I'll never go anywhere else after Aaron, Joe, and Drew made my truck buying experience so pleasant. I'm so glad I chose Molle. I am excited about my purchase, got a great price, and the accessories I'm adding were surprisingly competitive in price. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Never again

I have gotten my oil changed here regularly, and always used them for any service that was needed on my cars. I live thirty minutes away from this dealership, and pass others just to go to this one. I called the receptionist to ask if I could test drive a used Chevy Cruze. ( I just purchased a used one from a friend, and thought it may have transmission issues. I wanted to test drive another vehicle like my car to compare and see If that's just how they drive. If I noticed a difference, I was going to pay them to repair it.) When I called, I asked if this was something I could do, and she asked the sales manager. The manager said yes, and she set up an appointment. I drove thirty minutes out there, and went straight to the front desk. I said I had an appointment, and they couldn't find it in there system. She then directed me to Alex, to see what he had. He also found nothing to do with my appointment. He then proceeded to ask me why I was there. I explained why I wanted to test drive a vehicle, and his mood changed instantly. He said it's pointless to compare them, because each car is different. Then he looked at me for a minute and the said, "So you're 21?" Caught me off guard. I replied saying that I was 20. Seeing as I have test driven MANY cars for the past two years from other dealers, I didn't see what the problem could be. He then got a pity look on his face and said, "Oh... you have to be 21 to test drive." He then paused for a moment and said, "Bummer." In the most disrespectful way I could have imagined. He said there was nothing they could do for me. I wasted thirty minutes on the drive up there, to be turned away. When I got home I called and asked the receptionist how old you have to be to take a test drive, and she needed to look it up. She came back saying the age was 18... So my father took the phone and requested to talk to Alex. When he asked why he said what he did, he denied it entirely. Never taking my car to a business that treats me like garbage, and then lies about it. If you are not 21, don't waste your time here.

Mostly pleasant buying experience

Our salesman was Great! Skylar was very professional and friendly! He knew all the features of the car we were looking at and took time to explain how everything worked. This would have been a perfect car buying experience if we wouldn't have had to deal with the sales manager and the finance manager, both very Unfriendly!!! (Alex and Joe)These two men personify the ugly car dealer mentality that everyone fears when visiting a car dealership. Also the gas tank was only half full, I would have expected a full tank of gas for a purchase of a nearly new car. So far we love the car!

Unscrupulous business practices

This is the worst service department that I have ever experienced at a GM dealership. I took my car in for a oil change and the oil change was not done. The charged me $54 dollars for a service that was not done to the vehicle. When I took the car back they claimed that they did the service when the original oil filter was still on the the car and the oil was very dark in color. Do not go to this dealership they are con artists.

Our visit to Molle Chevrolet was very nice and pleasant, no pressure from anyone. Michael Taylor, sales associate and Shawn Hulse, finance manager worked with us and were able to get us in an extremely nice almost new vehicle that was within our budget. I would recommend these two people to anyone looking to buy a car. We feel that Molle Chevrolet is the best dealership that we have ever bought from and again, would highly recommend them. Arleen True, in Customer Service was awesome. She didn't let another customer cut in front of me and she went out of her way to get me into the best loaner car for my situation. She even had the guy back up the loaner car so I could get my belongings out of my car easily. While returning the loaner car, I received the same treatment from Arleen. It was very nice to have a woman to work with and walk me through the process since I hadn't been there before.

Arleen ushered us to our car after service, she wanted to make sure we had a new oil service sticker and that the gauge had been reset, it was discovered the oil had not been changed. She went back inside to get someone to come out to car to take it back in. It was an oversight because of other services being done but if not for her we wouldn't have figured that out until we got home. She was very professional and very sweet.

