Very unprofessional

I had a very unplesant experience this week at Mercedes Wilmington service center. “I dont care” attitude was everywhere from the front desk to the service rep. No ownership and/or accountibility of service reps. It was a very sad and agitating experience.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Always a rewarding experience...true professional

I went car shopping at Mercedes Benz of Wilmington to look for a new vehicle. We are always greeted by David Gershman, who makes us feel warm and comfortable at the showroom. He showed us around and guided us through the available cars per our budget. I must say it's always a terrific car shopping experience. David is very informative and he answers every question of ours patiently and with passion. As an example, David provides an outstanding demonstration of all the features available in a vehicle of interest. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car dealer sales representatives just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Terrific experience at MB of Wilmington. Outstanding customer service - my sales person delivered the car 90 miles to me and picked up the old one. Signed paperwork and he was on his way...and I had my car. By far the best of I have worked with.

Dru Brahmbhatt and Dave Gershman are outstanding at their jobs. Both Dru and Dave go above and beyond for their customers, and I am fortunate to say I experienced it first hand. Dru helped me tremendously and his professionalism is stellar. He wanted my experience to be a good one and he made sure that it was. Dru helped me before, during, and after my purchase. The love Dave has for his job is evident in his enthusiasm. Dave is knowledgeable and made the purchase as smooth as any customers could ask for. Dave's job doesn't stop after your purchase, he is there to help and answer any question(s) you may have long after you have left the dealership. Goes the extra mile

First time in for service as promised on a We Owe You at time of sale. Was given a free 2018 C300 loaner which was very nice, and when I dropped off my car I brought up a couple small issues ( used MB) they handled, to my surprise, free of charge. My salesman David G. personally handled the arrangements. When I was surprised to get a zero bill, the response was “This is Mercedes-Benz.” This is exactly the difference from other dealers- they go the extra mile. a shout out as well to the manager. They want you have a great experience with the car and the dealership.

Unerthical, incompetent

Took my E 550 in for service. The dealership attempted to oversell work that was not or required. ( $1500 for Spark plugs and other items which were just replaced and dealership said they must be replaced. The dealership missed items that were required by Mercedes. The dealership missed a tire that needed replacement.The rear tire had a knot on the sidewall. Totally missed it. I drive Mercedes for Safety. Missed a damaged tire!! Reprehensible. Mercedes Benz of Wilmington is sleazy, and incompetent, This dealership puts customers at risk, I also had a service prepaid they missed, charging me for the service. When they figured it out.... they sent me back a check and charged Mercedes. ok... .what about the items that had to be done on that service Wilmington blew off. Run from this store. DO NOT GO THERE. If you want slick and sleazy store they are your store.

Dave worked to help me find the right vehicle for me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my decision before leaving. Process was easy and I never felt pressured towards getting a certain vehicle I wasn't comfortable with.

Responsive and attentive when I had a flat!!!!

I was coming home from the beach going at least 70 mph I was driving my new GLA 250 which has been great since purchsase. I noticed a message on my dashboard indicating a problem with my right front tire I began to lose pressure rapidly I knew something was wrong I contact the dealership spoke right away with The service desk to advise that I was coming in I was actually an hour away I have a runflat and time was of the essence I contacted my salesman David Gershman who answered my call right away walked me through how to handle the situation checked to see if there was a rental car available and since this was my first experience driving a car with a flat tire on the interstate I was very nervous I asked him for emotional support and he gave that to me I was by myself in the car he reminded me about the emergency 800 number for towing if I didn’t feel comfortable driving to the dealership I got to the dealership I took my car in and I was done within an hour. Thanks David Gershman for your help!!!!!!! I am truly greatgul. He even offered to give me a ride home if no rental car available. You can’t get s better person than that Mercedes!! Fun and Enjoyable

I came into lease a brand GLA for my mother and he was the definition of excellence. Very knowledgeable took the time to explain all of the new features and even taught my mother how to sync her blue-tooth properly. I will purchase all my Mercedes from David from now on.

It’s a smooth transaction with patient help

I kinda know what I wanted before I showed up but I decided to go with a model with a bigger size and nicer interior, everything went so smoothly. Got the car the second day with all the paperwork done swiftly and the sales person Dave did explain the function of the Car and future maintenance scheduling very patiently.

Professionalism is everything!

In the process of buying our first Mercedes-Benz Dave never rushed us. He knew we were interested in a GLK 350 and took his time not only to answer every question but went over every option in the vechicle we were not familiar with. We test drove it twice and each time we had questions he made sure we understood the answer he gave. He even took charge of fixing a dent on a door that you would never know was there. He is a credit to your organization!

David was extremely passionate from the start, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and services at Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. I had a very unique situation and David was extremely helpful and very supportive of the ability to get me in a new car, so it was hard not to make the purchase while working with him. Very friendly experience. Dave was very engaging and gave us all the information we needed for the vehicle. He was very friendly, it almost felt like we knew him for a very long time. He gave us our space to think about the overall ordeal and did not push us at all. He was very clear on what was under his control in terms of discounts on the price. Discussion with Carlos was very straightforward. He was very clear on what he could do more and when I told him the price I was comfortable with he made it happen only because he could. No playing games or any xxxxxxxx. Overall Dave and Carlos make it a very pleasant experience

Very accommodating

After shopping around for a GLA 250 and going to multiple dealerships it was very refreshing to meet and have Alissa work out the deal she did ,so I could lease exactly I wanted.
