Worst customer service ever

After prepayment for a key when I made the over 1 hour drive was told the title and dealer sales forms and the fact that I drove the car there does not mean I own the car and I could not have my property in which I payed for and own, also they will not refund the money, per Scott.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Had a wonderful buying experience with this dealership. I was fresh out of college with little credit history, Mercedes Benz did everything in their power to help me. Thanks to their commitment, I was able to purchase my first car without a co-signer. The business manager, Nadeem Baig was wonderful! Since this was my first purchasing experience, he explained every process and focused on what was best for me and my financial situation. Not only did their business department go above and beyond, but their sales consultant, Milton Bouger was amazing!!! He was able to work with my schedule and explained every detail the car had to offer. Even 4 months after my purchase, Milton still contacts me to check up on me and the car. Wonderful business with wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!!

He waited

I was looking for an suv and he helped me with this dodge journey 2013. I wanted and needed this vehicle. This man was very nice and patient with me. He held the vehicle for almost a week waiting for the bank to get back with me. Most salespeople would have made you put a down payment or sold it if you didn't come back but he didn't. He waited and even when the bank said they couldn't do it, he was still very nice and helpful. I would have him help you if you ever go to mercedes benz of Fort Wayne! He is the nicest salesman I have come across! He keeps his word! That means a lot! Thank you Qasim!

I negotiated the price with the car being certified and Type B service included...10,000 miles later when i took the car for service the car was never certified and the service was also never included..STAY AWAY...Randy Smith was the sales guy

I bought my Mercedes from this dealership back in August of 2012 and have taken it only here for all services and maintanance for these past 4 years. It is always a pleasure to deal with Kurt and Jason in service! Everyone there is pleasant and knowledgeable and thanks to them, I have never had one light or issue with my Mercedes! I will always bring my car there and when I add another Mercedes I will definitely buy it and maintanance it through them! Thanks to all of you for keeping my car brand new everytime I drive and I never have to worry!

I have worked with many of the service and parts guys that know the in's and out's of all the vintage models that I drive as well as my mothers more modern W211. I have bought several parts from this dealer as they have fair pricing on all of the parts for older Mercedes. The service department is always willing to answer any questions that I have pertaining to the W211 while it was both in and out of warranty and always made sure that the proper services were performed on the car. This dealer is one of the best in the area and always willing to work with you on any issues or questions that you might have.

DECEPTION

On Wednesday, Sept 30th, 2015 - I contacted Randy Smith about a 2014 Jeep Wrangler listed on autotrader.com. I was pre-approved through Bank of America and was handling transportation of the vehicle (I work for a vehicle logistics company). Randy and I agreed upon a price and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Randy asked that I get financing from the dealership instead of sending a cashiers check for the vehicle. I spoke with someone in finance (unsure of name) and they were sending paperwork to me overnight. I told them that it would be Tuesday before I could return the paperwork since I would be in Florida for my brothers wedding - and everyone (finance, Randy) was fine with this. I gave Ryan a deposit of $500 to secure the vehicle using my credit card. Randy told me that he was moving the vehicle into the back lot and that everything was good to go. Two days passed, Friday Oct 2nd, and I received a phone call from Chris (assuming Cook) right before my brothers rehearsal dinner. He left me a voicemail stating the car I was interested in was sold and that no further interaction was necessary. Before hearing the voicemail, I assumed it was Randy. When Randy answered the phone he put me on hold an immediately sent me over to Chris. Chris was very matter of fact and basically said that "there is only one unit and someone else is purchasing the car" and that the car had been sold to someone else - not me. They would be refunding my deposit. I am still shaking in anger over the horrible deception and business ethics. I am certain someone walked in and purchased the car (my car, that I had put a deposit on) ... I would not do business with a company with such ethics. I have a voicemail to confirm this as well as emails saying that I was purchasing the vehicle.

Stellar Service and Detailing

This is the absolute best dealership i have experienced and a customer for 14 years. I drive my E63s all year rain snow sleet. For the Eurofest show event I had my car detailed and also the first service at 10K miles. What amazes me is they do such a good job on a routine free wash after service. It was obvious to me that the detail person really took pride in his work. I am serious this car ran all winter and spring it was filthy for $135 they did a 100% perfect detail. So good I won first place at the Eurofest show which was 2 days later! All I did is clean off the brake dust from the drive to the show! I feel that MB Fort Wayne and Freddy deserve the trophy so you can see it at the dealership. In fact the entire team at MB of Fort Wayne all take such pride in their job it is obvious.

Excellent Dealership

Been a customer for over 13 years with various MB models. I have always had excellent service and fair deals. My most recent purchae is a new E63 and it was the most pleasant experience I ever experienced. I was deciding between the E63 or a Panamera or GTR. Honestly, the E63 won out based on never having any issue and the fact that the service department always exceeded my expectations. Qasim made the sale easy and efficient and I feel I got a really good deal. Nadeem and the financing was quick and informative. I did get added coverage on the wheels for when my wife drives the car as well as the extended warranty. This dealership is the absolute best and in my opinion is the pinnacle of the MB brand.