I have had the pleasure of taking my mom's car to Molle several times and always left commenting on the excellent customer service. Today was no exception! I was quickly checked in and all of my questions answered. When the oil change/tire rotation was complete, Arleen True notified me and walked me to the cashier and then out to my car. She also pointed out some features on the car that I was not previously familiar. Everyone I have ever come into contact with at Molle practices excellent customer service and Arleen is a shining example of going the extra mile. I hope I can find an equally great dealer in Illinois!

Bought a new truck from Molle and have had it in for routine oil changes and tire rotations and also have had to have warranty work done a few times. The service has always been excellent. Arleen True goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of satisfactorily. Due to a problem that ended up to be covered by warranty I had to have a tow to Molle and was very unhappy with the company that provided it. I told Arleen about it and she was on the phone immediately with the Chevy warranty line telling them about the poor tow service. Arleen knows me when I come in, is very courteous, professional and helpful.

Arleen True called us around September 12, 2012, after we took our new Camero to Molle for a recall on the convertible top. She asked how our service experience went. I explained that the service department is top notch and our car was fixed to our satisfaction. My only complaint was that the recall had taken so long to be fixed from the time we received the letter from Chevrolet in July 2012 until Molle fixed my convertible top in September 2012. We took the recall letter to Molle upon receiving it, and at that time they didn't have the parts. They promised to call us when they did. Time passed, and the dealership didn't call us, and we didn't call and ask about it. This was partially our fault for not following up with Molle. But, Arleen True wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, so she apologized for the delay and asked if they could make it right for us by giving us a free oil change. I said, that would be nice, but, we really hadn't called the dealership back after the initial visit with the recall letter, so it was partly our fault for waiting so long to call them back. She insisted that they wanted us to be completely satisfied. So, when I went to get the oil changed in our Camero today (12-17-12) she made sure that we received a free oil change. Couldn't believe how Molle follows through with their customer service and their promises! Very professional and they made me feel like some sort of VIP. I also want to commend our salesman, Jimmy Foley, who always takes the time to ensure we are being taken care of. Whenever he sees us pull on the lot, he comes over to ask if everything is okay and if we need any assistance. One day he even took the time to sink my new smart phone into our car. Most salesmen forget who you are right after the sale, but not Jimmy! Molle Chevrolet is a first class business and we will recommend their sales staff, topnotch customer service department, and vehicle service department to everyone. Saturn knowledge and an extraordinarily high service level make a 65 mile drive worthwhile. I feel confident any service will be handled professionally and have found the honesty refreshing. Even though I am certain I am not using terminology that would assist the Service Advisor, I have never been made to feel I was not car smart but rather I have felt respected. The advice received appears to always have my best interest of prime importance rather than attempting to upsell me on services or products. Frustrated after struggling with other dealerships in the area, I called the corporate office hoping they could help recommend someone who truly knew how to service a Saturn vehicle. Molle was offered and I first contacted the Service Manager, Mike Bradley. After talking a few short minutes, I knew he totally understood what I was saying and that this was the right place. The initial issue with my Saturn was fixed quickly! (I had spent nearly 3 years visiting other dealerships all of which were unable to fix the issue or even understand the root cause) I struggled to find a way to leave my car with Molle on my most recent visit and Arleen came to my rescue with a loaner vehicle. She efficiently and graciously handled the transaction and at the same time made me feel as though it was a pleasure to assist. This added level enabled me to keep my service appointment and avoid downtime by returning to work. Human nature lends us to complain quickly but unfortunately I do not believe that we take the time to share positive experiences as readily. I have not been satisfied with several other dealerships in the area but my experience with Molle has been very impressive. It is a pleasure doing business with you and I fully expect to continue in the future.

I am very impressed with the excellent customer service Molle Chevrolet provides! I have bought 3 cars from them in the last few years and I have every intention of buying my future cars from them. I take my car back for all my service needs and I am always greeted by friendly faces who are willing to help with any type of issue. They are good about being fast or alerting me of anything that will take additional time. After the 3 (car buying/servicing) great experiences I have had I am committed to continue any of my future business with Molle!!
