Fantastic Service Center!

I wanted to take a moment to tell everyone how great my experience was in the service center. I had a oil change appt and my service adviser was Mike Martinez. My appt was at 8am on Saturday. Mike was a great guy, very knowledgeable, and got me in and out very quickly, he even got my car washed for me! The service center was very clean, comfortable, and even had complimentary drinks and food. I worked in the car dealership business for over 6 years before I moved out here from NJ and I must say this is one of the best dealerships around. I will most certainly be back!

Cancelled a contract 12 days after signing

Dealer couldn't find financing but failed to notify me till 12 days after. Sales manager was really rude acting like a cave man no manners and lying about sending certified letter about contract cancellation which 5 days later I still haven't recieved anything, well since they failed to notify me within 10 days the contract signed by law is final but they still went ahead and took the car ignoring the contract we signed. Horrible business ethics and can't even communicate properly.

I would not recommend this dealer.

MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME TODD AND THE TEAM WERE FRIENDLY GOT ME IN AND OUT . I HAVE HEARD STORIES OF IT TAKING HOURS SO I WAS NERVOUS . BUT NOT HERE IT WASNT . IF I EVER NEED ANOTHER CAR I WILL DEFINITELY GO HERE .

Back in July 2015 Majd in internet sales helped me gettin a 2015 Altima . When I purchased this car I mentioned to Majd that I like jeep , so a week ago I receive a call from Majd and she tell me that she has a jeep and she is interested in buying my Altima and getting me in the jeep. She worked me a deal over the phone took pictures and got everything done the only thing I had to do is pick up the new one drop off the old one, and sign ... love this dealer and love working with Majd.

Sold me a car, not a payment

Bought my parents a car and they didn't start with how much I wanted to pay a month. Cesar Martinez started with what car did I want and listened. Showed me my options and ended paying less for the car. It's true they want you to come back to buy again and it looks like I will. Great experience for the first time.

When you arrive at Metro Nissan Of Redlands they greet you very well. They offer refreshments and can assist you with whatever you need. Service Dept. Is Always Top Notch

I have been coming to Nissan Redlands for quite a few years, even after buying my vehicle elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful; but the service department is definitely the best asset. I get great service, honest feedback, and honest repair information without ever feeling pressured. I also have to include my service rep Kevin Griffin who I've been coming to since getting service here - he is knowledgeable and simply a great guy to deal with. Great service, great dealership and great staff! Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE

Screw this place! I came in to get something replaced because it broke under warranty and I waited an hour for them to tell me it broke. Ummm...duh that's why I brought it in! Then I was told the piece they needed to order would be there in about a week. I wait 2 weeks then I called and Gene Lum said "oh its been here for a week." Where the xxxx was my call saying it was in!?!? So I come in to get it fixed and then Gene said, "oh I'm sorry we can't do it today, we close in 2 hours" and I was told it only took 45 min! Where's the logic in that!? Communication is KEY when running a business. You have losty business I just hope your other store in Riverside isn't this bad!

Repairs

Took my vehicle in with tire pressure light on. Was told that I need a Gage to be change. I took it to a tire shop and they repair the tire that had a nail in it. The service advisor said they found an oil leak and charge me over 200 plus dollar to change a sensor seal. I wonder now if there was a leak? I had just had an oil changed. The business is on unethical. I took my vehicle several times to fix a rattle sound underhood. Problem still on going. The x Terra 2005 has radiator problem that damage the transmission. When I mentioned it to service advisor. He said not all vehicle does. A liard. Nissan had recall on this issue and a lawsuit. Now my vehicle is almost 99600 miles. Beware of this crooked business

Had an issue with my van and Mr. Martin and his staff went above and beyond to take care of it! What a blessing they were to our family and he not only helped us out but we know many others in the community who rave about him and his staff and who shop and service no where else! A true family feel at this business where customers are treated as family and staff has even commented on how they stick around because of that family atmosphere created by Mr. Martin. Thank you Metro Nissan.

Very dishonest people. I cannot trust any of the good rating on this dealership. They are not professional and not true to their word. You will have better experience to go somewhere else and buy a car. The General Manager and Sales staff is not worth your time. You ARE NOT getting good service or deal. Go to another dealer even you have to drive little far.
