It was very easy to make a service appointment at my requested time. Greeted courteously on the phone. Very little waiting time on line. Erik, my service rep (don't have his last name with me) was very helpful and informative. Vehicle ready when promised.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

In 30 years I've never met a service manager that has as much extensive knowledge, professionalism and utmost concern for customer service as Sarah Posell. She outranks everyone by a long shot. This last service, she not only directed me to Erik, one of her employees, she followed up personally with everything as well as giving me sound advice regarding used car purchases and what questions to ask, etc., etc. Erik, who's new to Mazda of Orange was wonderful. He not only explained in detail in the terms I'd understand but he also went above and beyond the call of duty (at the direction of Sarah) and actually gave my older son a hands-on tutorial on the engine and how to keep it running smoothly Sincerely, Julie Franco Customer for over 10 years.

I would recommend this dealer.

Excellent Service

Very helpful since the very first time we brought in our new Mazda CX-5. The second time was even a better experience. I had an issue with the Safety features that I had mentioned when we brought in our vehicle for the 5,000 mile maintenance service. Eric reassured me that it was the computer and sensors waking up from the cold. That second time around, Eric had called me a Lyft to go home after dropping off my car after getting off of work to get some sleep until my car was ready. The third time was because they needed to keep our car to run further tests and issued us a rental which was covered on Mazdas behalf. One we picked up our vehicle Eric had explained in full detail what was going on with the car and why the sensors had been malfunctioning. Overall Eric made the inconvenience bearable.

I would recommend this dealer.

BAIT & SWITCH DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST

Saw car advertised on Autotrader. Went to the dealership met with Al in internet sales and drove the car with my wife, I also met with Al's sales manager. Afterwards I agreed to pay the Autotrader advertised price. Al took me to his office to complete the paperwork. Halfway through completing the paperwork the sales manager came into the office and said there was a mistake and they would not sell me the car unless I purchased a dealer installed Alarm system for an additional 995 dollars. The car comes with an alarm system. Needless to say I was very upset and left. What makes it worse is this was a birthday gift for my wife and she was expecting me to drive home with her dream car. I checked Yelp and others have experienced the exact same scenario.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst Dealer EVER! No Customer Service

I had my Mazda towed to this dealer only for it to be dropped off somewhere in the back where NO ONE in the dealership knew it was. It took hours to locate the car and prolonged the time for them to fix my dead battery. The next day they refused to fix the battery because they claimed that a light was left on, which I know is not true...so long story short they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. I barely drive the car and I know a light was not left on. I will NEVER go to this dealership again! They have the worst customer service, they are not friendly, and they refuse to listen to their customers. I would recommend a different dealership because this one is terrible. This is the closest dealership for me, but I think I'll take the drive before EVER dealing with these people again!

this was the worst customer service I ever had!

Go to another dealership. They lied about the security system in the car and then our dealer quit a day after we purchased and no one would help us! Then I work with general manager mike kitzmiller and ask to set up a meeting and he refuses because I gave them a poor review on the survey! He is an angry man with no customer service skills. I wish I would have purchased my car elsewhere. They will be reported to the better business burea so this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I am highly satisfied with the customer service your team is giving. I am not to familiar with purchasing cars and what to and what not to look for. I was quite nervous at first until one of your employees in particular "Louis Chavarry", explained everything to me in a way that is easy for me to understand. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Run Away Fast!

For everyone who says to run away from this dealership, my only addition to this is the word “Fast.” Run fast! They lied about the warranty on my car, and I didn’t read the fine print since there’s like 50 pages of it. When I confronted them later, I was told it was my fault for not double checking the paper work. Legally they’re right, but ethically they suck. They also tried to talk me out of writing this review stating that I should “just move on and not put negativity into the world.” That tells me that all of these One Star write-ups are making a difference! If you’ve had a bad experience with this dealer, be sure to report it!

The staff at this dealership was bending over backwards to get me the car and the price I was seeking. They were very responsive and had multiple departments working with me. I was very pleased with the customer service.
