The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving with my windows down. It was almost 5PM, but I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and they worked me in the next morning. It was also time for my 50,000 mile service and they took care of all of it on the same day-hallelujah! I usually schedule service ahead of time and take a loaner car, but with such short notice there was no loaner available. I was surprised and impressed with how quickly they shuttled me home and then got me back to the dealership when my car was ready! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, personable, and professional. In addition to those traits, George Lund, my service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative about progress on my car. It was a great experience and I’m once again driving in air conditioned comfort! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville!

Smooth Transaction

I am from the Chicago suburbs and found the 2018 GLC 300 on Car Guru's. I was able to do the transaction w/ Evan on the phone. He was very helpful and timely w/ his calls and texts. When I arrived w/ my trade in, everything went w/out a hitch. I am happy I did business with Mercedes Benz of Nashville. Both Evan and Anita from financing were friendly and good communicators.

When an unanticipated problem arises it is nice to know the service department has the bandwidth and willingness to work me in to address me concerns. I have always been pleased which is why I continue to use this service department WAY beyond warranty issues (165,000 miles). Attentive and thorough. Worth every penny.

Service rep was very courteous and attentive when discussing the vibration we were having when driving at interstate speeds. He also brought to our attention that there was an active recall that could be addressed while they were checking the balance of the tires. Rountine matintence; non-routine service

I brought my E350 in for a routine service appointment. Nic Howard greeted me, explained all the work, why it was needed and how the engine and components work. When service found additional items, he called promptly, laid out the cost and provided information I needed to make an educated decision on whether to have the work done. I have driven a Lexus, Audi and Acura. Nic is without a doubt the best service rep that I have ever dealt with.

I just purchased a GL550 from an non-Mercedes dealer. It was under warranty and had a few issues. I made an appointment for service on the MB app and was able to get right in. I was treated great and the car was repaired as requested. Very happy.

Better than I expected!

After retiring I wanted a fun ride so I purchased a used SL550. I had heard so many stories about how M/B service departments get you in and find many other things that are expensive to repair. I have now been here three times and the service team does what we agreed on and no other high pressure for unnecessary add ons.

Dealership"s Service Needs "Attention to Detail" Course

I had no doubt my SLK 32 AMG would receive the proper work needed to repair a power steering issue. However, I became concerned when the car could not be found and had a worrisome 20 minute wait during its retrieval. Then the car was brought in facing the 'ENTER' side instead of 'EXIT' which required a ground guide to manuever between cars, one coming in. I was astonished at the filthy exterior of my car and dirty floormat. The car had obviously sat outside in the back and I have no problem with that. I question why it was returned in such a filthy state after being there an entire week. None of these negatives would have ever been toerated by Harold Hamilton.
