Why take your car anywhere else.

I just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had recently with Meadowvale Honda. My car broke down and I had it towed there. I was so stressed out. From the minute I got there I was treated with red carpet treatment, helpfulness and sensitivity to my situation. Michelle and Kenny are definitely GEMS in the crown of the Honda empire. They provided best in class service. Two thumbs up, three if I had a third.

I would recommend this dealer.

Always late

If you value your time, this dealership is not the place to go...never within the service times they give (and I've given them a few opportunities now) and even when I went to pick up a new vehicle, buddy was too busy making another sale to keep his appointed time with me - didn't even have the car ready to go by the time I said I'd be in. Today, gave them their last chance...they called me at the location I asked to be brought to (late, by the way) shuttle took forever and then got lost and had to pull a u-ee getting another customer (this with GPS in the car)..then he gets me to the dealership...car still NOT actually ready. Last time I come here.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst Experience

Worst customer service experience. It took them three hours to get my SUV's oil change. They told me it will take one hour at the time of booking, they did not even bother to apologize or show any regrets. I was not the only one, an other person came fifteen minutes after me and he was still there (cursing them) after more then three hours when I left. I am never going back there again or recommending to anyone

Unethical sales practices

Went in to purchase my leased Honda Civic 2013 and was persuaded to get into a new lease for a civic 2017. I was reassured that Honda Meadowvale would take care of the old leased car I returned and put on their lot for sale. Well, they lied. They sent it back to Honda Finance who hit me with a $8,000.00 bill!!!!! I spent pretty much the summer in discussions with Honda Finance to rectify the situation. It was the worst consumer experience of my entire life!

Very bad and rude customer service reps ... did not explain the invoice or the work done ... over charged me and I took their quotation and went to the Ideal Honda and got another quotation with $500 less for the same work ...

Meadowvale Honda is a great dealership to deal with from sales to service especially because of people like Kenny, Dawn and Michelle from the service department. They are very knowledgeable and helped me with getting the issues on my 14' Odyssey fixed and back on the road. Very considerate when it came to my budget. Thank you Meadowvale Honda.

I had a great experience with purchase a Civic at Meadowvale Honda dealer. Raj (Rajan Popli) has helped us to choose best car that we wanted within our budget. I am personal very picky about the license plate number. He went out of his way trying to get what I want. We did not feel un pressure like other salesmen at other Dealer location. After we picked up the car, he also followed up with us. I would go back or refer him to friends and family.

meadowvale honda financial manager kevin campbell deserves a honda canada worst customer service award. july 2017: my deal didnt go through and i asked him for my deposit back which i gave 3 weeks ago. it took him 3 weeks to print my refund chq. finally today he told me to come and pick up the chq. so i went but reception girl cudnt find the chq. when i asked if he can get my chq, he was pissed at the sale person. he was xxxxxxxx abt the sale person, seem like i hired him. thats not all, reception girl for trying to get my chq to me and this guy didnt print the chq and reception girl was looking all over the place. then mr. campbell came and went upstairs print out my refund chq. after i sign and got the my refund chq, u guys wont believe what happen. mr. kevin cambell told me to "Get out!". yes thats what happen. another sale represents and reception girl got shocked. this guy is a honda employe working in honda dealership tell a customer to get out. didnt stop there. i ask him "what!" mr. campell told me " i help to get this chq back and now get out!" wow again he told me, i asked him this is my money and it took 3 weeks for u to get me my chq back. and then. mr. campell start to xxxxxxxx about the sale person that i worked with. it seem like i hired him. and then mr. kevin campbell walked to his office like a chicken. didn't finish what he started with me. didn't respond me why do i need to get out from dealership building. i just don't understand to whom i can blame this on. blame on meadowvale honda in mississaga management and the owner of this dealership who hire a guy like this. or honda canada to let a guy to represent their brand . now i dont even think i want to buy honda crv in this dealership. This guy should be terminated from his position as he is not fit to be a financial manager and dont know what is customer service skills. well i dont need this treatment, i took to the next level, honda canada customer service and did my complain. and they r going to investigate and now let me see what honda canada wud do abt this. if u guys want to get honda car, please stay away from meadowvale honda dealership. unless u guys want to deal with a guy who got the award for the worst customer service in financial manager kevin campbel

Find Somwhere Else That Is Honest

Car is "dead" with flat battery and presumably broken alternator. Manage to get the car to Meadowvalr and they diagnose I need a new alternator and battery. Two days and $2K I have my car back. Two more days and it's dead again. Take it back and they fix it again, no charge. So why 2 stars and zero recommendation? When I read the bill closely I see that they have charged $120 to install the battery I purchased from them, twice the (already inflated) $60 quoted. Most battery retailers don't charge for install since it is a 2-bolt, 5-minute job. When I read their suggested work it includes $400 to replace the $35 PCV valve and additional thousands to do work which has already been done. They didn't look or inspect to see if work was needed they just assumed that the car had not been serviced. My Honda has never missed a service interval or reminder but that didn't stop Meadowvale from suggesting it needs $5K+ of work to be done. Even if it did, I would take it somewhere I could trust.

I would not recommend this dealer.
