Setting the Bar

This message is for the GM, Service Manger, or any future customer. I had another opportunity to deal with this your service department concerning my 2011 E350, specifically with Matt Workman. I have to say that Matt “sets the bar” for Dealer auto service. I’ve delt with Auto Dealers (to include BMW) all my life, but I’ve never received the level of service that I consistently receive at MB of Plano from Matt. I feel that MB of Plano and Matt specifically, provide a level of service that rises to the expectations I had when I bought my first Benz two years ago. My car is no longer under warranty. The level of service I receive and the way I’m treated when I walk in the door, is the only reason I keep coming back to the Dealer for maintenance. Thanks for listening. Scott Wenger 678-333-2192

Service Department

Have been having car being serviced at MB of Plano ( with Mr Chuck ) for more than 3 yrs now and am pleased with the service. He is approachable and no air of attitude at all especially dealing with a woman. Everyone whom I have been in contact with at MB of Plano has been pleasant. From the service drivers, people that greets you at drop of and pick up to cashiers and even the rental place.

Tire Issue

Overall an excellent experience. Roadside assistance took care of putting on spare tire. Dealership handled my spontaneous visit to dealership for tire replacement without a problem. Great service!

Renewing my Lease for S550 to S560

Warrsntee service items and body shop work.

Had a interior trim issue on our new e300 and some scratches from an auto transport company moving here from Atlanta. Both items were repaired in good order. My only suggestion would be better communication about timing of completion etc. Also hard to reach service afvisor by phone or text but the setvice is very good and prompt.

Having to return for the same sercie

When I picked up the car, it was dirty inside the car. The length of time to correct the issue was way to long. The service offer to take me to my residence never materialized. I finally got an Uber. I’m still having issues which should have been corrected.

The overall experience was good. I would like to suggest that when providing a courtesy loaner car the representative needs to ASK if instructions to operate a car are needed. The loaner I was given was an updated model and the driving, parking, and neutral gears we're all different than what I have used before. So don't just give me the key and assume that customers know how to operate any new model; provide instructions or at least ask if instructions are needed

Engine light illuminated
