Leasing 2018 Demo GLC 300 with Robert and Gary was a breeze

Robert and Gary (with some input from Sal) took every step possible to making our leasing experience glitch free, from negotiating the terms of the lease to educating us about the car, our first Mercedes. Robert and Alberto took addtional time to assure our satifisfaction with a minor dent repair and Robert texted me on more than a few occasions to be certain that we were totally satisfied with the vehicle and service (which we are). Wonderful Surprise

We were in the market for a new car that we would lease.. After driving an 2006 Audi 6, I was looking for a premium car and my wife suggested Mercedes. She saw an article in the WSJ about the deals Mercedes offers. We met with Bob Hahn who was extremely knowledgeable and after driving the 300C, he presented the deals available at the dealership. We were surprised to find a 2017 300C at a lease price that we would not find for any comparable auto at that level. Great experience and the follow up was teriffic.

It's worth the trip!

I drove over an hour away to buy a Mercedes in Southampton NY but it was worth it! The manager Gary and my salesman Nick were terrific! They delivered the car to us with such class, explained all the mechanics of the car not to mention the cleanliness of the showroom. I found a new Mercedes dealership that I will be using for me and my family.

This is my third lease from this dealership and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Anthony and Alan work together to come up with a deal that works for me for the car that I want. This time I went with the E300 sedan and I am thrilled with it. The dealership is bright and airy and very welcoming. Exceptional experience at Mercedes Benz of Southampton

I started servicing my C300 at Mercedes Benz of Southampton a year ago. Within a short time I received a text that my car was done. I continued using them. When my C300 lease was up I chose a GLC300 because service and the entire dealership was fantastic. This is my second Mercedes Benz and must say that this experience exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them highly. Gary Gentile was a true professional and followed through on whatever was promised.

Worst most incompetent service ever- by any dealer

My car was brought in for problems with the ignition system.car was in their shop for several weeks .i called the service manager 5 Times & never got a call back. When I got the car back ,the ignition was put in upside down & they had damaged the center console. A week or so later, the car again would not start. It was taken back to this dealer& after keeping the car they advised me that another part & repair was necessary-which they should have diagnosed the first time. As they were completing this repair- they damaged the body.They had to order the part & then have it painted & installed- for this repair they had the car for a month- they also told me that they did not damage the center console,despite the fact that it was perfect before they got it.. Now the automatic locking system which directly links to the ignition system does NOT function. The Worst service ever. If you are going to get a car that might EVER need service- get it somewhere else

Badly let down by Smitty

Service center had my car for 23 days and didn't do any of the work requested except a service and a New York inspection that I had not asked for and didn't need. Shocking inefficiency.

Superb Service!

I was having trouble learning how to use the GPS and Candece Dwyer-D'Avino showed me all the right moves. She was very patient and helpful with a slow learner, and I'm now able to navigate. She went out of her way to help me, above and beyond what might be expected, and I am very grateful. Excellent in every way!
