We brought our van in for an engine light issue and we happened to mention that we had a recurring problem that we have had our local dealership look at numerous times and they have never been able to fix. That problem was a jerking or lurching when we accelerated. Someone mentioned this to a service tech and the tech said it sounded like an EGR valve. Amanda made an appointment for us on the following Tuesday. Since we were on vacation, we had to hang around the Portland area until then. We arrived Tuesday morning and Amanda had the paperwork for our van and courtesy car ready. She kept us informed of the progress on our van and it was ready in two days. Truly Exceptional

I have been servicing my Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the portland area since 2008 and have visited all the different dealers. The service and parts staff here take the time to know your name and make you feel welcomed. They’re honest and efficient and on more expensive work have help me sort through the various options for my vehicle. I drive from Hillsboro to service here and wouldn’t even consider anywhere else.

Emergency Service

Had an oil leak and Mercedes Wilsonville took me in, unscheduled and late on a Saturday afternoon and resolved the issue immediately. The Service staff stayed after normal working hours to complete the repairs.

Jeff was great to work with. We found a car online and he had it ready for a test drive by the time we arrived. We didn’t feel any pressure throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Financing was simple and their team helped us find a great rate. Pulley belt replaced $610 2011 Mercedes C300

As soon as you pull up, svc techs tag and check car in. They could offer to help you unload car (groceries) since they are mostly standing around. Complimentary loaner, new C300. Awesome they do this! Slick text messaging with links to car diagnosis, invoice and payment option. Complimentary Multipoint inspection provided which car passed therby bypassing need for our requested brake fluid change and bleed, and flush cooling system. Shows honesty of service technicians and dealership not performing work that was requested by owner but not needed. Had low whirring rotational noise in engine, and they replaced pulley once I authorized via email. A+ Where MB scored low is the service counter person with no personality and unwillingness to get answers about the service...so why is he there? I asked him about the Multipoint Svc and not performing requested work, he responded he didn't know how to "read" the report. Well how about you get trained since you are dealing with customers picking up cars who all pick up these reports?! I asked if the Tech, Tony M, who provided the service was around, he was out to lunch. Then silence...! So "I" asked if someone else could help, duh? He finally attemped to "read" the report and said since it passed inspection, they didnt perform the work. F grade. Could of vacuumed the car intetior on return...they used to do this, wash and return car cleaned? Just spent $610... F Nice clean pick up area with snacks and coffee and tea. Could use a few chairs to lounge since it took 15 mins to collect my car buried in lot out front. The tech this time offered amd helped with transferring bags back into car :) Overall, very efficient shop and the maintenance was performed; fixed the engine whirring rotational noise and didnt perform work that wasnt needed.

Horrible customer service

I bought a 2015 E350 from wilsonville mercedes benz 17 days ago. I have called them at least 15 times regarding a check FROM them. I have NEVER received a call back. I am sent to voice mail, after voice mail.... They may sell the most Mercedes in the Portland area...as they will tell you repeatedly, but their customer service AFTER you buy the car is the worse!

I would not recommend this dealer.

I ordered a vehicle from the factory and got exactly the car I wanted. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Brent is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with. Jacob was very personable and helpful in explaining the vehicle operation and features. When I went to the Parts department for floor mats and a cargo tray, the items were in stock, the price was fair and the staff was very pleasant. Great car, great dealership.
