Amazing staff!!

I have been coming to Midway Chevy since I was a little kid; my parents always bought their new vehicles from Midway. Since I started buying my own vehicles, I have bought 2 Colorado's & a Silverado from Midway, & it had been nothing but positive!! There were 2 employees that I want to include in this review: Ali Mohkami & Ray Banks. I'd like to start with Ray, since I have known him longer. Ray is a great person, & one of my favorite people period. He has been at Midway since I was a kid coming with my parents. Once he heard about my life situation from my Dad (who bought a 2500 from him only a week or so prior), he was all about helping me figure out what to get when I came in. I drive for Lyft for my main source of income (being a disabled vet, it is the only job I can do that works with my disabilities), & I did not have a vehicle I could use at the moment, so it was imperative I got a new truck so I could go back to work. Ray treated me like family, & was genuinely concerned & very professional in helping me get into my new truck. He also kept it realistic & gave me the bottom line up front, without any fluff; I really appreciated that. He is awesome, & I will always come to see him whenever I am at Midway!! Ali is also one of my favorite people at Midway, & he is as professional & friendly as they come! He knew exactly how to present the vehicle (even though I owned the exact truck he was showing me, & he has done the truck tour with me with my last vehicle recently, he still insisted he give me the run-down of all the great things about it), & he was so good that he had me excited about a V6 2x4 Silverado, even though I wanted a 4x4 V8, which I ultimately ended up buying. His reason for showing me the V6? He was actually looking out for me & my financial situation!! I recently went through a very hostile divorce that almost ruined me financially, & although I got back on my feet & was able to buy my new red & black, V8 4x4 Z71 Silverado (my dream truck, with all the fun stuff on it, paid off thankfully), he STILL had my best interests in mind & wasn't all about breaking my bank. He was as friendly as he could be while maintaining his professionalism, and that is something I haven't seen much of since I was in the Army. Ali is definitely one of the best people I have ever worked with in a professional manner, & I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything!! Not only will I continue to buy my vehicles from Midway, but I will be coming to see Ray & Ali for all of my future trucks (& hopefully a badass Corvette before I'm 35!!). They might not know it, but the both of them even convinced me to stick with Chevy, even though I've also owned Dodge. Midway is great, & I will always refer everyone to them! Every single person I've worked with in there has the same level of professionalism with the right mix of friendly, & it really makes you feel welcome when they all recognize you after only the 2nd time coming in. Thanks Midway!!

needed a car

I was directed here by truecar.com. I met with mr.goodman, who handed me off to Hector. Hector was very patient and understanding that I had limited time that evening and would need to return in a couple days. He took me to see the new cars I wanted, sadly the design team for GM has started using "compass" steering wheels, which are steering wheels for ants. We went over to the used lot where I found a 2016 Impala. It was not certified, Hector worked with the service dept. to get it certified. I am now a happy driver in my 2016 impala, with a steering wheel made for humans.

My service was fast

My service rep, Hugh Abbott, gave me a time that my service would take and kept me informed so I was not sitting there wondering when it would be done. My truck was back on time and I was on my way. I like this dealership because they stand behind their service department. I know when I go to my service guy-he will tell me just what is happening with my truck.

Extraordinary Service Department

Midway Chevrolet is an attractive, modern dealership conveniently located. These are positive attributes for sure, but the overwhelming strong point of this place is its service department. You can buy a pretty new car anywhere. Getting top-notch, accurate and reasonably-priced service is another thing altogether. Considering that you're likely to see much more of the service side than the sales side of any dealership, it would be advisable to select a dealership on that basis. After 50 years of buying cars and having them serviced, I'm comfortable in recommending Midway Chevrolet without reservation. Special commendation to Hugh Abbott, whose skill and demeanor make him the best service advisor I've ever encountered.

BRAD HOLLOCK is one of the most courteous, considerate, professionals in the Phoenix Arizona auto industry. Brad is always ready to access the auto service problem and needs and then insure that the issue is promptly addressed in a timely manner. Great experiance with my car purchase

The Salesman we had Bill West made my purchase a great experience . We had purchased a car from him before and because if his great customer service we made sure to ask for him again. We were so glad we did he is very helpful and makes sure you leave with a good feeling about your purchase. He also makes sure you know about how to use the features of your new car.

Replace Radio

Car's Only a Year Old! The Radio Take's A DUMP! Everthing Run's Off The Radio So You Can't Do With Out! They Ordered A New One! Took A Day To Put In! They Gave Us A Rental/Loner We Live In The Boonie's! Daniel Was Great! Service Was Great! EVERYTHING IS GOOD! GOD BLESS! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Great buying experience

I had a bad experience with another Chevy dealership close buy, and reached out Midway for the truck I wanted. I explained what happened at the rival, and didn't want the same experience there. Crystal was up to the task and called me on schedule. I met her at the dealership and she showed we the truck and we got to work. Every part of the process went smoothly and they worked with me to make the deal. All personnel there were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this Chevy dealer to anyone wanting to buy one.

Great friendly place to buy car

unprofessional/ extremely slow/ do not care about your time

This has to be the slowest dealership ever when it comes to closing a deal our recent purchase on May 21, 2017 had us spending about 6-7 hours at the dealership, something that should have been a simple deal cash transaction, no financing yet the paperwork just seemed to be on the back burner, they did not have the truck in stock we were purchasing so they found it to do a dealer trade then after they went to get it they said while they were enroute it was sold then they tried to charge us a higher amount that they brought back of course their was really know way for us to know if this was the truth. Again I had the same negative experience with a purchase that my daughter was making on 7/1/2017 they again did not have the car instock went to pick u another car from their sister dealer again we were there about 5 hours with a 9 month old baby waiting endlessly even though they new she had dinner plans and had to pick up her husband they said we would be out by 4 and it was about 5pm when she left with the car and a dealer plate as they never finished her paperwork. She drove off in the new car and the interior dashboard was damaged when we returned Nick tried to bully her into keeping the car and letting them fix it, offering to look for another car somewhere else with empty promises to check it over before calling her back down she said NO so they reluctantly returned her deposit as per Cory's instruction as Nck replied I can't believe your blowing the whole deal just because their was damage to the dashboard if it was not for Cory stepping in I believe the badgering by Nick would have continued. I definitely will think twice before ever purchasing from this dealership again.

Good customer service

Nice, professional, and good place to buy a car, the customer service was very interesting and one good thing is they try to explane everything about your cars features and options you have, and at the time you are a guest and looking around nobody is going to disturb you and they try to help, it means they spend time for customers, great job keep going guys.

Service staff is Rude

Will never go there again. First off guy calls at 7am then when i get the car i ask did you wash it. Guy say's yes then why the bugs in the windshield. He said it is free what do you expect. I say not a shitty job then he tells me i'm swearing at him. Shitty service Shitty staff

Transmissions was slipping

I called in about my transmission slipping gears and dropped my car off the next business day. 3 days later, I was handed my car back feeling as good as new. The service advisor was named Sergio, and he was incredibly professional at all times, and expressed genuine care. Sergio left absolutely no room for improvement!
