owner mr yardley i really should call him MR. HARDLEY BECAUSE HE WAS NASTY AND HARDLEY OFFERED ANY KIND OF HELP!! on my 2014 fiat l500 1st of all i went in for a recall and because i bought the car IN florida live in north carolina mountains 6 months the other 6 months in floridai noticed when i took the car on a hill it would rool back (like a manual transmission) and not have enough power to climb the hill so many time i had to find a flat surface to get enough power to go up the hill was leaving for florida so decided to bring it there well they diagnosed the prob as a transmission part even before the gave me the $159 diagnosis which came back needing a transmission part (OF COARSE IT DID) was told it would take 2 days they kept putting me off for some unknown reason and it took 10 days went to pick up my car THEY LOST MY KEYS HAD TO GO BACK THE NEXT DAY AFTER THEY FOUND THEM IN SOMEWHERE THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN so knowing i had to return to the mountains in a few weeks decided to get it fixed $1848 later was told by my service person DREAMA or maybe i should say NIGHTMARE said it was test driven how stupid of me not to realize theres no hills or mountains to test it on, well got back to n.c. 1st hill i faced same thing happened called NIGHTMARE(if ur ever lucky enought to get here on the phone or to call u back. WE FIXED IT SAID TO TAKE IT TO THE NEAREST CHRYSLER DEALER (THE NEAREST IS IN TENNESSEE) WELL WHAT HAPPENED NEXT IS REALLY DISTURBING !!! DROVE ALL THE WAY TO TENNESSEE THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS GOING TO KEEP THE CAR AND GIVE ME A LOANER (BY THE WAY GREAT SERVICE AT AUTONATION IN JOHNSON CITY TENN ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER IZZY) AS I WAS SIGNING UP TO THE RENTAL CAR HE SAID LET ME TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE HE CAME BACK 5 MINUTES LATER AND SAID I THINK I FIXED YOUR PROBLEM HE SAID THEY (MEANING MASSEY YARDLEY NEVER TURNED ON( THE HILL ASSIST BUTTON )WHICH IS ON EVERY FIAT AND JEEP!! HOW COULD THEY NOT KNOW THIS LIVING INA FLAT LAND STATE LIKE FLORIDA IS NO EXCUSE I REPEAT NO EXCUSE) THE PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION WAS GONE!!! DANG IT WORKED these INCOMPETENT IDIOTS probably because they live in florida didnt even know there was such a button, great excuse for some one who should know every part of cars they work on! wouldn't u agree? i'm glad i didn't teach my math students that way (IMAGINE IF I TOLD MY MATH STUDENTS HEY KIDS I FORGOT THERE IS SUCH A THING AS THE PYTHAGOREAN THEOREM!!!) put in an unecessary part a an $1848 unnecessary part , im disputing this sending it out to all my former students I was a teacher in broward county for 30 years and every social outlet my students and i can reach i,M SICK AND TIRED OF THESE BIG CAR COMPANIES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR AVERAGE CAR BUYER my recommendation dDO NOT SUPPORT THIS MASSEY YARDLEY CAR COMPANY!! very unprofessional nasty people

I went up and orderd three keys for my new van at a cost of $ 550 and a fee to program. My old keys do not work now and Matt Kelly manager told me he can not do anything I should of known to order two keys.. They sold me keys and took away keys. This is unfair treatment. I feel they are the dealer and should of informed me the keys would not work I went to dealer because I wanted professional service. This guy Matt Kelly was very rude to me. Kept saying I will talk when your done talking when I was only asking why his service/sales did not tell me this in the first place. He was out of control and kept saying do not raise your voice to me I was very calm he was out of line.. he said I am not giving you a refund on the keys I don't care if they do not work.. His voice was very load like he was trying to iintimidate m. I just got off the line and called my charge card company. I could of disputed the entire $550 but only want what he took away the orginal keys that don't work now. I should of known better someone told me this dealer ripped them off and put a computer in a van

I would not recommend this dealer.

Unhappy about work done on Dodge Journey last week. Now car is stranded and Geico is saying work had warranty so truck is at DODGE place in tallahassee

I would not recommend this dealer.
