I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country. Ever since I bought it on June 27th 2012 i have had problems with this van. At first it started out with the driver side window not working properly it wouldn't go up once it was down. So i took it back for that problem. They say it was fixed but as of today's date the window still gets stuck down. And than the other day we started realizing there was a a loud noise in the rear and the passenger side rear door won't lock when all other doors are locked manually or by electronic key lock. The noise in the rear is the tires that are on the van and the door lock is not covered under the warranty. I purchased vehicles prior to this from Millsboro and I heard they were going down hill with there vehicles but i didn't believe it. But as of this moment on i will never again deal with Millsboro Auto Mart. Cars may cost less at Preston but is the repairs and all after you purchase it that cost you.

I would not recommend this dealer.

THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAD HIDDEN BUT VERY SERIOUS PROBLEMS! AN ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLAR NIGHTMARE!! do not buy a vehicle from these people!! Car leaks out all of it's oil, had valve seals replaced and it still leaks all it's oil! The point is, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW THIS CAR HAD THESE PROBLEMS AND IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW, THAT MEANS THEY DIDN'T THOROUGHLY CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE! I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR TEN DAYS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH IT! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I PAID 11000 DOLLARS CASH FOR A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN THE SAME WEEK I BOUGHT IT, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!

He was a great sales associate and provided me with the necessary information to allow me to make a purchase. Although, your vehicle selection was not as great as I had hoped for, your customer service and friendliness ensures me that with the right car, I would do business with this dealership any day! My experience with Millsboro AutoMart was positive, even though I did not find the car I am interested in. Perhaps another visit will do it. I spoke with Dennis Timmons who walked me around the lot and took a lot of information so that he could better help me. He explained that there are not a lot of Porsches on the lots, and that I should look carefully at the ones that are. I felt that, from talking with him, he would be an excellent observer of the quality and soundness of a vehicle should one come into your dealership. I left with the feeling that I would definitely come back from time to time, and if the car I wanted arrive. I have already told several people that, should they be looking for a used car, they should do business with Millsboro AutoMart, especially for a young driver; and to speak especially to Dennis, as he seemed very knowledgeable, and also sincerely interested in helping whomever is looking to purchase a car or truck.

I had a very positive experience with Preston Millsboro Auto Mart. I was looking for a used vehicle and my salesperson, Dennis Timmons, was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me thru all the financial steps and I am very happy with my used car. I would recommend Millsboro Auto Mart to anyone looking for a new or used vechile.

The customer service at this dealership is the best by far, their freindly atmosphere makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The salesmen do all that they can to help get you in a car, they also don't leave you feeling like there is no hope. Even after you purchase the vehicle the dealership continues the relationship by checking up from time to time to see how things are working out for you and your new car.

I came into Miillsboro Auto Mart and was shocked at the service I recieved, I never thought anyone could get myself and my wife's credit approved, however, Nick was very helpful and approximately one hour later we were driving away in the type of vehicle we wanted, a small SUV. It was the best experience ever, I would recommend this dealer to anyone who was interested in a vehicle.

I ended up buying a used Ford Focus from Preston' Millsboro Auto Mart. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. Nick did everything he could do to answer every question and concern I had. Also the price wasn't bad. I had looked at other cars and this one had the best price.

Salesman was very knowledgeable of the New Suzuki Kizashi that I purchased. The overall time required to make the total purchase was within a very reasonable timeframe. I have never felt uncomfortable nor pressured anytime that I have utilized this dealership. Have recommended it to my friends.
