Lease a brand new truck

My guy Ld was great. Make sure you review paperwork in the end. Manager tried to get me for a higher residual. But in the end, got the deal and left with my truck. Good prices and great sales rep from LD

The worst place ever to shop, or fix or even to end it

the only good experience you might have in this place is when you buy your car, because its the only interest they have, to SALE! after that, you are doomed! bright new car, too many electrical issues but even worst not qualified personal and technicians to fix it. I already traded my compass, even when I loved it, the service was so BAD that I preferred to switch to Toyota than relaying on this people. RIGHTNOW THE PROBLEM IS A DIFFERENTE ONE! I've been trying to claim the refund of my extended warranty. they say it takes maximum 6 weeks, just to cover their backs! but it usually takes 10 business days, it has been 2 months and this people its just mocking at me, I've called and Ive been there personally they don't come out of their office, the poor lady in the front desk is the one who has to deal with costumers and she has the power to do nothing! Thanks Mike for pretending being interested the first day I met you JULY 9TH that you'd make this an easy going process to not show up later, for the past 2 months, so the front desk could tell me that is actually the lady at human resources who by the way is a mistery woman, they don't give the name, number or email...they just says she is in a different building. SHE NEVER EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! when the front desk transfers my calls, you are all mediocre staff. I was very patient but this seems to be cancer in this city AWFALL COSTUMER SERVICE. THE WORST. From the offices in finance, hr until the shop with shuttles that smells to weed to staff that also don't pick up calls. And technicians that fixes nothing.

My Husband and I walked into this Dealership and we were immediately greeted by Mr L.D. Upton, he is Gooooood, we felt as if we were family he explained the whole process and made it super smooth and easy, a couple of hours later we rolled out in a custom show room Jeep Wrangler 🔑

Hands down best car purchase ever

So I found a used vehicle using their website, which was very easy to navigate, late Friday evening. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with LD. He verified the vehicle was there and even had it moved into an inside holding area for us since it was raining. Very low pressure, asked if we wanted to drive it. He let us go on our own and get a feel for it. He met us as we came back and we had very little haggling since we knew exactly what we were gonna put down and what we were looking for in a monthly payment. He handed us off to Mike Kennedy who made the signing simple and pleasurable. If you are in the market for a car, not only would I highly recommend this dealership, but I would recommend you ask specifically for LD and pray he hands you off to Mike.

LD Upton and Mike Kennedy were the absolute amazing!! I cannot give them any higher praise! From the moment we called, until we pulled away the customer service was perfect! LD was so wonderful, kind, helpful, generous, and much more. He made sure we felt like family. I will highly recommend all my friends and family go see him! Mike was also so very efficient, personable, helpful, patient, and awesome! He talked to us like we were family as well, explaining everything for our 18 year old daughters first car buying experience. We cannot believe we were in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours and were so very happy!! We loved Metroplex and our fantastic LD and Mike! Thank you both so much!

RUN FAR FAR AWAY

If you want to be treated like xxxx as soon as the sale is complete. This is your place. Buying a car is a big and important purchase and the last thing you want to do is worry about if you’ll ever get your sales paperwork or license plates. Having to track down multiple people none of which want to help you or have a clue as to what’s going on. I called because it has been almost 2 months and my plates has stilll “not come in” yet. The receptionist assured me it “only takes 2 weeks”, well it has been 6 extra weeks and her response was well maybe the tax office is behind. So I asked if she could check the status of this. She could/would not So finally she transferred me to the titling lady, whom was not there and I left a message. Magically the next day my plates were ready to be picked up. The cherry on top was when I went in to pick up my plates, finally, the girl called me Alyssa, when I corrected her she just gave me a dirty look and did not correct herself or apologize. Grossly rude and careless staff. Would not recommend at all. And it gets worse.... 6 months after purchasing a 2015 GMC Yukon from this dealership, my car completely shut off while driving. Despite this dealer letting me know if there's anything they could ever do for me after the atrocious service previously, to give them a call. Of course,they'ree magically under "completely new management" now. The vehicle's battery was way too small for the engine which caused the wiring to go bad. I called Alisha, who sold me the vehicle, and all she had to say was "well, we don't? have GMC certified service people so they wouldn't even know what to look for, as long as it's? running, they don't inspect it further.".... You read that correctly. They do not properly inspect vehicles prior to selling them. The mechanic also found that there had been aftermarket equipment? installed and then taken out that damaged the Body Control Unit, a grand total of $2k. What will you get from purchasing a $50k vehicle from them? No service, no reliability, and no support. If this sounds appealing to you, you should definitely purchase from Metroplex. If you care at all about your safety? and do not want to waste your hard earned money, I suggest? you take your business elsewhere. It appears this dealership operates on negligence and fraud?.

