I cannot recommend this dealership enough, and I've already begun referring my friends who are in the market to Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz. Quynh and Kevin were fantastic in dealing with, and went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted, eventually finding one out of state and shipping it to the bay area, and then delivering it to my house. The salesperson was extremely polite, friendly, and professional when delivering the vehicle to my house and going through the paperwork with me. They were able to not only find me the car I wanted but at a very great deal as well.

Comfortable/ professional with no sales pressure

Just drove off with a 2018 GLA 250 Ice Edition from here. Now for me, I usually hate going to car dealerships because of salespeople "pouncing" on customers trying to get that sale. However, sales consultant Kevin Rasul was very patient and helpful with me. As soon as I arrived, I was just roaming around looking at the various vehicles, didn't really want to be bothered. Then Kevin came out introducing himself professionally and asked typical questions on what I was interested in. I told him the different models and colors/ interiors I liked. Kevin told me he'll go look up their inventory based on what I wanted and for me to go on ahead and look around or wait inside while he got a list. Offered my wife and I refreshments and anything to eat while we waited. Like I said, Kevin was patient with me as I looked at the different vehicles, with him bringing the cars to me instead of having to go to the different lots they have. Never any pressure and always being hospitable. After I decided on what I wanted, he worked out for me a deal that I was happy with. So thank you Kevin! I would like to say Omar in finance was very nice as well. Very friendly and helpful. Kevin even followed up a couple days later if I had any concerns or questions about my new vehicle and set up an appointment to see a concierge to learn about my vehicle

We don't frequently comment on these type of sites, but this time, we feel compelled to do so...Our recent purchase at the Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz's dealership was indeed a very enjoyable venture...James Molakides (Jimmy) literally went out of his way to accommodate us...making our experience incomparable. We say this with plenty of certainty, especially after having visited four other BENZ dealerships in the SF Bay Area. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about the various models we were interested in; and he helped us to find the perfect one for us. Even though, we showed-up, almost at closing time, he and his staff stayed late into the evening, as long as it was necessary to make it happen...until we drove-off with the car. We congratulate Jimmy's and other staff's dedication and commitment to customers' satisfaction.

We purchased at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek in April 2017. An experience that we would do over again! Thomas Laurent was pleasant to work with and would always go out of his way to satisfy our request, either if were were at the dealership or via text message. His personality is not like any other “dealer”. Very knowledgeable and understood every step of the process. He was not pushy and knew what we wanted; so there was never any sense of pressure. We would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek and specifically Thomas Laurent.

We were researching for a while for an E350 with all the extra amenities.. once we found it we called Craig McCool and he was able to send it to the Walnut Creek dealership. Fantastic Experience

If you are looking for a Mercedes then I would highly recommend this Mercedes dealership in Walnut Creek. Their lot is huge, so there are many choices to consider. Their staff, from the second we got out of our car, was so nice! We had a wonderful experience. We live in the city and had been to several other dealerships in the Bay Area, but this was, by far, the easiest and most professional set of folks we’ve worked with. They had the exact car that we wanted, and were able to work out the numbers to fit our budget. We worked directly with the manager Jason Viscarra and salesman Garrett Shaver. Both were super friendly, extremely knowledgable and very helpful without being pushy. I never felt pressure to decide that day. Also, turning in my car before the ending date of its lease was simple and fair, and they took care of all the DMV paperwork (that’s the best part!)I’m thrilled to drive my new GLE350 around San Francisco.

Easy transaction

I recently purchased a certified pre owned Mercedes S550. I had been looking at several cars and hadn't acted fast enough. So when I saw this car and it had the specs that I wanted I jumped on it fast. I was calling from out of state and my sales person was Moazzem Chowdhury. Overall it was a very easy transaction, from start to finish. Mo even met with my brother who lives in the area to make sure there was no issues with the car. Since receiving my car I have been able to contact Mo to get my questions answers and with any concerns. My only Complaint is the transport company that they hired to ship my car. They were unprofessional, rude and I could not believe that Mercedes would pick such a company to work with.

very bad experience with sales department

They cheated from the beginning, giving heavily high price for a car with 5000 miles that represented as manager's car but in fact was a loaner. the price paid was like a new one with no miles on it. they forced me to remove the car from the dealership although I had no plan to take it that day as I had driven there alone. the car was damaged as discovered later but they did not accept the responsibility. All paperwork was done as a new car, later they told me that it was a used car.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Disappointed customer

I bought a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. I had an arrangement with the salesman, to bring the car back for some minor paint touch ups and repairs. Took the car back, not ones but twice. I was given the run-around both times. The second time, I was told my name wasn't on the system, telling me that I had no appointment. But I did. I had a confirmation from them on my cell phone. Then, I was told that my car wasn't going to be worked on and that I had to either leave the car or bring it back some other time. I was told there were no loaner cars that they could provide, if i decided to leave the car. But, a few minutes later, they provided a loaner for another customer that arrived after me. I was referred to 5 different service reps. All said the same thing. No effort was done by any of them to help me out or accommodate me. I was simply a number to these people. At this point in time, I was frustrated and pissed. I finally asked for a Manager. He was able to have the repairs done. I waited there for over 3 hours. No loaner or shuttle was offered while i waited. They didn't even clean my car after the work was done, as promised by the salesman and service manager. They handed the car over dirty and the repair wasn't done properly. The service rep. or manager didnt even inspect the work done. So, I simply left! I was treated with utmost disrespect. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP. So dissatisfied and disappointed! Your Service department SUCKS! They all have this attitude and are so snooty. I wouldn't refer this dealership to anyone.

A Great place

I just had a great experience with Kevin Rasul and the sales team. The experience was first class. I purchased a used vehicle from them and normally I love to haggle about the cost of everything (I'm sick at a swap meet and will hustle in a shopping mall) but I didn't have to here. The price I paid was way the best in the Bay Area. I was comfortable with the price at a dealership--who says that?

General Manager Jason Viscarra and his team were amazing at helping me with the recent lease of my new Electric B250e. I had been considering the BMW i3, but after going to the dealership and driving a couple of cars, I was sold on the B250e. It was a smooth ride and had lots of room both in the seating and the trunk. Kevin Rasul we very helpful in explaining the different options. The level of service in the dealership is excellent and everyone is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. This is my first MB and I highly recommend MB of Walnut Creek.

Bought an E350

Kevin; knowledgeable, down to earth, and no pressure!

My first time at a Mercedes dealership and my fiancé and I are so happy we worked with Kevin. A brand new Mercedes was out of our budget, but we didn't feel like "second class citizens" at all at the dealership. Kevin was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and no pressure! We really felt he went above and beyond in many ways; like the amount of time he spent with us (nearly three hours past closing on a Sunday!!!). He also negotiated a high, and fair price for our trade-in; other dealerships offered us THOUSANDS less. As previously mentioned, he was no pressure; when we were debating between cars (a 10,000 difference in price) you could tell he truly wanted what was best for us, not best for his paycheck. We did end up going with the more expensive car and we couldn't be happier. I should also mention that the perks that come along with buying a car at the MB dealership in Walnut Creek are also very impressive. We can't wait to go back!
