. I would definitely recommend Mark Miller.

I recently had my 2008 Tundra serviced, and the experience was great as it always is. I have worked with Bruce since 2005 when we bought a new Tacoma. Bruce and all of the Mark Miller staff are great to work with. No need to go anywhere else.

Don’t buy a Toyota at any other dealership! You will love Mark Miller Toyota. They have the best Customer Service around. I have owned my Toyota for over 20 years and they still treat me with the best service as if I just purchased my car a month ago. They take care of all customers with the best people. I never worry about my car when I leave it for a repair or maintenance it’s always taken care of with quality care. Love this place!

Toyota pruis 2013 brake problem

I have a pruis 2013 that used to have a problem with the brake and the ABS lights were on. I took the car to a Mark Miller Toyota Dealership, after I explained the situation of the brakes. They started to look at the car and the fixed the brakes better then it was before. They adjusted the badel brake and they cleaned all the ABS codes. Now I just enjoy every moment I press the brake. Thank you, Mark Miller Toyota Dealership.

Horrible and as an employee I was treated pretty bad!

I went to work for Mark Miller Toyota and was only there a week. I had sold for Ken Garff so I thought it would be the same dynamic, but man was I wrong! After I got hired I was told I had to purchase my own laptop, which I did, but thought "why didnt they tell me that in the interview process"!?!?! Then, I get my first paycheck and they took $51 out for my sales license, and again, this was never communicated me until I questioned it after receiving my pay stub. I questioned the GM about it and he said, "Oh yes we charge back all sales license because we are not as big as Ken Garff, but we are better". I just laughed and said "your pay checks sure aren't". After all of this, I thought I'm in the wrong place because I expect an employer to be up front and honest with me BEFORE I am hired, because if they hide everything up front and an employee makes all of these efforts and investments they suddenly feel they are stuck and just stay. I, on the other hand felt that if they can do this to me up front, then what will they do to me down the road? I then think about my customers, and will the same thing be done to them? This isn't a place I would ever recommend as an employer, or to do business with. Sneaky and liars is all I can say about them! If you value your time and money go elsewhere for employment or to purchase!

They sold me a used Landcruiser as new!I had problems with the transmission. They did not fix the problem, they just reduced the power!

Easy car purchase & professional service

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. I live in Moab about 230 miles away but because of Mark Miller's reputation, I drove to Salt Lake City to buy my car. I am glad that I did. The price was excellent, my trade-in value was higher than expected, and the staff was easy to deal with. I have also returned a few times for normal maintenance. I have been really impressed by the efficiency of the experience.

The service on my vehicle at Mark Miller Toyota is always thorough, done quickly and clearly reviewed with me. It gives me confidence that my car being properly maintained and able to give peak performance. I also appreciate the free car wash. I don’t think there is any place better.

Professional, convenient and great service!

Brought my car in for an oil change but told them about a couple of other concerns I had with the vehicle and although not on the schedule they took time to look over my concerns and show me exactly what was going on. I had originally brought my car in for an oil change because I thought that's why my service light was on but they informed me I wasn't due for my oil change for another 2000 miles, they offered to rotate my tires for me since that's what was due, I explained I purchased the tires somewhere else and they rotate them for free. No problem or pressure at all, they informed me what my next service would entail and gave me a detailed list of my cars maintenance history, washed my car for me and I was on my way. I was there maybe 30 minutes.

From the very first time in taking my 2012 Toyota RAV4 to Mark Miller Toyota, beginning 2013, I have been very impressed with how they treat not only my vehicle by keeping it well maintained and addressing any concerns with honesty and integrity....but how they treat me as a customer. They communicate with while I wait, and their waiting area is always clean and inviting. They are conveniently located in Salt Lake City, and even with my recent move to Sandy, UT being further away now from their location, there is no other dealership I would have service my vehicle than Mark Miller Toyota.

The price of the car isn't the same as advertised. They charge you for anything you eat or drink in the dealership, which is a huge rip off! Go to Bountiful Toyota, as thats where I went and they treated me a lot better. Don't send anyone to Mark Miller because they are thieves!

I go to Mark Miller for anything on my Highlander. Routing maintenance or repairs, they are the place to go to. They are always quick, they have a great shuttle service, and the always return my Highlander in better condition than I left it.

I have just had another great experience from Mark Miller Toyota Service. I've been using them for my service needs since 2003 for my 2002 tundra which now has 360,000 miles and cruizn along great!! Wendell McMullen has been my service adviser there for 16 years and I wouldn't know what to do without him. I recently added a 2017 tundra to the mix and love it!! Wouldn't go anywhere else ..!!

New Rav4 purchase

This was our first shopping at Mark Miller. We looked at two other dealershis to purchase a new Rav4. We appreciated the time and patience that Ken Shaw, the salesman, and Jeff in finance took with us. We felt they were honest and open in the sales purchase. We especially appreciated the attention the young lady gave to us in setting all the sonar, radar, phone connections, etc. She did a great job explaining things to us.

They Wrecked my car!

I recently took my car in for an oil change. While they had my car, they proceeded to wreck it. They took it to their body shop, told me it would be a week and that they would be in contact with me. After 2 weeks, and NO communication from them, I finally get a call that my car is ready. I go to pick it up, and things are NOT CORRECT!!! I am going to have to take it back to their body shop AGAIN to try to get this fixed! After crashing my car, and lowering it's value in the process, they have now also inconvenienced me for over 2 weeks, I am going to have to be without my car even longer, and their answer to this "Well, your gas tank was empty and we filled it up for you." It's a 12 gallon gas tank! That is supposed to make up for the crappy service I got, and them wrecking my car so it is now valued less if I go to sell it?!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! And I deal with Comcast!!

Greg Rolfe, the sales rep, did a. great job in helping to identify and get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. He was easy to work with and listened to what I wanted, and didn’t want. He didn’t try to talk me into something I wasn’t interested in or cared for. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed.