Worse Dealer and worse management I ever seen

I bought a car from this dealer that has been smoked in, I did not realize the moment I picked the car up but as the car warmed up when I was driving I could smell so bad could barely breath so I called Erine Moore right away and of course she denied it and never done anything about it. They told me to come bring it in so they wanted to give me 10k less then I bought it for. Management is nice only untill you make the deal but as soon as you drive away they don't give a crap about the customer they were rude and did not help out. All they did is refund the air filter and an ozone machine we rented which did not help with the smoke smell at all. I even contact the general manager to exchange the car and did not do nothing about it. I paid 40k for a car that I was not able to drive due to the horrible smell in the car. Management is all corrupted in this dealer and I would advice to stay away they are crooks and the most dishonest sells people I ever met in my life...Erin is a complete liar...lied to me repeadetly and Chris Cook is rude and most dishonest man I ever met. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

I was in the market for a lightly used Lexus ES350 (2011...

I was in the market for a lightly used Lexus ES350 (2011 very low miles). Discussed my color, options, and cost requirements Nadeem and within a day he sent an email giving me a couple options to consider. The car was in Atlanta so was nervous about making such a large purchase on a car sight unseen, but both Nadeem and Chris provided me a lot of information about the car inclusive of what options were included, pictures, Car Fax, and auction rating of the vehicle. Also was sure to tell me what wasn’t included which was an extra keyless start/entry key. Without me asking they promised to purchase me a spare key. So I was coming out of an accident situation where my car was totaled by another driver, and my insurance rental period was due to expire before the Lexus was going to arrive. No problem, Chris stepped up immediately and offered me a C300 to drive until my car arrived. Once my car arrived I was immediately notified and Nadeem had the car detailed for me before I arrived to get it. Beautiful car in fantastic shape and drove/drives perfectly. There was a noticeable imperfection on a door panel by the window and door lock controls. I thought oh well if that’s the only problem then this is still fantastic. But Nadeem suggested since it was still under Lexus warranty that I take it there and bet they will replace the part under warranty; they did! With a week of picking up the car my car I received a call from Lexus service stating my new key has arrived and that Mercedes paid for it and had a PO in place to cover the programming charge. Nadeem and Chris were fantastic to deal with. Never felt pressured. Very comfortable transaction and I would buy from again.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned CLK 350 convertible. There were problems with the windshield and driver's side mirror. The dealership sent someone to pick up my car, took it back to the dealership and replaced the windhield and mirror. Thank you for taking the time and resources to make this right! I appreciate it, and I love my car!

I have purchased 2 cars from them in the 22 months up to January 2011: an 06 E350 and 07 CLK 350 Cabriolet. All servicing on both has been done at dealer, except a tire for the 06. Super staff from my experiences - I often drop by just to see what's going on when I don't even need anything. One drawback is that once a car appears on the MB CPO website, they claim it is almost impossible to obtain that particular car, and that they need to search the off-lease pool. I am usually after particular colors/options, and those can be hard to locate. As with any dealer, knowing your desired product and what it is available with before you go in is a good idea. In-stock inventory of pre-owned cars are sometimes not in the best or cleanest condition. However, I am amazed at the selection being so large in quantity (particularly given the FWA market size), after visiting other Benz dealers during my travels. Their service loaner program is a logistical necessity with me being single. They have made great strides in relations with our local branch of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America. They have gone above and beyond for me, and friends of mine, when we were in need. I have also heard from club members in other states about the excellent care they received in emergency situations.

Very Poor Experience with this dealership. I drove all...

Very Poor Experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from southern Indiana thinking I was getting a very good deal on a used SLK 350. Nadeem knew absolutely nothing about the car. When test driving the car he states that the car is equipped with Bluetooth for the phone. He states that the car has a CD changer. Infact he plugged all these in the KBB values artificially bringing the price of the car up. They were supposed to deliver the car to me after 3-4 days. After paying for it and before leaving the dealer ship I even confirmed with him to send the cartridge for the CD changer and he states he would. I found the front door hinge making some creaking noise and Nadeem told me he would fix it before delivering. When I did receive the car (3-4 days late).....NO CD Changer....The door not fixed.....NO Bluetooth. So I called him up, he asks me to spray WD40 on the hinge and he said he would speak to his boss about the CD changer and Bluetooth. After a week of numerous emails and phone calls without him calling or emailing me back I called his boss Dan Zoda. Dan pretty much told me that I was out of luck on the CD changer and Bluetooth and that I should be happy for getting a deal on the car(not really when one removes those 2 options). He agreed to fix the door problem for which I had to drive over an hour to the nearest MB dealership and be without my car for a whole week while they worked on it. Guess what? the door hinge that Nadeem stated only needed WB40 was a $500 job that required a whole new hinge!! Why did Nadeem not spray WB40 before delivering the car??All empty promises, I'm still waiting on the bottle of touch up paint that he was supposed to send me because HE FOROGOT to touch up the nicks on the car that he had promised. The finance guy John was in a terrible hurry making numerous mistakes in the mileage etc that I had to catch. He states he is late for his son’s birthday party! He printed the wrong car on the 30 day tags too.Luckily my local MB dealership caught it and hence I had to run to the DMV to get my permanent plates so that I don’t get the ticket. Dan Zoda promised to send new tags...empty promised again. My honest suggestion DONOT deal with these guys and make sure you check all the options that they are plugging into KBB and don’t let them rush you!!
