I got a be bettle there they lied about what year it was said it was a 2017 but after we got it it was a 2015 I will never ever buy a car there again so If you’re looking look some were else because they do nothing but lies and do not stand behind their words. Robert Dunlap

Worst VW dealer in Arkansas

Worst experience at a dealership ever. They treat their customers like garbage. Made a deal that they didn't stand behind. Was told my sales tax would be paid but was never written down because the finance person said we would owe any. Went to register the car and ended up having to pay sales tax went back to talk to the dealer and they didn't stand by the deal. Messed up our paperwork as well. I encourage anyone to go to the other VW dealership in Little Rock. Only good thing about the experience was the salesman.

Salesman was terrible..

Salesman said he was on disability so he didn't want to make any commission. This way he could give us the best deal. He also completely trashed Owens-Murphy verbally. We left and got a beautiful new VW from Owens-Murphy at a price and options he couldn't even come close to. I swear I will never go to them ever again.

I went in for a used car, but because of the staff's hard work I got a brand, new Golf Sport Wagon. I love my car.

Horrible experience. went in to purchase a pre owned car for my 17 year old son. Justin knowingly sold me a car that was headed to the auction house. The car completely died within 4 weeks, leaving him stranded on the highway. I contacted Justin and he would not return my calls. I contacted the sales mgr, Michael Smith and he basically told me tough luck. Now i can not do anything with the car because they refuse to send me the title.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible after the sale it took 3 mths to paperwork in during that time the car kept going into the shop never could get ahold of my sales person and the store manager was rude as could be requested a different car which I have that right before paying sales tax and they refused when purchasing the car they told me my sales tax was including total bs

I would not recommend ANY car dealer. They are all out to take as much money from you as they can without regard. They all are friendly at first, then you are just a second class citizen after that. i even had to ask 3 times to get a tag put on my brand new car...they acted like it was a bother and why couldn't I do it! Ok guys....I will bring a tool box next time. geez.

This is the third car that I have bought from here. Russell Norris has sold me two cars. I am very pleased with my new car. He is a very helpful and caring person. I would recommend him to anyone and I believe that he is the best salesman at North Point Mazda. If were to rate him on a scale of 1-10, he would definitely get a ten from me!

Most unorganized dealership i have ever been through. They have no idea how to work with customers and have no idea what there doing. The GM would never answer my calls and deligate it to others to take care of his problems, if your going to be a GM of a company do so by taking care of people who seem to have a problem with the things your staff are doing. Time management also didnt seem to be an issue here or losing belongings. You know what if you want to be screwed left and right and be completely pissed off for 4 months straight then by all means go here and buy a car. tell you what if i could see any dealership shut down it would be this one i dont know what everyone else is talking about them being a good place to go buy your car from.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The salesperson gave very good customer service. He is knowledgable about the procducts that he sells. He uses a specific test-drive route that reflects various types of driving which better shows how the car performs. He made sure that all model vehicles inquired by the customer were available or not, including different colors and types of transmissions. He went through all included information that comes with the vehicle that one usually keeps in the glove compartment. In addition, the salesperson gave a tour of the service department and introduced the persons who will be contacted for future service including the complementary oil change. The parts department was also part of the tour. The finance department has a very friendly and knowlegable person who assists the customer on warranty information and purchase. All in all, I will recommend this dealer to friends and family members.

I love the Grand Touring Mazda CX9. Just purchased my second one. I had bought one in 2007, the first year they came out and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The new 2012 CX9 has many improved features that the 2007 didn't have, so I fully expect to keep it a long time. Navigation is very user friendly, love the backup camera and the blindspot alarm as well as the integration of the sound system with my ipod and iphone. The cd for the navigation is now upfront and easier to get to a much improved feature. The steering wheel controls for the cruise control and the handsfree phone/sound system controls are much easier to use. North Point Mazda has always given me great service as this is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. Bob Murphy and Russell Norris were great guys to deal with and I will certainly send my friends their way.

Mike Keach was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him and North Pointe Mazda to my friends and family! He described what was happening every step of the way so I knew what to expect. They were able to get an excellent finance rate and easy payments for the car of my dreams!

Joseph Acevedo and the Staff at North Point Mazda VW worked very hard to accomadate my search for a new vehicle. From the test drive to the end purchase, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me with every question and concern I had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and would say it was definitely worth the drive from South Texas to do business with North Point.

I have owned 3 Mazda's, now 4. I love the craftsmanship, and I love "my" dealership, NorthPoint Mazda! The last two Mazda's I have purchased have been from them, through Russell Norris, a salesman there. I still have my RX-8 which I love and purchased from Russell. I just purchased a 2012 Miata from Russell there at North Point! I would not go anywhere else. They have the best service, even after the sale, and continue to give the best top quality service even after the warranty is out! I am a Mazada "snob". I was dead set on getting a jeep this go around, but when it came down to it, I just couldn't! I had gone a week before I bought my Miata, and got new tires on my RX-8 and had it serviced. While I was there I looked around, and my eye had caught the new Miata. I had a Miata before my RX-8. Needless to say, I feel in love, and had to have it!! Russell was very helpful, and so was everyone else there at North Point. What can I say, I LOVE MAZDA'S!!!
