Andrea Birdwell, is extremely efficient in the service process as well as when I've needed urgent assistance. The loaner car process is extremely helpful to me and that process involves several employees and it works smoothly and all employees are personable and helpful. I appreciate the expertise Andrea brings to the table and her professionalism and she is always efficient.

They sold a certified damaged car

I purchased a certified used car from this dealership from Florida. The car had water damage that was not disclosed. I took the car to Tampa Mercedes who had to replace trim parts on the car and do paint correction to remove water damage. Baton Rouge Manager Brice would not take care of this and we are forced to get an attorney to fight it. Don’t buy a car without seeing it from these people, they are not honest people. They sell cars with damage without disclosing it. I tried to reach the owner but he was not available and I was told he will not do anything. $6k later in damages being paid to Tampa Mercedes plus the attorneys fees is insane! Don’t make the mistake I made. I have purchased a Mercedes previously and this is not how the brand usually works. Very disappointing that something that could be easily fixed is turning into a battle with attorneys.

I would not recommend this dealer.

As always, the service was fast and efficient with all the staff being so polite and courteous. I do not see Miss Victoria under the Service list of employees. Jessica was so helpful in handling my original call. D'arcy helped directing me to Victoria and Victoria handled vehicle status, payment, and departure from dealership. Thank You steven

Josh Marchan always provides the best customer service! He communicates effectively every step of the way. He also went above and beyond yesterday by going out of his way after hours to deliver my garage door opener that I left in a loaner vehicle. Not too many people these days would offer to do that. It was truly appreciated.

Five Stars Are Not Enough!

I think you need a 6th star, as 5 simply are not enough to adequately rate my experience. Everyone I dealt with, from the greeter at the front door to the financial manager, was wonderful. But the best part of the whole experience was working with my salesperson, Lynn Whitty. She was amazing! I’ll never buy a car from anyone else.

Bubble found in tire

Clarence noticed a bubble in the right front tire, after returning from a road trip to Atlanta. This concerned us thinking about what could have happened "Blow Out" that could have cause major problems not only to us but others as well. I am very thankful to God for his traveling grace and mercy. I am also very thankful for the knowledgeable and caring employees at Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge. Clarence brought the car in to the dealership. He received by Gwendolyn Wild with concern that all was well with us showing genuine concern for our well-being. She then addressed the problem moving swiftly to a resolution and a sincere apology for the mishap. She also explained the difference hazards that could have caused this. Overall I would rate Gwendolyn a 5+++++ People Skills (Polite, Knowledgeable, Warm, a Spirit of Care; Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge a 5 +++++ Care and Concern After Purchase.

Dan Danveport and Josh are LIARS!

Dan Danveport and Josh Marchan are liars. They both continually lied to me via email concerning the repairs of my vehicles. I had my car picked up for a airbag recall . Joshua repeatly emailed me lie after Allie. He claimed that my car repairs couldn’t be made until my car repairs was prepaid. Something I never heard of. I then told him to not make repairs on the vehicle because I don’t prepay any services . He did made repairs anyway and after lying kept my car for almost a year. The emails I received was filled with threats of towing and selling my vehicle instead of making me whole. I incurred financial hardship and mental distress as I am single mother. They completely took advantage of me being a female. I still dont have my vehicle. When I asked for the GM and CEO email .. Dan gave me the number to customer service and they redirected me back to DAN. This is horrible

Unscheduled service

Several warning lights came. I went without an appointment. Dealer worked me in and less than 2 hours later, the broken sensor was repaired and I was on my way home. Thank you so much! I was in a panic.

Over Priced Oil Change

I was charged $180+ for a basic oil and filter change. After I spoke to Dan Davenport, Service Manger, he agreed to refund a portion of the service charge. This refund brought my total to $137.85; which is better than the original charge, but still ridiculous for an oil and filter change. I am able to get an Infiniti QX80 changed for $65 at the dealership and a Chevrolet Corvette changed for $105 at the dealership; both of which are premium synthetic grade oils and a larger volume than my C300. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be charged $180 for a basic oil change. And another suggestion, provide an estimate for the expected service when the car is dropped off and the service ticket is written. I definitely wouldn’t have had my oil changed at this dealership if I was provided this information. Instead the response I received when I picked up my car was “oil prices have gone up”.

I would not recommend this dealer.
