Tried to purchase Bolt EV

Totally I purchased 4 new cars before and this is first time to try Chevrolet this brand. Today I brought the CarCost Canada print out and shows to the sales and told his I am willing to pay 4% on top of the dealer invoice cost as a dealer profit. The sales asked me to wait and talk to the sales manager for more than 30 minutes ( not much traffic in the dealer) and come back with a piece of informal letter size paper with offer price of FULL Retail price! it is really wait of my time today is first first of Toronto has 2 digits temperature after last week ice storm. with my past experience, I don't come across a "signed back" for full retail price . If you don't want to be treat a "stupid" car purchaser, ONE advise.....DON'T GO THERE!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was looking to buy a brand new truck so I went online and inquired about the 2018 Chev Equinox. To my surprise, I got a response from Kenny from Markville Chevrolet the same day. ( this was on the weekend ) He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was great !! I live in Barrie, but bought my truck in Markham because of the great customer service from Kenny. He made it very easy and painless. I will definitely buy my next truck from him again.

Great communication and no pressure experience.

Brittany and her manager Angelo were great to deal with. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot, they offered to bring one with no obligation from me from another dealership. I fell in love and we worked out a deal. What made this different from other car purchases was the fact much of the communication was by text, which is often more convenient for me. The only negative for me was that a couple of the details (paint blemishes) that I pointed out weren’t taken care of to my satisfaction when I picked up the vehicle. I have not had a chance to return to the dealership but I don’t think a brand new $50K vehicle should be delivered with dust nibs in the paint. Also I’m not sure the accessory tonneau was installed perfectly. I think these issues should either be fixed or credited but I simply haven’t had a chance to discuss this with them or I’m sure they would have already made things right. So customer service wise they get 110%. I just couldn’t give them 5 stars because of the issues with the vehicle on delivery.

Bad experience with sales manager Lee

Wife and I went to this dealership since they had the car we were looking for in their lot. Everything was great with the receptionist, test drive, and sales rep answered all our questions. Things started to go downhill really fast when sales rep came back from first round of negotiations. I told them what I was quoted from another dealer who did not have the car on their lot, he went back and spoke with Lee the sales manager. Lee comes and introduces himself, right of the bat he started using condensing tone. Showed me his price sheet and asked me rhetorically where I think the other dealership could have cut the price from. Btw he was showing the msrp price tag and not the invoice price. He also asked me to call the other dealer on the spot to confirm the price which I did not appreciate. We left that dealership feeling annoyed, belittled and berated. Never have the two of us felt that way from a dealership and we've bought 5 cars between the two of us from different auto makers. I'll gladly go back to my original chevy dealership and wait a couple of weeks for them to order the vehicle.

Never buy dually from there

They can't even lift trucks and they just guess issues and waste people time then tell us go to royfoss please not a good service place

The overall experience at Markville rated a five star. I was made very welcome by Peter Borov who spent considerable time answering my concerns and helping with our ultimate decision of purchasing a Buick Torano. Additional staff members joined in the discussion and were very supportive of the process and offered assistance and assurances. The overall incentives for purchasing this vehicle were clearly explained (and there were certainly many) and when we were finished our discussions, there were no hidden costs to be added, what was agreed upon was what actually transpired and for the past two weeks we have been enjoying our vehicle. At all times I was treated with respect which I greatly appreciated. Sales personnel, like Peter (and Nick), who have a sense of humour, provide over-the-top support and fair pricing will have me recommending Markville to my friends.

I am giving a 5 star rating for my entire experience. I walked in just looking for brochures to get an idea on my next vehicle as my current lease was expiring. From the moment I walked in the door I received excellent customer service, didn't waste any time finding vehicles for me to test drive. I couldn't make a decision without my husband, I went home brought my husband and in less then 20 mins we decided the Equinox is what we both wanted. Did up the agreement, the price was prefect. The dealership was closing at 8 pm, we got a call a few mins before closing we got approved (same day) The next day we picked up our new vehicle. The staff at Markville Chevrolet are amazing and the process was smooth. It was by far one of the best service I've ever received at a dealership.

Return customer with bad experience

I am a return customer that my family bought a new spark from Ryan (Salesperson) and George (Sales Manager) few months ago. I and my family treated as the VIP customer. I am very happy to deal with them again. But this time, when we pick up our new Buick SUV, we got bad customer service experience from their new General Sales Manager (Lee Stapleton). Because the $750 different, we want to cancel the deal. Mr Lee (General Sales Manager) came up with no greeting and introduction and said "cancel the deal is .... ...." and his talking attitude that make me felt I am a "prisoner" . Unrespectful, unfriendly, unprofessional. I and my family felt so disappointed and my friends also got bad experience with him before. I won't refer any friends and never deal with him again in the future.
