I had an amazing service at Mercedes Benz in Pineville. It was wonderful working with John Sims he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without rushing and was thorough with the car details. John is very helpful with understanding all of the documents/details when buying. He has an upbeat personality which makes a what could be stressful time, easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with John for your next Mercedes Benz purchase/lease!

First time buyer

This was my first car buying experience. I saw the car on autotrader and had interest in buying. Darrell called and kept in contact until I was able to make it to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by John and he took care of me. It was a long process but John was very helpful and made sure I left satisfied. I’m heading back to college and I am very happy with my car.

Professional and tuned in to my service needs

Yesterday I had my car in for an annual service (40K miles), and they were ready to receive me at the scheduled time. Service manager Francisco Brucia went over the work needed, the projected costs, and the time necessary to compete the work. I waited in the comfortable lounge, depleted the snack basket, read an ebook on my phone, and occasionally looked up to see my car in the shop on the monitor. In about the projected time, the work was done. Call me a happy customer!

Darrell Kimrey was excellent at assessing and meeting our needs before and during the sales process. But what sets him apart and above the rest is his after the sale follow up. His work resolving a minor issue for us was very noteworthy as well as his continued contact not only thanking us for our business, but genuinely offering his assistance and invitation to reach out to him for any needs we might have. Again, his genuiness in meaning and doing what he says was most impressive. Nelson Prieto us equally appreciated for his follow up with a minor service issue availing himself to assist. What is particularly impressive was their attention to us as out of town customers..,very reassuring making themselves easily accessible. Thanks so much gentlemen... your professionalism and friendliness is apparent and appreciated...it’s what folks remember.. Top shelf customer service was our experience.

If you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes, I HIGHLY recommend Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. I worked with Darrell Kimrey for purchase of my E-300, he should have been highly annoyed with me as I chose to do all negotiating via e-mail and phone. He requested on several occasions that I come to the dealership to see him, but he never overly pushed the issue with me, which was the right move in dealing with me. After we reached an agreement when I went to the dealership to take delivery, I was met with a GENTLEMAN of pure CLASS! During my road test of the vehicle his knowledge of Mercedes as a manufacturer and their history amazed me. Then he demonstrated every function of the specific vehicle all the way down to how awesome the turn ratio of the vehicle is. He explained and demonstrated every feature of the vehicle for me. The reception we received from him in the dealership was as if we good friends, very warm and welcoming. In speaking with Mr. Kimrey about his history (which is my nature) I learned that he had sold and MANAGED some very high end vehicle dealerships, given this, it even impressed upon me more how much he believed in the product and it's value, Mercedes-Benz! Although we chose not to finance, the finance manager Marc Bartalini gave us some very note worthy financial advice about return on our money versus financing the vehicle. Overall our experience with MERCEDES-BENZ OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE was the most professional and pleasant vehicle purchasing experience, and I am 54 years old. My partner of 20+ years gets his new vehicle in December 2019, I can assure you that we will start at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. William R. Ring - Conover, NC

Janusz Walczak was really kindly. Walked through every questions & concerns I had. From the day I called till I went for test drive, everything was smooth. Got in and out (Driving test & completed my purchase) just in an hour. Showed me how to do all the settings on site and Sent me an email regarding for my vehicle other programs. Reached me out week after to make sure I’m satisfied the car. Thanks again Janusz! Dale Baucom from parts department also helped me a lot with my car’s accessories needed and delivered great customer service to me as well. Negotiation Experience was the most stress-free experience

As always I dread the car negotiation process, however John Sim’s sales presentation moved us to selecting the best vehicle. He asked all the right questions which sped up the selection process. Finally he offered a fair price for our trade. We knew it was a fair price because we conducted the research prior to making a decision to trade it.
