Morons

Morons broke dash and scratched paint took 7 visits 3mths ....went in for airbag recal i wad treated not very nicely. Not a sorryor goodbye

Terrible service!!!

I have bought an ML 350 Bluetec from this dealer and serviced it and a E550 there. The service department has gone way down hill recently. My ML 350 was just returned after a month with them. The service reps, Frank and Brian never called when they said they would. Even the service manager was unreliable and failed to call back promptly. I was lied to on several occassions. The car was returned to me and I was given no paperwork. They said they would mail it to me. Everything about this expeiences was suspicious at best. I am taking my business eleswhere and suggest you do too!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent Experience Buying a New Car!

Buying a car, in my experience, is nearly as unpleasant as a visit to the dentist. My wife and I visited MB of Melbourne on a Friday afternoon and, less than three hours later, had purchased our first Mercedes, a new GLC300 (which we left overnight to have some extras added). Michael Glosque was our salesman - polite, extremely knowledgeable, patient and a great sense of humor. The process actually was fun! Mike turned us over to Gus Becce to work out financial details, and this too was painless; Gus was professional and very entertaining. When we visited MB of Melbourne the next day to pick up the car, Mike spent 90 minutes with us, going over the car and orienting us to its many features and the overall MB of Melbourne facilities. We were very, very pleased with the entire process. Kudos to MB of Melbourne!

After no response from a Mercedes dealership in Orlando I...

After no response from a Mercedes dealership in Orlando I dropped by this one and had first class service all the way. Laurie searched for a car to meet my needs and came up with a great price to match! The only thing missing from the dealership itself were the nice extra touches such as ice cream and cookies that Fields offers (water or coffe was all I was offered).

I would recommend this dealer.

I have had my Mercedes E350 in for service to this...

I have had my Mercedes E350 in for service to this dealership 3 times in the past 4 months. Every time it comes back with a new problem in which they have some sort of excuse for. The first time it can back with dents in the door and oil on the passenger seat. The second time they didn't make the proper repairs and on top of that the a/c was no longer working correctly and the third time they brought the car back with scratches all over the hood and gouges in the center console. My recommendation - DON'T GO WITHIN 100 MILES OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!
