My car buying experience at Mercedes of Fayetteville was a pleasure. Anthony Bryant and Greg Dudak did everything possible to meet my needs and make the trade in of my old car and purchase of a new 2019 GLC 300 easy. I will recommend the friendly and knowledgeable folks at Mercedes of Fayetteville to my friends. Anthony was patient and I know he will be available when I get a new phone to help me synchronize the new phone with my car. I will definitely buy from here when it comes time again for a new car. The new facility in Fayetteville is also beautiful.

Kathryn made this a fantastic car buying experience!

We had an awesome buying experience with MB of Fayetteville. We worked with Kathryn Crumpler, who was absolutely fantastic! We live in the Wilmington area and were having a hard time finding a 4 Runner that matched our needs. Kathryn knew we were coming from a distance with a toddler, so she gave us all the information we needed up front before driving up. She sent us a video, answered service questions, and even negotiated pricing with us via text, email, and phone. She also made sure it was pulled up, cleaned, and ready for us to test drive it. We couldn't get up there for a day, so they were able to hold it was a small deposit, which was very helpful. Upon arriving, Kathryn was friendly and easy going yet knowledgable. She greeted us with smile and welcomed our one year old as well. She made sure we were hydrated and accommodated our whole process of transferring our car seat and everything else that goes along with having a toddler in tow. During the test drive, we noticed a problem with the brakes slipping / pulsating. This was a bit of disappointment, because we specifically asked about the condition of the rotors / pads before driving up there because it wasn't shown as being done on the car fax. For the high mileage the vehicle has, we were surprised to hear that the service manager did not see a problem with the brakes and assured us they didn't need to be done. We also noticed a problem with the rear driver's side door not opening from the inside. Kathryn took these concerns right to the service department. Paul Myers from the service department went outside to check the car over again. Paul said the door definitely needed to be fixed but the brakes were good. He was quite rude to my husband when discussing the brakes. My husband insisted that Paul drive the car again because there is no way the brakes were good. When Paul came back, he made it right by apologizing to my husband and expedited getting 4 new rotors from a nearby Toyota dealership. We left for lunch while the door was fixed and the new rotors were put on. Of course this was a bit of a hassle for us because it made our time out of town longer with a hungry / sleepy toddler and our dog waiting or us back home. However, the dealership was so accommodating on getting the work done quickly and Kathryn made the whole experience great. By the time we were done with lunch, the car was done. There was a bit of a wait for the F&I paperwork to be completed, but again, Kathryn made us comfortable and helped us keep our toddler entertained. All in all, Kathryn made this experience one of the best car buying experiences! (And we've had quite a few car buying experiences over the years). If you consider purchasing from this dealership, definitely ask for Kathryn!