Subpar Service

I bought two cars here and will not even consider my next one. Less than six months after my second car, i started having some cosmetic issues - breaking bezel that took me six months to have replaced. Three weeks after the new one was replaced, it broke again. I contacted Metroplex CDJR service department and they gave me the runaround d that it was inly cosmetic and they didn’t think it should be covered. My vehicle had less than 15k miles on it and a bumper to bumper warranty. This is a part that broke two times in the same exact place while I was driving down the street. Three service managers promised me that it would be replaced (AGAIN) and each time the service manager quit their job. Obviously they dropped the ball over and over and over again. They do not want to cover warranted parts and service. I took my car to Frisco CDJR - WOW that is a “service” department. Lack of covering warranted services, lack of service, high turnover, and a genuine disregard for customers is what you will get when you come here. Since the change in ownership from Love Field to Metroplex, everything has take turn for the worse. I would rather drive hours out of my way for service or to buy a new vehicle than to ever set foot on their lot again.

You do all the work, they get payed

I got a recall notice for my 2017 Jeep Renegade, I also needed to get it inspected. It took 4 phone calls to get ahold of a person. Once that person answered (sales) they said they needed to transfer me to service, which is fair. But then, while I was on hold. I got hung up on. Once I was finally able to get in touch with a person to schedule my appointment, they needed more information from parts. They gave me a call back an hour later. They were unable to tell me if I would need two appointments, if they had the parts in stock, or how long it would take to do the recall. I go to my first appointment. I get an inspection and lo and behold, they don't have the parts, so they need to order them and will need a second appointment. After getting home, I also realize I was never given my inspection results and can't get my sticker. I live an hour away, so it's not very easy to get to the dealership either. 2 weeks later, I was never given a call about my parts being in so I call parts and ask. After a 30min phone call I am placed on hold, and then hung up on while on hold. I then call back service to see if they can be helpful, they place me on hold, but thankfully I wasn't hung up on this time. They told me I need to wait to get a call back from them. And that's where we are now. An ordeal of 3 weeks trying to get a RECALL fixed. If anything happens to me or my car or someone else because this recall was not handled in a timely manner this dealership will be place I sue.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great Purchase Experience with Omer

I bought a Dodge Charger from Metroplex Dodge with the Sams Club TrueCar program. Omer Khokher was my salesperson and he was outstanding. He did not pressure me or play any games which was greatly appreciated. When asked, he gave me an out the door price that was honored on a subsequent visit. The financing also matched what he quoted me. Omer and the finance guy did not waste any of my time which made me feel like a valued customer. I got a great price on the car and am very happy with the shopping experience.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

