Excellent service
Really enjoyed the service here. Salesperson Shahin was very friendly and transparent with everything and made my wife and I comfortable. The dealership is a bit small but the did have a large variety of vehicles to choose from and the staff was super sweet. We were nervous going into finance because of a previous bad experience but the finance manager was equally as good. Thank you

Bad costumers service and bad service
I took my car for oil change when I got home all my coins were missing from my car so be careful to another costumers.

Bad customer service
Went to trade for a nissan rouge and am waiting for a refund check that was suppose to take supposedly 8 weeks but is about to be 4 months. Keep calling but it is not resolved. Very fustrating.

Worst case of bait and switch in modern history.
I called about a car i found online, talked to Greg and he told me that the car was on the lot. I told him that i would be driving 100 miles each way so i wanted to be certain the car i wanted and that they had listed was there. He assured me that it was on the lot. Maggie who is the internet sales person called back and she wanted to verify again what i wanted and if they had it there.. After she could not locate the car at night she told me she would call in the morning to verify the one i wanted was actually on the lot. Next day she called back and said it was there and to come down to get it. Well long story short i get there and the car was not even close to the one i asked about and the one that 2 employees on 2 different days told me was there. They had a few reasons and stories as to why i was lied to and mislead, but no one would take responsibility. The fault originated with people that were either already fired or were getting ready to leave according to them. And when i stopped them mid way through the B.S. and asked who should be held accountable, they had nothing but a blank look on their faces. So they let me drive 200 miles total to try and pull a bait and switch on me. By far the worst experience and the most incompetent staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is people like this that give car salesmen a bad reputation and anyone thinking of doing business with them should be wary. Integrity and customer service are words not in their vocabulary.

Recall and warranty service
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.

Lack of response
Purchased a car from this dealership and need hrlp with my car registration and can't seem to get anyone to help me or return my calls.

Horrible customer service.
I tried to make an appointment for my first service at this new Nissan dealership and could NEVER get a call back. I tried both by phone and live chat online. I finally left a message for "Thomas", the Service Manager and, no surprise...no call back. I then went into the dealership and left a message with the receptionist for the General Manager, "Gustavo" to call me and he also NEVER returned my call!! What's with the culture of this dealership that they don't know the definition of customer service?? At LEAST the courtesy of a return call.
