Fantastic Experience

Recently obtainer a used from Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville. Matt Sloan with Sales did an amazing job of helping me select my vehicle. Gary Martin with Finance also did an awesome job helping me secure the deal. Customer service from everyone was superb. This organization definately cares about cultivating relationships with their customers. Best car buying experience ever!

No games excellent car buying experience

This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. There was no pressure what so ever. Bin was knowledgeable of the product. He personally delivered the automobile to Ocala the next day and answered all of my questions. I found every employee of Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville to be a very friendly and helpful.

No Pressure

I received great customer service. Even the employees that were not working directly with me were welcoming and friendly. I did not feel pressured into buying. Bin was able to quickly provide me with answers and information, he was great!

PATIENT AND GREAT SALESMAN SHIP

GEORGE AND I WORKED TOGETHER IN FINDING ME JUST THE RIGHT SMART CAR FOR OVER 2 YEARS. WHEN I FIRST CAME TO MERCEDES I WASN'T READY TO PURCHASE MY CAR. I HAD PLANS TO PURCHASE AN RV TO LIVE IN THAT HAD A GARAGE AND THE SMART CAR I WANTED I HOPED WOULD FIT IN THE GARAGE. I FIRST TEST DROVE A SMART CAR, AND LOVED IT. SO WHEN EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE WAS STARTING TO FALL INTO PLACE, ( PURCHASE AN RV, RETIRE, SOLD HOUSE, PURCHASE A SMART CAR) GEORGE WAS THE ONLY ONE I WOULD DEAL WITH. THERE WERE A FEW MISSES IN FINDING THE RIGHT ONE, BUT WHEN WE DID, THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THANK YOU GEORGE FOR MAKING IT HAPPEN, WE KNEW IT WOULD!!!

I have now purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership. Both were immaculate. I have also had service done here with no problems at all. Rachel was the Sales Manager and was very fair. Matthew Sloan was our salesman both times. He's very knowledgeable and fast. Gary was our finance guy and was excellent. He was going to check on a warranty refund from my trade of a 2007 SL550 but, we haven't heard back yet. He mentioned having to go across the street to find it?!

AVOID!

Took my car for a simple oil change and got ripped off for almost $900.00! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! I'll go to Orlando next time I need service....THEY CHARGED ME FOR ROTATING BRAND NEW TIRES! (JUST PURCHASED, BUT NOT FROM THEM)

Poor customer service regarding refund of warranty purchased

We purchased a GLK350, the dealership had used it as a service car for one year. We decided to purchase an expensive warranty for the car. After some time we decided we needed a bigger SUV and nothing was available at the dealership. We were told the value of the refund entitled to us and were advised that it would take approximately 4 weeks to receive. We traded in and notified Gainesville on August 29th that we no longer had the car and have still not received the money. Calls are made to the dealership to sales managers, they are slow in contacting us so we called the corporate office and were advised the dealer had the money October 1st. Sales was wonderful, service satisfactory, but this situation is unsatisfactory and we would never deal with them again. We are taking about a $2000 refund, very surprising for a quality car manufacturer such as Mercedes to not satisfy their customer. Loved our car, would purchase another in the future, but not from Gainesville.

I would not recommend this dealer.

My First Mercedes!

My first impressions of this dealership, upon entering, we're very warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Matthew had the Mercedes ready for the test drive when we arrived. He took extra time, going over the many features. Never at any time felt pressured. Very personable. And financing (my least favorite part 🙂) was essentially stress free. Thank you for a positive experience 👍

A salesman (Curt Curtis) can help you purchase the car that fits your needs and he did a great job. However the service department will keep you coming back to the dealership. They are the people who inevitably sell you your second, third automobiles. Alonzo Strickland and Scott Stephens (Asst. Svc Mgr and Svc. Mgr.) are successfully selling me my 2nd and 3rd cars. All of the Mercedes Benz of Gainesville employees have always exceeded our expectations. We will go no where else to purchase our next automobile.

Sales Rep, Eric Corley answered all our questions about the car and possible financing alternatives in a very straightforward manner. RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville anthonylaw 8/21/2016 Reason For Visit Service "RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!" My Mercdedes SLK was in the Gainesville dealership for repairs from damage caused from striking an object in the roadway. The repairs required that the entire dashboard be removed from the car, in the process the technicians destroyed the glove box but put the vehicle back together anyway and did not mention anything about this to us. After we had the vehicle back several weeks we noticed the damage that was done, we immediately contacted the dealership about the problem along with another issue we were having that was not related to the damage. Mercedes picked up the vehicle and took it to the shop, once the dealer looked at the car the service advisor called me and stated that the damage to the glove box was not covered and that they had seen similar issues with other vehicles, this was done while they attempted to get the dash out of the vehicle, it looked as if someone took a pry-bar and bent a the frame of the box along with the glove box door. The adviser stated the cost of the box was $800, I told him the damaged was caused by them but he would not admit it. Instead he said he would work on getting the cost down for us which he eventually did, however he wanted us to pay the labor, $165.00, reluctantly I agreed but reminded him that they caused the damage but I agreed to his terms just to get the item repaired. Not only has Mercedes of Gainesville lost a customer it is very possible that we may never guy another Mercedes from anyone.

Bought a new Mercedes GLS. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Also purchased four year maintenance agreement for the vehicle. Will be interesting to see how I feel in several years.
