Very disappointed shuttle service and has make an advance appointment. I requested a ride to get back to work and waited 1 hour half before the shuttle came and my car was almost ready.

Mechanical issues while on a road trip

While on a long road trip we experienced mechanical issues with our GMC. We went into this dealership with no appointment. The service advisor was awesome, fast and courteous. They had us back on the road in three hours. Unbelievable detail to the customers needs.

Warranty repair

Brought my Acadia in for repair, was told it would be ready in a few weeks (expected) and instead got a call back 2 days later saying it was ready. Service was done quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to any GMC owner.

We were greeted in a friendly fashion. We were offered water or coffee and complimentary snacks. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The service people went above and beyond to help us set up our on line accounts. The service to our Buick was done in a timely manner. We left with the feeling we were treated with a very high quality of service

Oil change

Overheating

Mataga Buick called me to ask if I was completely satisfied with the service I received during my visit for my Buick which was overheating. When I explained that nothing had changed, they kindly offered to take another look and scheduled another appointment for me to bring it back. I didn't expect this and I was elated that they would offer to take another look at my problem. I look forward to taking it back and confident that they'll do what it takes to get it right since they went the extra mile to reach out to me to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Helpful and Knowledgeable

The service department at the Mataga dealership of Stockton California was very helpful and knowledgeable. My biggest fear was that they would try to sell me repairs that my car didn’t need. My fears were put to rest when that didn’t happen. I am so grateful for their skills and talents, as well as their honesty.

Urgent Battery Replacement

My car battery went dead right in the parking lot of Chili's. I called my insurance carrier and was told I had to wait for over a hour they were very busy. So I decided to call my dealership to see if they could help me....well, they were wonderful. They sent Lorenzo out to jump me and I drove directly to the Mataga service department and Ozzy had my battery waiting and they took my car right in and got me back on the road in time for me to get to the grocery store and home for dinner. Everybody at Mataga is so nice and I love how respectful they are every time I go in there.

Great, friendly service!

Pulled up to a clean service drive, was greeted by Myriam who made the experience, fast, friendly and easy. Was called and told my shocks were leaking but was insured it was covered under warranty ! Oil change, tire rotation and new rear shocks in a few hrs, very impressed, happy I found my new service center, thank you Mataga staff for making me feel like part of the family !

Major oil leak

Expensive but excellent caring service....Needed major work done to replace seals and gaskets causing oil leak on 2011 Cadillac DTS with only 10,091 miles on it....Mataga service people took great, yet expensive, care of car....

Sure, I could have gone to “America’s Tire” and had my flat repaired for free; but I’m so committed to Mataga GMC that I’d rather pay, just to give them the business . They’re the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my 72 years of life.
