We take my husband’s vehicle to Maroone Chevy so Naturally when my Honda needed service we brought it to Maroone Honda. They were professional and courteous. Told me what I needed and didn’t pressure me into anything which only made me trust them more. Highly recommend the Maroone dealerships. So far we are two for two. Hannah was our service advisor and she was wonderful!!!

Good and bad service

I purchased my car in March. When test driving, there was a rattle and was taken back to be looked at. They told me it wad the front bumper( it had damage). I purchased as it was cheap. A week later, I take it back. Now its the wheel bearings. Next I go for an oil change as I now have 3 years of oil changes through them. After that, I receive a form that shows items passing or failing. All were good but tread on tires were low and filter air filter needed replaced. Tires had 5k miles on them. Another note, passed the horn but it hasn't worked for a couple of weeks. Next check, the noise is pretty bad now. They say tires bad, back shocks bad, front axle is bad. About $2,500 worth of repairs, more than the car is worth. Look at their inspection again. Tread is good, filter is good, horn is good. Somehow tires and filter became better over 3k miles. I asked why this passes and was told "it was overlooked". I replaced my shocks and tires for $400 myself. If they dont follow their guidelines with the "inspection report", then how am I to believe them about anything else. I even emailed the service supervisor Art, never heard anything back. Thats my story and made sure I wont return except for my oil changes, but taking their inspections with a grain of salt.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I called to make appt regarding airbag recall. Was able to go in the very next day. Hannah my rep, was very pleasant and attentive. I needed other minor repairs done. I got my quote and time it would be completed. My car was done on time and charged as quoted.

great buying experience from start to finish

I haven't shopped for a car in 15 years. I dreaded the thought of doing so. Leasing our new Honda ant Mike Maroone Honda was a wonderful experience. Probably the best leasing or buying experience I ever had. Kenny Coleman was a perfect salesperson. He listened, showed us our options and never once pressured us to close the deal. Brian, the internet sales manager and Jake in finance were pleasant, easygoing and worked with me via email to make the deal work. I would recommend Kenny and Mike Maroone Honda to all my friends and intend to do just that.

Tony was great. We needed several repairs besides the recall repair. Tony managed to do the repairs for $200 less than he quoted. He restored my faith in dealership service centers.

No complaints

Received another notice about the airbag recall for my Honda Odyssey. Called and was able to get an appointment to include a loaner car at no charge. Terry J. took very good care of me. She also took the time to see if there were any other recalls to be addressed. Sure enough the driver side seatbelt was found. Even though I have not been notified of the recall, she ordered the parts and I will bring my van back. She answered all my questions and understood how I feel about bait & switch mindset of some dealerships. Never had an issue here and I thanked her for that.

Recall item turns into warning light during departure

Let me just preface that I rarely go to the dealer for any service. I have a distrust before I enter. I was notified, via mail, that I had a passenger side air bag recall, so I made an appointment to address this. Apparently they fixed this, due to the greasy finger prints all over the right side of my dash board. As I was leaving, I noticed there was a new warning light on my dash...a red light indicating seatbelt/airbag warning. I went back to my service rep, and she said this was a new problem they needed to diagnose...nothing to do with the work they had completed on my "air bag". Really, nothing to do with what you just messed with in my dash, with the airbag? And now I have a warning light, that has never been there before! Not going to let you touch my car anymore!! The prices for service items are outrageous...huge hourly rate and parts prices. Do you really believe you are getting "free" wifi and refreshments while you wait?! NOT...all those costs are passed on to the customer. I hate dealership service centers...this one is no better than any of the others.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Friendly, quick service

The service indicator came on in my Accord, called Mike Maroone Honda for a service appointment, and less than 30 minutes later was driving into the dealership for the service. Terri met me, set up which services the car needed, and I relaxed in the customer lounge while they worked on my car. (And, yes, there were even some donuts left! Bonus!) Always been happy with the service here, and never had any issues asking for and receiving a military discount.

One Year Anniversary Inspection

This is the most wonderful car. Our first oil and filter change was not due (according to dash computer) until we had the car for approximately 10 months. Two months later we received a FREE multi-inspection and car wash. It is a pleasure coming in to this dealer for maintenance—not to mention the good coffees and donuts! Thank you, Mike MAROONE Honda!

This was the best car buying experience ever and I have been buying Hondas for over 25 years. Tony McIntosh was very helpful, patient and stuck to his initial price to the penny. He knows CRVs inside and out and was very thorough in explaining the car's features. As I recall Steve Young handled finances in a very professional and friendly manner.

Dylan Frizzell is the employee of the year at Honda. My wife and I had three of our cars taken into the shop over the weekend to get fixed and maintained. Dylan did the best job accommodating us with a free rental car and also did the best to give us the best quality and value for our cars.
