These people are LIARS! Don't let the fool you!!! My boyfriend and i purchased our care here. About 3 months ago my car got stolen. So i reported everything to my insurance and gap. After these 3 months past I finally finished the whole processed and gap let me know that they would be sending my boyfriend a check under HIS NAME to the dealership. Everything seemed fine at the moment. After weeks of emailing my gap insurance agent back and forward she lets me know "HEY WE SEND YOU THE CHECK OVER TO THE DEALER SHIP HERE IS YOUR TRACKING NUMBER". As soon as i received that emailed on Monday I called the dealer and the first person i spoke with was ALEX after he had me on hold for 10 minutes he transferred me to a lady and she transferred me to CINDY and Cindy let me know that there was no check there under his name that all checks come under the dealerships name and i had to wait until Friday to get a personal check from them. I said oh ok. That to me at the moment didn't sound right but i just let it go. On Tuesday i called my gap agent again and i asked her "HEY CAN YOU PLEASE CONFIRM UNDER WHO'S NAME DID YOU GUYS SEND THE CHECK TO? AND SHE TOLD ME GABY UNDER YOSMANY'S NAME." I let her know what CINDY had told me and my agent told me i am going to call them at that same moment and see what they would tell her. My agent also spoke with CINDY and my agent let her know LISTEN CINDY WE ARE UNDER A CONTRACT AND IN THAT CONTRACT IT STATES THAT THEY ARE "NOT" OBLIGATED TO BUY ANOTHER CAR IF THEY DONT WANT TO. and CINDY WAS SPEECHLESS ONLY SAID "OH". As soon as that call ended in that moment i just new this dealer was playing dirty with me. So as soon as i got out of my job i went straight over i asked for CINDY and she had gone home for the day so MAGIE (who by the way is so rabble and unprofessional) had the audacity to tell me that the checks don't come under no-ones name blah blah blah. I left because she was just pissing me off. Once again i call my gap insurance agent and told her what was going on and she was so surprised again letting me know the the check was sent over under YOSMANY'S NAME. so i went back wanting to speak to a manager or head supervisor by the name of REY where at the time he was in the office talking with MAGGIE. And again i was given the run around so i asked to speak to the OWNER OR MANAGER WITH LAST NAME LOPEZ he never gave the face. So then MAGGIE tells me okay come tomorrow i cant give you the check today i am sorry the check has not arrived right then and there i show her the tracking via UPS and she didn't even look at my phone. So left because at the end we where tied up. This morning I went back and they had me waiting in the office for 30 minutes of course CINDY NOR MAGGIE gave me the face today and i had lady by the name of JESSI i believe give me the check and CINDY explained that SHE HAD SIGNED IT BECAUSE DIDN'T NOTICE IT WAS UNDER YOSMANY'S NAME. Now how can you not notice this? of course they were never planning to give me that money BC AFTER 30 Days of no one claiming the check it automatically becomes the dealerships money. They just thought they had an easy sucker. BUT GUESS WHAT I WAS PLANNING ON BUYING A CAR THERE BUT AFTER ALL THIS HASSLE THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF MY MONEY NOR MY ATTENTION. I CAN JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND MY BUSINESS TO SOMEPLACE ELSE. THE POINT TO THIS IS PLEASE BE CAREFUL GUYS I CAME HERE WITH A FRIEND W/O KNOWING THAT I WAS GETTING MYSELF INTO. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THIS HAPPENED TO I WANT TO STOP THIS FRAUD

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst experience ever!

Making business with this dealership was my worst experience ever since the begining as they issue a temporary contract without letting me know after making my trade in and purchasing a new car. The value of the purchased vehicle changed a few times and we were unable to closed the deal that took over a month since the dealer never submitted the proper documentation to the bank and due to this the bank refused to deal with MIAMI AUTO WHOLESALE due to lack of proffessional behavior. Besides this my previous car was sold by the dealership a few days later after I made the trade in and still fighting with them because the dealer has not send yet the payoff of my previous car. It is incredible how bussinesses like this still operating and abusing consumers.

I would not recommend this dealer.
