I went in for oil changed and they damaged my air suspensio.

Against my better judgement, yet with the word of the owner that they would repair their damages done to my car, I allowed Mike Reichenbach to repair the damages there. I should have gone to another dealership. After weeks of waiting for them to repair my car, it was delivered to my home. My car now won’t crank. The service rep Matt never said to me today that I would need a jump to charge the battery. He knew he had to charge it to bring it to me, that’s why he didn’t want me to come pick it up from the dealership. They lie and have deceitful practices. Matt argued with me about the car repairs in my home drive way in front of my neighbors. He called the general manger John Keyes, who hung up the phone while I was trying to explain what was going on. Previously, the service manager John Lee had hung up on me too. This place has horrible customer service and they lie. The owner assured me that I would receive my car back with no issues after they repaired the damages they caused. That was a lie. My car is sitting in my driveway and it will not work. This has been a horrible experience. Please find another dealership service your car. These people have no desire to honest and respectful.

My salesperson was Brandon Williams guaranteed me that he had me a truck that would work for the price that I wanted to pay per month which was a lie every time I went down there to talk to somebody different the sales manager also told me there was nothing he could do to help me that was a lie too

Service and collision departments

1. Recently had my grandson's Mustang in the collision department for minor repairs due to a deer incident. Work was done fairly quickly and within estimated insurence budget. A replacement GT hood was painted and installed along with minor body work. Paint job was 1st class and near perfect! Body work excellent.Dustin and Julie worked with me and my insurance to assure complete, excellent results. Their parts price matching kept us within budget. They worked with the dealership's sectional director, Frank Walker to assure we were satisfied. 2. I oversee the service of our local Veterans Administration van's and have always received prompt service. John Lee, service manager, allows us to use the Ford "coupons" for service. You want to be treated like a valuable customer......this is the place. Start with Al Dock and he will see that you're taken care of. John Lee in the service department......"Top Notch." We just got our third car in five years from Al. We're looking forward to enjoying our new Lincoln. I have been a customer of many dealerships over the years and I've never been so totally satisfied. I spent a couple decades calling on hundreds of dealerships as a businessman in the US and Canada.......I feel quite confident and qualified in saying this dealership is "First Class" from the front to rear.

Due to my work schedule, they came to my job, and picked up my car, and offered to come pick me up when I got off if need be. I really appreciated that. I was very pleased with the service from the staff. I dealt with a couple of people even before I test drove a vehicle, there was no back & forth on their part. I explained to them what I felt comfortable with as a monthly payment, and they worked with me and got me exactly where I needed to be. The salesman even called to let me know he had both cars parked at the front door waiting on me to arrive. I knew I was going to buy a new car, but his professionalism help me determine which car I would drive home. Everyone had a great attitude. A HUGE Thank you to James Welch and Steven Collins.

We sold my father's vehicle to Mike Reichenbach, where it was initially purchased. We were assisted in that process by Wendell Gamble. We found Mr. Gamble to be professional, helpful and personable. He understands the automobile business and process and was able to guide us through the process easily. He listened carefully to our requests for handling the sale and made sure that everything went as we requested. He was courteous and perhaps most important, he was fair in his dealings with us. I would highly recommend Mr. Gamble to anyone who is looking for assistance in purchasing a vehicle at Mike Reichenbach Ford Lincoln in Florence, SC.

oil change

Went in for an oil change 11/27/2015. Since I own a Lincoln I also receive a complimentary car wash. I was told it would take about hour and a half. 3hrs later told car was ready. My car was fairly clean when I went there, so when the service advisor Keith Barker said it was ready I came home, but after arriving home I notice the car had not been washed. Called service department and talked to Keith he said bring it back one day during week and he would make sure it got washed. Not happy at all with a 3hr wait to start with for oil change, and then not even get a car wash. Will probably go some where else for oil change if it continues to take 3hrs. and if the personnel that does car washing isn't monitored better.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Wonderful Experience!

The moment I was on this dealership, Mr. Steven Collins welcomed me with great profession and a friendly vibe. I had some questions about a Ford Escape that I was interested in buying and he was able to answer, not only all of my questions, but also give me more information that I would have never thought to ask. Giving me a greater insight of the vehicle, I knew right then and there that it was the car I want. I initially was worried about how much it would cost me but Mr. Collins worked with me and was able to provide a great price/plan that was reasonable for the both of us. I walked in that store unsure about things but walked out confident and happy with my Ford Escape purchase. I highly recommend everyone to visit this dealership. They truly make you feel comfortable and leave you happy.

The best service

I was recently in an accident with my 2014 Ford Mustang. the car had to be towed in and I was to get a rental. Well little did I know that on top of my deductible I had to pay, I was having to pay extra for the rental because my insurance didnt cover enough. As you can imagine, I was very upset and didnt know which way to turn. I called Mike Reichenbach and without any hesitation, Mike lined up a car for me and worked it out where I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket for his car. These days, times can get hard on people and Mike Reichenbach is truly an asset to Ford and Florence, SC..This is why mike has the reputation that he does. Their service does not stop at the sale of the car. I will never buy a car from anywhere else and I would recommend him to anyone.

