Lousey service SHAMEFUL to their brand.

Arrived at my appointment for a schudeled, oil change on my mercedes and find the dealership running on a generator after the hurricane. Not their fault, but they told me my oil change was expected to take only an hour or so. The waiting area had no air, no wifi, no anything and no water not even a fan you could not charge a phone, I was left to wait over 2 1/2 hours in that place and finally got a text message my car was ready.....when I wnr to the desk to pick it up I was informed that it was being washed. After 30 minutes I again inquired as I was now late late for another appointment. I was then informed that the service tech had left the dealership for lunch and took my key with him. He would be back in a few minutes, but if I wanted I could sign out a loaner. ( Bear in mind I have been waiting in 90 degree heat at this point for 3 hours and am now 45 minutes late for my next appointment ) Finally 10 minutes they bring the car and it is unwashed, the guy hands me the key and walks off and says they will mail my bill... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY FIR A MERCEDES DEALERSHIP? SHAMEFUL They should have 1) notified me that they had no power and no waiting are before and let me opt to move the appointment 2) kept me informed as to the progress,or lack there of on my cars service while i was left waiting there w/o even a word 3) offered me a loaner upfront if they had indications that the wait,would be so bad. 4) offered a better apology after doing so badly and embarrassing themselves but instead they embarrass them selves even worse by doing and saying nothing other than " we will mail you the bill"

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service at M-B of Fort Myers has been great for the last seven years. On my last service visit, staff greeted me, offered a cold drink, and provided a clean 2017 loaner car for the day. I received a text when my car was ready. My car had been washed and vacuumed. The service has always been impeccable. This time, my headrest was plastic wrapped before work began. I appreciate that M-B of Fort Myers strives to elevate and improve the service experience. It keeps getting better.

Excellent Service Department

I had my C350 Sport Coupe in for its 80,000 mile service. Everyone was extremely friendly and the car was ready on time, actually a bit earlier than expected. Car was washed and vacuumed as promised too. My only concern was that I was told I might need a battery however they could not give me any idea of how much longer I had with it, especially since I hope to trade the car in during the fall. The price for the battery was almost double from every where else. I opted out.

We just bought a Mercedez-Benz C300. This is an excellent vehicle. It provides great power and great fuel economy as well. All features and options are top notch. The design is outstanding. Awesome Buying Experience

Buying was effortless and easy. They exceed the expectations at delivery, car was clean and walked through entire car explaining how it all worked. Always wanted a Mercedes...not any more...

Got a 2017 C300 convertible mid November, mid February it left me stranded on the side of the road, was very disappointed with the dealer's response. Since it was 4pm on a Friday, they could not provide valet service. After riding back to the dealership in the tow truck, I was given a cigaret smelly loaner that was very sub par. Not like I was accustomed to with my previous cars (Audi, BMW, Lexus). But what they told me the following Tuesday did not put my mind at ease...the serpentine belt had shred. Three months old, and not even 3,000 miles? Needless to say, being a single woman that buys new cars every 3 years so that they are dependable, I was not happy and now I am nervous when driving it. Well, now 7 months old and only 5,000 miles it happened again. This time, Ft Myers Mercedes response was even worse. It was Saturday at 4pm, I was informed that service closed at 3pm, and will not re-open until Monday. That was it, not even an attempt at getting me a loaner car. And yes, same problem, but this time they said they contacted Mercedes headquarters and discovered that some of these C300 alternators are not aligned correctly which caused the serpentine belt to shred. At least I can believe that, but still can't say I'm comfortable driving my car again. If I could re-do, I would not buy a Mercedes.
