Buyer beware

I was looking for a 1-2 yr old Cadillac and found one, test drove it and liked it but a major price difference one price in the window and a much lower price on the internet, salesperson and sales manager just acted STUPID , I then said I can't do business wit a couple of crooks!!! If you do business with these crooks check the internet pricing so they don't rip you off for as much as 5 k or more!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Beware of Bait & Switch upgrade pricing

I am a local Florida resident and called this dealership about some parts for my Cadillac... I was told by a parts person named Paul that a new key for car would be 32.00 and included free coding of the key to my car... I also was told they would reprogram my Keyfob during the key programming and that cost would be a 1/2 hour labour time... I thought that was fair,so I said order the parts necessary... I was also told I would have to wait 2 weeks for everything to come in... I thought fine. I asked if they needed my name and information for the order and was told no. I called after 2 weeks and after inquiring on the phone with Paul , suddenly I was handed off to another parts person and told Paul , was now unavailable , but he could finish this call... I explained everything to this parts man and he told me the parts were never ordered and asked if I still wanted them... I said yes and this guy needed my name and information to order the parts (this time) Needless to say I also wanted to confirm the service pricing for the key coding and the keyfob recoding and was told the price is now 1 hour service (double the original quote) I mentioned that to the parts guy and all he said was that is the price and had no concern of the price I was previously given... I asked to speak to the service manager and he was rude and really never gave me a chance to explain ...His attitude was Paul would never tell me that price and that was it.. Basically he called me a LAIR... BEWARE of this dealership...This is the classic BAIT & SWITCH tactic used by unscrupulous salesmen. I would not deal with this dealership , if they were the ONLY dealership in the area. I would drive 100 miles to another dealership and that's just what I did. BEWARE, BEWARE ,BEWARE of their shoddy dealership... I actually hope someone from that dealership reply' to this post , but I doubt they have the nerve.

Sales with friendly service

I came in to test drive a Cadillac. I was so impressed with the professionalism that the sales team portrayed, That I purchased my first Cadillac. After leaving the showroom and the continued service that I received, I contacted Emmit, My salesmen and told him that I was looking for a Suv for my wife. We purchased a second auto within 2 weeks and feel that we will continue to do business in the future. Thank you to Emmit, Greg and the entire Mike Erdman Cadillac sales team.

I would recommend this dealer.

I can only say great things about this service department. Everytime I have taken my CTS for service they have been so accomodating, from seeing I have a car to drive to providing exceptional service to the vehicle. Additionally the car has been returned each and everytime immaculate. I will acquire another Cadillac not only because I love the car but because of Mike Erdmund's wonderful service department.

I would recommend this dealer.

Vicki is one of the prime reasons why I keep getting cars from Erdman. She has been taking car of my cars for 15 years. They are the closest Cadilac dealership to my house, their prices seem reasonable, and with Vicki in charge of my maintanance needs all is as good as it gets.

I would recommend this dealer.

Vickie is always, always 100% - she keeps me informed and does what she says. She brings the level of my experience at Mike Erdman Cadillac from good to great. We moved here from Colorado Springs, CO five years ago with my DeVille from Red Noland Cadillac. I really did not think I would find a dealership that would match them in quality service but Vickie stepped right up and has been awesome. Thank you!