Here's My Mike Reichenbach Experience

Let me tell you about my Mike Reichenbach experience, I purchased a 2003 F250 from this dealership with what was claimed to be 103,000 miles. (Buyers order, Sales paperwork, and all finance paperwork stated this mileage.) After everything was done and the sale was finalized I had them do any needed repairs to the truck ($1600). I got the truck back from their shop after it took them almost 2 weeks to do 10 hrs worth of work and proceeded to travel to see my grand-daughter’s birth. I made it just outside of the South Carolina line when the truck began pouring oil out from underneath the hood. Luckily there was a Ford dealership at the exit I took. (Mike Murphy Ford, Highly recommended!!!) Their techs examined the truck and found that the oil pressure switch had been damaged during the work I had done. We had to spend the night in order for them to get the part in. Needless to say me and my wife missed the birth due to this. After leaving Mike Murphy Ford we continued our trip without further incidents. Upon arriving back in Florence I ordered a new dash cluster since the odometer was blacked out when I received the truck. I took the new cluster in to Mike Reichenbach Ford because it had to be programmed to my truck. When the technician replaced my gauge cluster he approached me in the waiting room and asked me how many miles did I state were on the truck. I told him that all the paperwork I had said 103,000 and he informed me that there were actually 267,000 miles on it. I approached John Burke, Sales Manager, with the situation and asked what they were going to do about it. They offered to buy the truck back for what I had paid for it but I had already invested a lot more than that in it. They paid off the extended warranty that I had purchased with the truck because of course that was void now due the fraud of it having different mileage than what was told to me. This dealership never once offered me any compensation for the loss of value that I now suffer due to their business practices. Mike Reichenbach called me and offer to fix a still existing water leak , that I had since their original service, and a free oil change. I reluctantly took the truck back to their shop and figured maybe this time would be better. WRONG. I had my truck returned to me with the same water leak and now the oil pressure gauge dropped to no pressure at idle. Assuming that they had damaged another sensor I replaced it but to no avail. A few weeks later, you guessed it, truck won’t start. When Mike Reichenbach hears about the problem, he asked that the truck not come back to his dealership. I of course had NO problem with that. I had my truck towed to Conway Ford. Conway Ford examined the truck and diagnosed that it needed a high pressure oil pump.($2700). After that news I told them that I would get in touch with them the next day on whether to proceed or not. An hour later my wife gets a call from the service advisor. He informs her that they have gotten a phone call from above and told not to work on my truck. Reason not given. Mike Reichenbach then tells my wife that he will pay to tow my truck anywhere except one of the dealerships that he is affiliated with. Mike Reichenbach was more worried about Conway Ford finding out the issues with my mileage and the lack of quality work performed in his shop, than me being able to get my Ford truck, bought from his Ford dealership, repaired at another Ford shop where I could have received the Ford 2 year warranty on parts and labor. I ended up taking my truck to a recommended garage owned by a mechanic that has been working on International motors for over 20 years. The mechanic examines my truck and finds that when the free oil change was done to my truck Mike Reichenbach’s technician had broken the plunger that retains the oil in the filter when you shut off the truck. Not only did he break the piece and drop in into my motor, he also left the remains of the piece in the canister. When the technician who did the oil change was asked, he admitted to breaking it and leaving it in the motor. He stated that he figured that the oil pump screen would catch it. Upon removing the oil pressure regulator my new mechanic found some of the plastic pieces stuck in the seat for the regulator. This caused the no pressure at idle along with leaving me with a free flowing oil pressure system that stops diesel trucks from running. He then removed the IPR valve only to find more plastic collected all over the screen for it. After these things were replaced and cleaned I had him go over the whole motor. He found the water leak, it was a clamp that had never been tightened up when Mike Reichenbach’s dealership did the original work along with other problems that were supposed to have been repaired. Mike Reichenbach Ford also decided to send their service manger along with one of their "techs" down to question my new mechanic about what was wrong with my truck. Now remember that they refused to work on it, refused to have any of TJ Johnson's dealerships work on it, but had the nerve to drive to my mechanics shop and try to get involved in his repairs. After 6 months of headaches after headache and multiple thousands of dollars spent to fix problems caused by trusting Mike Reichenbach Ford I ask that anyone who ever evens considers doing business with Mike Reichenbach Ford or his associates PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND RUN ELSEWHERE.

If you're ever in need of service on your VW and happen to be in the Florence SC area I would highly recommend Mike Reichenbach VW of Florence. They have a very good customer service attitude. We are from Harmony, PA and our 2003 Escape broke down in Florence just 2 miles from Mike Reichenbach Ford on a Saturday afternoon. From the initial phone call on, we were treated very very well. Our car was seen immediately and the diagnosis was a very expensive problem that we had encountered some years before so knew that the time and price quoted was in line with what we would expect. Our Escape had 138,000 miles on it and we were thinking of a newer model before this happened. While waiting for service to look at the car, I asked to see used Escapes. Long story short, we ended up with a wonderful 2010 Escape at a price that was very fair. Alicia was an angel of patience while being very professional and friendly. John(service), James ( sales manager) and Chuck(business manager) were all very nice and patient. We love southern hospitality! If you are in the market for a nice used car, go see Alicia! She will take good care of you. And a service dept. open on a weekend?? That is not the norm around here!
