Great shuttle service. Your staff does not have a big turnaround. They are able to work on my Saab and have parts readily available. I would recommend this service for repairs.

Addressed recall of airbag

First time to Mitchell as I own a '06 Saab that had the Takata airbag recall. Walked in to set up an appointment but they said they could do in right away and only take 20 minutes! What a surprise. If I lived closer, I would look to Mitchell to regularly service my car.

Caveat Emptor ("let the buyer beware.")- Poster Child

Mitchell Auto Group (MAG) is the epitome of Caveat emptor which is a Latin term that means "let the buyer beware." I can’t complain about the purchased vehicle’s value of quality + price. However, the overall experience was a blend of bait and switch, unsavory practices. For example, initial mileage quoted on the site was off by 200 miles. Unethically, When I gave them a check to hold the vehicle. Their “top” salesman stated, “We will store the car and no one will drive it.” When I came to pick it up, it had additional 20+ miles on it, no explanations or apologies. This is one example of their culture of contrast and contradictions. Unprofessionally, when you provide an itinerary and fly in to pick up your car but, they still have you waiting for an hour at the airport. Deceitful, Mr. Ernie P. told me, the car had everything throughout the process, when I asked for the car’s extra key. Surprisingly, they did not have it, which will cost me $500+. Honestly, they didn’t sell me a car, I bought it based on its value. It wasn’t the warmth of the experience, which was cold and distant. Sadly, Mitchell Auto Group still practices old school sales tactics on global stage (internet), where a customer have voice to warn fellow consumers. This is my gift to future MAG customers, approach with caution and trust your instincts with them, who lacks understanding building customer relations goes beyond $$$. I wish MAG nothing but success and prosperity in the future….and morals, ethics and values.

Great Service!

Mitchell Auto Group took special care of me. I was told by another Volvo dealer that I needed a new muffler. I wasn't sure, so I brought my C70 in to Mitchelll who took the time to ride with me, and as it turned out, I didn't need the muffler. I trust them implicitly and will go no where else for service.

In & out oil change

After searching high and low for the vehicle I wanted in...

After searching high and low for the vehicle I wanted in the Boston area, I came up empty-handed. I expanded my search area to include neighboring states, which returned a car that was a perfect match for me at Mitchell Volvo! I immediately called the dealership and expressed unrestrained interest in the vehicle, making sure it was in fact available. The knowledgeable Emily took my call, answered all my questions, and promised to have the vehicle ready for a showing. I barreled down the highway to CT instantly. Upon arriving, Emily greeted me, showed my the car, and helped me prepare all the paperwork. She is personable, friendly, and all around AWESOME. I returned to Boston before finalizing the sale (because my bank is slow as molasses) but Emily called me periodically and kept me abreast of the situation the whole time. She really went above and beyond to ensure I had a stellar experience, and I couldn't appreciate it more.
