This is my third Subaru. They are by far a great buy. I like to drive and I feel very confidant and safe in my Subaru. I bought the Outback this time and if I ever feel the need to trade it in I would stay with the Outback. The folks I dealt with at Subaru were very helpful and friendly.

terrible experience

Came in with a concern about my transmision instead of addressing my concern they suggested 1500$ of work which had nothing to do with my concern. I had them change my transmission. Fluids$200 hoping that will help and they charged me $75 extra dollars for their diagnosis which would not even help my problem. Terrible customer service

I have brought my wrx to these guys since I bought new. Nothing but great service.... justin and jimmy on the counter are very respectful and honest. Whenever I schedule an oil change they are very responsive and perform the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealer and will always bring my subaru/ other vehicles here for service

Got a recall notice for a 45 mins repair, the service dept kept me there for 5 1/2 hours....yup....HOURS. Terrible. I would never go there again, and recommend that you do not go there as well.

Jerome was extremely helpful and communicated all details. He was awesome and I highly recommend this dealer. We were selling a car and this dealer was interested in it. He assisted me in cancelling a warranty and receiving a big refund which I probably would not have known I could do!

they sell deffective used cars, mastria says they will fix the car at no cost to you then you go there and they tell you it will cost you $200 they didnt do my inspection because i live out of state they forget to tell me, how did i find out i got a ticket for not having an inspection sticker ive owned the car less then a month I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO MASTRIA EVEN FOR THEM TO FILL MY TIRES THEY ARE LIARS AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HELPING A VETERAN THAT JUST GOT HOME if you look at other reviews on yelp you will see i am not the only one that has had a problem like this with mastria

It was an interesting experience. Overall I was extremely satisfied. Found scratch on drivers door in showroom and it wasn't buffed out. I intend to go back after the holiday and I'm confident that they will take care if it. They aim to please their customers. Jerome was very helpful. Thank you Subaru. I went from an Audi to the Subaru and I'm very pleased. It's very difficult to rate overall experience until I bring car in for first service. The customer service was excellent, she went out of her way to help.

When I went in to look at cars to purchase, I did not want to be harrassed by a salesman. I walked around the lot, and Jerome just waited in the wings for any questionos I had. He is one of the nicest people I have every worked with. I ended up purchasing a Legacy and I love the car. The whole process went so smooth and easy. I go back now for oil changes, etc. and the whole crew is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. I only wait maybe 30 minutes if that. I would and did recommend Mastria and Jerome to friends of mine and they purchased and Impreza.

Recently bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from this dealer. Price was good, but the online inventory stated that it was a Certified car. 1 owner and no rentals or leases on record. I was told by finance manager that it was a prior lease vehicle. I was also told that it had nothing but basic warrenty on it. I bought an extended warrenty under this premis. After getting home I went to their site and found out the certified cars had a 100k warrenty included. Am going back to Dealer to work this out. The vehicle was also missing floor mats.

Love the action at Mastria Subaru! they made me feel like family by the time I left with my new car. I would feel comfortable telling very one this is the place to buy a new Subaru and I can't wait for them to buy my first set of tires, ha ha I keep my cars for 10 years so make sure they explain there tires for life deal.

I thought customer service was dead! Not so at Mastria Subaru!! I went there with a plan. I was greeted at the door by Wayne Groves. He first ask how i was and what he could help with today. I told him I was in the market for a used Subaru. He walk me out to the lot and show me. He was nice and let me ask the questions.He was actually very funny and easy to deal with. We talk about pricing and came to an agreement. No pressure!! This is the first time in my life that I was happy with a dealership and did not feel like I was being screwed! Matter of fact I am still happy! After the sale I came back to have a hitch put on the car and Wayne saw me and came by to say hi! Image that- A salesman was says hi to someone AFTER they made the purchase. Mr. Mastria -if you read this note then you know Wayne is an excellent employee!