They need -5 stars. Do not bring your car here for anything. My throttle sensor came on one day and the next day the battery. A few days prior to the throttle coming on, the trunk wouldn't open and my convertible wouldn't move automatically but I could move it down. I gave the history to Tech Terry of the car & where a few months after having the car I went through a number of light bulbs. I explained how this is an ongoing electrical issue and I don't want to just fix these things andthe same thing or something else electrical happens. These money hungry men in Service, only care about taking your money. They called me 2 days later saying the throttle sensor didn't come on. I said "well that means you didn't drive the car." He told me they did, but after I insisted they drive again it was then they saw it come on and start running irregularly. My regular repair shop couldn't get the codes so I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO COME HERE. The guy said I would pay for diagnostic fee for 2 things that all should be on 1 ticket. They charged me twice because they "said" it's 2 separate things, and I kept saying all of this happened at the same time. It's nothing to go drive my car on the highway or look at throttle sensor thats on top of the engine or to remove the convertible it's 11 bolts total. They are a rip off. They tried to charge me for an additional day on the rental car when they didnt even check my car properly they first 2 days. I called back the next week to see what's the difference for me to pay to get my car fixed since I paid to have it looked at. No one answered or called me back. I wanted details of my portion. I called for a week all to get no response back from anyone. I even left a voicemail on what was told to me;a manager's voicemail. No call back. So today I called and called and called only to talk to someone in chat that said the phone lines could be down. They sent a message for a Supervisor to call me back and that's when I got SANTIAGO RAMIREZ, this person does not have the knowledge to manage. He seemed very incompetent when it came to customer service. He needs to work on his people skills. He was very eager to tell me about the things on paper that I have with all these issues of my car. Failing to realize that he was a manager and managers have to take complaint calls too he was sitting on ready to go toe to toe with me. He totally forgot I was a person and was so zoned in on being right that he escalated my positivity levels to GROUND 0. This man didn't acknowledge anything I said. There were no apologies or this is what i can do. Just he want to be right. I eventually asked him what do I need for my car to run correctly he said the battery and sensor. I said ok how much is the sensor? BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE SO MONEY HUNGRY he starts talking about the battery when I asked how much was the sensor. I politely said I am not worried about the battery it's under warrenty...... expecting him to continue with the price he continued to talk about how I need to get the battery replaced. I said ok, I will say this again there is an auto zone by my house, I will get the battery replaced it's under warranty how much is it to get the throttle sensor fixed? What is my portion? This guy had frustrated himself. He really showed his true colors. When I finished my "I'm going to say this one more time" statement, he came back and said "AND I GOING TO SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME, YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR BATTERY REPLACED!" I became super upset that this the example, this person was all they had as manager. He said no one was above him. Laughable. I couldn't understand why we were talking about a battery when I asked the price. I asked for corp office number he gave me the front desk number and he KNEW the phones were down because he was calling from his cell where he knew he could be nasty. I may sue them for this diagnostic fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

False Advertisment

I purchased a used truck at this dealership because they offered Lifetime powertrain warranty $0.00 cost to you unlimited and mileage towing included. Now I have problems with the truck I had it towed to the Service Dept thinking I was covered based on the agreement. I have been dealing with them for 4 days General Manager states the Insurance company that they worked with they dropped them because they didnt want to pay service for this deal. So not only did the dealer lie to us and conned us into purchasing here now we are stuck without this agreement a few people there said your not the only one dealing with this situation there are a lot more customers and your not the last one. I will be writing and getting in contact with Corporate office to get help to the false advertisement. Great way to conn customers to buy from this dealership we trusted them. Please there are many other dealers with more integrety.

Truck purchase

The epitome of the bait and switch

I give this dealer a 0 star rating if possible. 1 only if that's impossible. I engaged with (a very honest) salesman whom I corresponded with through email. Gave a full VIN number, answered about 8 questions, and was told based on the numbers the manager said they could get a deal done, of course, I had to come in that day since it was the last day of the month. So i work in the car business and was like there's no way, I emailed the salesman back asked if he was sure and i had a friend possibly interested in getting a vehicle and they were like yes we're sure. I then CALLED to be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN and was told yes and the trim level of charger I was looking at wouldn't matter the parameters of the information asked for and provided looked like a deal could be done. I went to the dealer, filled out the credit application of which I was honest about in the questionnaire, salesman left and returned only to present a deal nowhere near what was discussed. Was told they didn't know the vehicle was what I had, but they had the FULL VIN, so buyers beware it's the age old I'm going to say whatever it takes to get you in the door, switch everything up, and waste everyone's time and the potential consumers' gas involved

My experience at this dealership was excellent! I had an amazing salesman that helped me get a better idea of what style of Jeep I want to purchase. Everyone was very friendly and were experts on the topic. Shawn McQueen was an excellent salesman! In the journey to find my daughter's first car, he was extremely helpful in explaining all of the safety features and differences between each Jeep.
