We walked into the dealership to just get a quick over view of options for us given our car lease would be up in a couple months. We were so impressed by Hank and how instinctive, personable, down to earth, and excellent he was at with the human emotion and connections. We were prepared to let go of this brand if the rep we got was less than. It turned out Hank was the GM. With him as a leader, I can only guess how great of an inspiration he will be with his team. I do sales for a living - and it’s al about the emotion, connection, and experience...... we had a great time! So much so we moved forward again with another Benz.

Rip off

When I leased my GLA they told me service would be no more than $300.00 each year. On the third service I took my car in for service and they are charging me $650.00. This I a rip off. Plus this is the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had on a vehicle.

John and Doug are such assets to this service department. If at all, I am unhappy or even slightly dissatisfied or even unsure, these guys WILL MAKE SURE you are 100% satisfied and then some. I do want to say that mostly I am satisfied, but even if there is a doubt, I can count on these guys, Mike and Doug, to make sure I'm satisfied ALWAYS. People and friends have always said, I do expect perfection and upscale service. I actually also feel so comfortable on going to this shop, not as only I know I will get 100%, but the conversation, explanations, and greetings are so wonderful. I always have had confidence in bringing my Mercedes to receive service at this location on Maui. John is wonderful and always gives me a receptive welcome and great service. A new employee, Doug, is wonderful too. I recently brought in one of my vehicles and met with Doug, who made sure everything I was concerned about (a list), he went over one by one, and took care of the issues with perfection. He is very kind and made sure I was content on all the work prior to me leaving. We even had some good laughs! I always leave knowing my vehicle was taken care of correctly. World Class Customer Service from the entire team!

I moved to Maui May 1, 2016 and shipped my MB S550 4matic with me. I stopped by the dealership to meet and establish a relationship for service. I have since had a couple of service experiences' having my car worked on here. Doug the Service Manager and his team have been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Every time I am greeted with friendly warm smiles and hospitality. Not just by the service team but everyone I come across regardless of job title. People that I have maybe met once remember my name. The work has always been done right, done on time, within estimates, and they have worked with my extended warranty on the bill. Every experience that I have had with Mercedes-Benz of Maui has been some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced, ever. I cannot recommend them enough. Sincerely, Joe Ward.
