Terrible Place

I recently brought my 2005 Nissan LE here to have them do diagnostics on. Was charged $160.00. When I got the review it did not have a list of engine codes or list if problems with engine. All they gave me was a piece of paper saying replace engine. No reason as to why or what lead them to this. They did say timing was off but gave no codes or what lead to this conclusion. The Mechanic who did the diagnostics Andrew however was very interested in me using it ad a trade in. Wanting ne to sign it over as such. I did discover that the Nissan Frontier espacially The Le Is a very highly wanted vehical. Makes me wander if they dud lie about if they could hace fixed it without replacing the engine which they wanted $5,000.00 To do......

Worst Service

Sales team was great, Service IS THE WORST. The rain guards peeled off after 3 months. First service appointment was told they're under warranty, but they didn't have the tape to fix them. Then, they changed my oil after I repeatedly told them not to since I had paid $100 for a synthetic oil change to last a few more months than traditionally. Went back today, and off the bat TJ tells me accessories are not covered. Ok, but the attitude I could have done without, but whatever. Speak to service manager, Billie, rude, telling me it's an insurance claim since it's clearly been scratched (hail storm AFTER I brought it in the first time). So, they want me to pay them TWICE for a product they couldn't install right the first time?? Then he says, come inside I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. Really? Over a 10 minute, $10 fix you won't even stand behind your parts or installation? They definitely won't be getting my insurance check for the aforementioned hail damage. Nor will my husband being buying his truck from Erdman. Sell you crap, then charge you to fix it. Really speaks volumes to their ethics. Read their online negative reviews, they all have a similar thread: dishonest, inept, waste of time, rude. Even better read their condescending replies.

Beware ..liarsl

Researched and decided I wanted a rogue. I was upside down in my car I was trading. After hours and wasted afternoon the financial manager lied and told us if the credit score was over 740 he would make it work. Credit score is 760 and sent the sales kid to tell us we needed 4000$ more down payment and added the full price back in to the rogue. We left, rude and bad customer service. I called to complain,never heard back from them

Mike erdman damaged my car and overcharged me

I took my car to Mike Erdman Cadillac and they damaged my front bumper and overcharged me with hidden fees they charged me 40 misc fees 20 office supplies and 30 to deliver fuel pump and offered me a bottle of touch up paint to repair a crack in my front bumper that happened at there dealership

Worst experience I've had at a dealership

Took my car in for service due to my USB port not functioning. Paid $155 for them to tell me that my radio is broke. When I asked what was specifically wrong with the USB port they said you just need to replace the whole radio for over $1000. The worst part about the experience is when I went to pick up my car my AC plugs no longer worked! Horrible experience I most certainly won't be returning.

Horrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service department. They do not listen to the customers. Jerry in the service department is the worst of all. I spoke to him on the phone and told him that my car would not start with my car battery that I last received from the dealership. He said that they could take a look at it but I had to have it to the shop by 6:30. I said okay I can make it home to get the battery and make it to the shop by 6:30. I got my battery as the car wouldn’t start and made it to the dealership before 6:30pm. To be told that I had to bring my car in and he couldn’t help me without my car. He wasted my time, as well as my rides time and gas driving all across the county just to get my battery replaced because he never once said the car had to come in also. Yes, I raised my voice and used language but this man was so sarcastic and arrogant he made me more and more angry the longer I was there. Even his body language showed he didn’t care about me the customer who had a car that didn’t start. So, now I will go buy a full price battery somewhere else (which they tested without the car and it was infact a bad battery) and I will also take all of my business elsewhere. Funny, I was just there a few weeks ago inquiring about trading my spouse’s vehicle in for a new car. Mike Erdman you have lost a good customer as well as our future purchase due to Jerry. I would highly recommend he be fired for his sarcastic and arrogant attitude and terrible customer service!

He answered all my questions and made sure the whole experience was great. I want to thank him and the staff for all their help. My last car was bought at another Nissan dealer and I was not happy. Upon arrival for my 4:30 appointment, he greeted me and my wife, and got down to business. He kept me informed and made suggestions to my car’s service needs. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the car was cleaned inside and out. I enjoy having my Rogue services at Mike Erdman Nissan because they treat us like valued customers. Sales experience was meh, Service is DREADFUL

We bought my Quest in 2013. It ran out of gas on the causeway during the rest drive. That's really all you need to know about how Erdman lots operate-- with incompetence. Recently, I had the "opportunity" to experience their Service dept. I live in Satellite Beach, so I've had it serviced closer to home otherwise. But, I needed a new key programmed after my key was stolen during a cruise. I had it towed to Edman since that's the closest dealership to the port. They had to have the key fob sent over from Orlando, so they kept my van overnight. I was able to locate my spare key then, so I called at 8AM the next morning to tell them not to cut the new key. I plan to trade the van in within the next 2 mos. so no need in getting another key. The service rep, Ms. Pelletier, had already told us that they typically have the fobs in stock, but on that morning call she said we'd still have to buy the new fob since it was a "special order." Deceitful. When I followed up with the Service manager, he said he would try to help, but then said the key was already cut "first thing in the morning." So when I went to pick up the vehicle and new key, I wanted my existing key cut also. But, whaddya know, there was no-one in the dept. (which was still open for another 2 hours) that could program it for me. So I was told to "just stop in" another day to have it cut. The service dept's shortsightedness and rudeness will negate me ever returning to Erdman for another purchase again. Car dealerships have a reputation for lacking scruples and being dishonest-- Mike Edman Nissan deserves the reputation. Stay away.

Joseph made the car buying experiience simple and expedient. I looked at cars online. We went to Mike Erdman because we had a good experience there before. No high pressure. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were also introduced to service staff.
