Attention to details leaves me questioning bill

By Randy on 6/27/2019 at 1:36 PM. Helped by Rheal Richard.

I recently had my summer tires put on and was charged for a Nitrogen fill however when I picked up the car it had the regular Black valve covers. All previous times they would put on Green covers to indicate nitrogen was used to fill the tire. I realize the colour of the cap is no guarantee that nitrogen was used but it is the only indicator we as a consumer have. If they ran out of green caps I should have been told, instead I now have to assume they used regular compressed air and charged me for Nitrogen. Which makes one think, “What else was I charged for that didn’t get done?”

I would recommend this dealer.

Horrible Service

By Kevin121 on 4/24/2019 at 11:19 PM. Helped by service manager.

They convinced my mother who is a Senior Citizen to buy an extended warranty on a used HRV she purchased. It is leaking and they checked it out and claimed they could not find anything wrong. They even charged her $30 because they are so incompetent that they could not find the problem. Today her HRV was leaking again and she went in and all she got was the run around. Sad how they take advantage.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fiance refused, easily approved elsewhere.

By Tylerand on 2/23/2019 at 9:44 AM. Helped by "Matt from Moncton Honda" - As he replied to my text.

I was in contact with this dealership about getting a truck for my Fiance, they told me that she didn't make enough money to be approved for a truck. I was in the middle of a discussion with them through text message, and they simply never responded after I sent a couple of replies. Not a week later she was approved at another dealership without any hesitation.

I would not recommend this dealer.

They are so shady

By Honest car review on 11/13/2018 at 12:33 PM. Helped by Andrea Brushett, Matt Carter.

They lie about what they include in there payment offers. They include all kinds of extras like warranty and rust proof care products etc And don’t tell you. They just say here it’s “included” in your payment but your paying for it. If you complain the payment to high they simply remove some products to lower payment makes it look like giving you a deal. The finance department is so bad also. They try and brush off the products that you were lied to about as they say oh well you agreed to the payment etc... complete unprofessionals. Horrible shady tactics used... Andrea Brushett in finance is the most rude and arrogant person I’ve ever met. Matt Carter is also a cocky arrogant sales person. I am so unhappy with my experience and hope this will prevent others from going there. extremely shady

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great selection - LACK of service

By EmiliaAnne on 7/24/2017 at 11:34 AM. Helped by Jason Keefe.

My fiancé and I were very excited to look for a new car as we were getting closer to our wedding. I spent hours comparing vehicles online and narrowed it down to 2 or 3. I set up an appointment with Jason about a week in advance. When my fiancé and I arrived however, Jason did not even remember that we had been emailing back and forth, and he seemed like a total space cadet. I had to go over the vehicles we wanted to see again, even though his email said they would be pulled up at the front for us when we arrived. My fiancé and I actually loved the vehicles we drove that day. After one particular test drive, we asked if Jason could run the numbers to see what financing would be like - he said no problem, he would run them while we were out on our last test drive. When we got back, he hadn't run the numbers, he acted like it wasn't that important or that he just couldn't be bothered. He's in sales, so he would need to speak to someone in the financial dept in order to accurately work out the payments but he just went ahead and said "oh it will probably be around 250 biweekly". Which is garbage - we could tell he was just trying to scare away a young couple. Long story short - great selection of vehicles, apathetic representatives in the showroom who seem more concerned about how they look than actually making a sale. Will never go back.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service is questionable

By Monctonhonda on 4/19/2016 at 11:57 PM. Helped by I have no clue.

Well recently had my 2014 Civic in for its yearly check up. They told me I was due for a particular oil change that would do al these amazing things for my car and make it just like new. With this service you get an oil change, breaks serviced (they blow off any dust and rust) lubricate your hinges rotate your tires (btw I was having my winter tires taken off and summers put on) they inspect your tire rod ends, inspect suspension components and your driveshaft boots for the low low price of $199.88. Well isn't that great. I needed an oil change which normally costs what between 35 and 45 dollars. Changed my tires (for a low cost of $59.88) so they didn't have to do that extra service and better yet I needed my safety inspection done which cost another $35.00 but the best part is it covers almost everything that this SPECIAL oil change did. The to find out they had to do an alignment cause one tire was out which cost an additional $79.98. Well by the time it was all said and done it cost me over $430.00 for an oil change with safety inspection and changing over my tires. Once I sat down and realized that all these extra features that were needed for me to do to keep my warrenty good they basically double dipped. Then they proceeded to tell me that I need all my filters in my car replaced next visit for an additional cost and I didn't do much as get my car spit on to wash it. To top it all off when I showed up, the service employee said he couldn't get ahold of me on my cell to tell me I need 4 new tires. I told him I was sorry I was busy at work. He then responded with yeah aren't we all except I was busy trying to call customers that wouldn't answer their cell phones! Been lookin for a new car I guarantee it WON't be a Honda from Moncton Honda

I would not recommend this dealer.

Don't waste your time or money.

By Novie on 3/12/2016 at 9:40 PM. Helped by Moncton Honda.

If this were the last dealership on the planet, you might want to consider riding a donkey. Once you purchase a product from Moncton Honda, all bets are off. When you make a car purchase here, they treat you as if this is the last car you will ever buy and they wipe their hands clean of you. As for service...somewhere in Siberia there is a Russian Lada dealership with better customer skills. We bought a brand new Honda CRV 2014 at Moncton Honda for $40,000 give or take. Within a couple weeks we noticed a "grinding" sound on start up. Upon calling Moncton Honda and scheduling a service appointment, we were told that this is a "known issue" and a "fix" is in production. (VTC actuator) Fine...stuff happens. After two years, bad gas mileage and listening to this sound under the hood every time we turned the key, the new part was ready. Of course, we had to inquire monthly about when this fix would happen because organizational skills and customer service aren't their thing. This week we made an appointment to put the new part in. Apparently, Moncton Honda does not provide a replacement vehicle while your brand new vehicle is being serviced due to no fault of your own. Even if you bought a $40,000 already broken vehicle from them and even if you waited 2 years for the fix...even if your job requires you to have a vehicle at all times (hence why we bought a new, dependable vehicle). They offer you a shuttle or they will kindly tell you to go rent a car...because after all, if you buy vehicle here, it's not Moncton Honda's problem. It's yours. On the plus side, they have free popcorn. So what. Go anywhere else to buy or/and service your Honda. You got us this time Moncton Honda but you missed out on our next purchase!

Excellent service

By Crazykid968 on 8/18/2014 at 8:25 PM. Helped by Unknown.

I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in for service because someone smashed my door locks in. They looked at exactly what I requested nothing more nothing less. Reasonably priced and efficient
