Old car needed service

My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone and I dealt with him when I took in the car. He was great-we took the car for a short drive to be sure that our speakers were working. He noticed a red light on. This was a Saturday. They were able to order the warrantied part on Monday morning, got it in Tuesday morning, and were able to replace brakes and take care of the warranty problem all before 4 on Tuesday. My daughter left for school Wednesday morning. Roberto in service was amazing. He was attentive and communicated with me every step of the way. He even found me the best coupon available. I am so pleased with the service we had.

I don't think reading a code should cost $140. It is a plug in the reader and write the result which should take at most 5 minutes

Great Customer Service!

First time at the dealership. I had a potential problem with my electrical system. Worked with Michael, they could not replicate my issue with the warning lights. Michael has his team do an analysis of the electrical system that checked clean. He also did not charge me for any of the work given the car passed the check. Customer service was great - I will be using them for future service.

Service/Oil change

Went in for oil change and appreciated not being sold something I didn’t really need Made an appointment for 830 and was told it may be 90 minutes before completed even though I had an appointment appreciated the apology and info It took an hour

Fabulous as usual

This our 7th (I believe) purchase here and we have NEVER been disappointed. Every is knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, complete in their instructions explaining how the features work, wonderful in every way. After purchasing one of our past cars (brand new) I left the dealership to run an errand and foolishly scraped the side of a yellow painted post and got a scratch and yellow paint on my brand new Odyssey. I was so upset. I immediately drove back to my dealer at Muller Honda. I went to the Body Shop in tears. They were so lovely, the manager told me not to cry, he took the car to the "back" somewhere and returned after a while and my car looked brand new again (after all it was only a couple of hours old) AND he didn't charge me anything!!!! This is only one example of how wonderful Muller Honda is. With every purchase we've made we have dealt with only the BEST people. We speak very highly of Muller Honda and have recommended highly and will continue to do so.

Oil change etc

I waited 4 hours to have my car fixed. It started with oil change, then fixing the leak on my tires, finally replacing the battery. If I had known it will take 4 hours, I would have requested a loaner so I can drive home. But overall, I am satisfy with the work done.

Purchase of a new CR-V

We purchased a Honda CV-R from Steve Duffield, Sales Consultant. Steve was professional and never tried to high-pressure us into buying the vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle he spent time with us to explain all the new features of the car especially the new safety features. We had a low price from another source and Muller Honda was able to match that price. The finance manager was also very competent ant not high pressure. We were very happy with this dealership!

Pleasant experience

It was a straightforward process with Kurt. I didn’t have to spend a ton of time going back and forth haggling the final price. On the other hand, I didn’t appropriate the tone from mike when he was pressuring us to buy the extended warranty. I made it clear to him that I wasn’t interested but he just wouldn’t give up. He lowered the price multiple times getting it down to 50% off at the end. He also used the scare tactic to get me to buy it. He almost ruined my pleasant experience at Muller Honda. I don’t mind someone explaining the details of the extended warranty so I can make an informed decision but I will not be bullied into buying something I don’t consider is necessary.
