Disappointed

Brought my car in for detailing , sap stains on hood was a special attention area as noted to Robert the service advisor. He passed it on to the detailer who removed the stains with a rag with solvent on it . At some point the rag was advertantly left on top of car where it left a bubbling up of the clear coat finish in the shape of a rag . Robert says it came in like that. Billy Gordon the service manager wouldn't even speculate , he said no way any help . Mike Tolar himself comes over and says no way his shop did any damage . He became unprofessionaly combative and confrontational. . . . . A most disturbing man and moment .

I would not recommend this dealer.

Poor service

Really bad service - car not fixed right- gave them an opportunity to correct- and they did not car still needs more repairs - 1 st service caused $800+ more damage

Excellent Customer Service

I shopped at several different dealers across the state before coming here and saw a huge difference with the customer service here. They did not give a run around on the price and met my needs perfectly. The service environment is so helpful and the owner is on the floor working hard with everyone else. I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to be treated well during their purchase.

Will price gouge

Had a breakdown while on vacation. Service dept quoted price of $4990 for a part that I later found out has msrp of $2070. Ended up paying $3195 for part-still $1125 over msrp. They knew I was on vacation and stuck it to me. I guess they knew they would never see me again and took me for all they could. This experience has completely soured me on Dodge all together . Will never own another Chrysler product.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Last summer, I found myself in need of a new vehicle after mine was totaled in an accident. I knew exactly what I wanted: A Jeep Patriot (preferably silver). I did some searching online and made an appointment with my local Jeep dealer for a test drive. The stock at that dealership was limited, and after working with one salesman for several weeks I got the impression that he was not eager to help. I got back online and found that Mike Toler had exactly what I was looking for. Within moments of submitting a request for more information, I got an e-mail from Kevin McCarthy. I live in Greenville, about 90 minutes away, and it was a busy time at work. Kevin and Mike were so willing to go out of their way to help that it made the car buying experience so easy. All of the financing and everything was handled before I got there. All I had to do was test drive it and sign the papers. I love my Jeep (which is silver) and can't say enough good things about Kevin and Mike Toler. I will definitely go back the next time I need another vehicle!

This is by far one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. We purchased 3 cars at one time with them (two being new and one being a used). An all around warm/humble feeling was aquired rather quickly because everyone there treats you like family. Its never just about a sale...its more about making the purchase a great feeling. Buying a vehicle is a big step and is often life changing because that is your means of transportation. They stand behind their product and service very well. Having Mike Toler on facebook is great because it keeps you up to date on the latest news and other buyer purchases to see their smiling faces (and give a small recap). They also, from time to time, have fun facts so you can also learn some neat things. I would recommend this dealership to everyone..even if you live far away. I'd rather drive somewhere and someone remember my name, give me post sale updates and calls, and feel like family...then go two miles down to a different dealership and not be happy with my buying experience. Its people at Mike Tolers that make you want to come back again and tell all your friends and family. Thanks guys and gals!

I live out of town & was able to purchase a used vehicle without ever stepping on the lot! Worked with Kevin online...had agreement worked out before I ever drove to Morehead. Best car buying experience ever. I highly recommend Mike Toler & their top notch staff! A +++

Super helpful, friendly and informative. I called with a specific vehicle in mind(right down to color, interior, extras, etc.) and Kevin found Exactly what I was looking for, going so far as to bring my new 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited up from SC... THAT'S Great Customer Service!! The friendliness of the staff never ceases to amaze me, this dealership rocks and I'm happy to tell everyone so!

By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Drove 3 hours from Fayetteville N.C. Did everything over the phone, when we arrived on Saturday everything was ready for us to sign. Everythng they said the would do was done, thank you Mike McCarthy. I will never buy another car in Fayetteville again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
