Airbag recall
We were in to get new airbags due to recall and also needed a new alternator. Repairs came in under budget (which was very nice) and service was prompt and courteous.

Excellent service
Noticed some oil leaking in the garage. Called Mr. Allen and he got me right in on a Friday afternoon. They were able to find the problem and have it fixed in no time. Mr. Allen is very courteous and efficient. I appreciate his service every time. Also Corey is the best. Gets me in my loaner and I’m on my way.

Quick Service
Best experience, quick service! I scheduled my service appointment online. There is no option for a courtesy vehicle, but I called the morning of and spoke with my service advisor, Stephen Robinson. He was able to get me a courtesy vehicle for that day. I pulled in the garage just as a storm was brewing, the power went off briefly. I was informed that due to the power outage it maybe a while before I could get my courtesy vehicle. To my surprise it was a very brief wait for my courtesy vehicle. The gentleman backed the courtesy vehicle inside the garage so I didn’t have to go out in the rain! I was notified in less 3 hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup! Great experience.

Always great at your job. However, the ding repair warranty not so good. Upon calling the number given, we were told to go to website, submit 3 photos from different angles, submit contract and a decision would be made by a committee as to whether or not they would repair. Big hassle - not sure I will get this coating on my next car. Just thought you should know.

Emergency handle
Arrived to get an estimate on having a broken handle fixed. They repaired it. I was very happy and the service person Josh was wonderful.

Expectations exceeded.
The "check engine" light came on when we were four months and 1000 miles from our Wisconsin home. And it is not a loose fuel cap. Now I'm feeling more than mild panic. But at the dealership the diagnosis was accurate and the solution applied. Josh realized how we felt to have this problem so far from home and everything he did reflected that concern. We were and are very grateful. In fact, everyone was very courteous and helpful. We could not be more pleased.
