Improperly put in my Cabin Filter & wouldn't acknowledge it

On 9/8//18 I took my car to Nally Roswell Lexus for maintenance work and requested they also check to see why my radio got static when I turn on my rear defrost button. The dealership stated I need to have my cabin filter changed for my maintenance and in order for then to diagnose my static situation, they would have to take my rear window off. As such, I informed them I did not want the defrost button fixed. The next morning, I turned my car on and my front defrost button was blinking and I could not operate any other panel button until the light stopped blinking which was about 30 seconds and my fan did not automatically come on as it had prior to my service with this dealership. This happened each time I started my car after it had been sitting for at least 2 hours or more. I scheduled another visit for them on 9/14/18 to look at my car and explained what was happening and informed them this was not happening prior to my service I received from them. The service manager argued me down and stated they did not cause this and I argued my case that they did. He insisted that I needed to pay an additional $300 plus for them to remove my rear window because my antenna was causing this malfunction. I refused to pay the money and left because I knew that did not sound logical and was confident they did something to cause his malfunction. The weekend I called several other service departments and described what my car was doing and informed them of the service and they stated it sounded like my cabin filter. I also googled the problem and found the same information. I called the General Manager 9/17/18 and he basically called me a lie and stated they would not repair my cabin filter even though they did not install it properly and referred me to a different location. He never acknowledged that they could have made a mistake nor took ownership of causing this new problem when I had no problem prior to entering their shop. Horrible service, management is non responsive

Scheduled an appointment to have a recall done and a new water pump installed. I had a warranty question and I called Chad Duncan the service manager and had to leave a message. I have purchased two new Lexus GS-F's from this dealership and decided to take my sons Lexus IS350 for service even though it is out of warranty and I was paying cash. I was quoted $286 for the part and 2 hours labor. Once the car was at Nalley Lexus Roswell the quote changed to $1,121.98!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Chad Duncan never returned my call, another employee did. Moral of the story, after buying two new Lexus cars from Nalley Lexus (Asbury Auto Group) I will not buy, nor service any of my cars here in the future. The lack of courtesy to even return a loyal customers call is astounding at best. There are other Lexus dealers in Atlanta that are not owned by Asbury Auto Group (Nalley) I would suggest going to one of those.

He helped me to get a great NX 300F Sport with great deal for my wife for our first Anniversary, and also he took a video of me and my gift, that was very awwwwwsome. Roswell Lexus sale manager attitude

I drove 4 hours from Savannah to this dealer to buy a Lexus GS 350 but I have to deal with the sale manager attitude issue. He does not want to work with me to sale a Lexus. The salesman (Austin Volk) was nice but the sale manager had attitude, he talk bad a bout me behind my back to the 2nd salesman since Austin has to go home for emergency. What ever price on the Lexus the sale manager said I have to buy or no deal tha he walk away and does not care ! I never want to go back to this dealer since Atlanta has other nice Lexus dealers such as Nalley Lexus dealer in Galleria.

Nalley Lexus Roswell provides exceptional service. After weeks of trying to find the perfect car for our daughter, we found the car that offered everything on our wish list. Our salesman, Curtis, was friendly and knowledgeable. The new trade-in needed servicing. Curtis and the Nalley Lexus Roswell staff kept us update on the progress every step of the way. Their goal was to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and our daughter had a safe new ride.

This was my first experience purchasing a Lexus. I expected better. I should have listened to my instinct and walked away from the purchase. However, I continued and am still having issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rod has been really helpful with our 2017 RX350 purchase. I did most of my communication via email. His replies were really prompt and had all the information I was looking for, at the same time not pushy. I will definitely recommend Rod to anyone looking for a Lexus.

Sold me the car I wanted

Sometimes when you visit a dealership, the salesperson does not listen when you walk in the door looking at a certified pre-owned at a specific price range. Instead they show you a car well outside of what you anticipated buying and use "all the tricks in the book" to get you to purchase more car than you wanted. This was certainly not the case with Matt. I came in looking at a specific car and he worked with me to get the trade-in value, and financing rate that met my expectations. His approach was low-pressure and went over my options in a straightforward way. Overall the experience was great. I would recommend Matt to others looking to purchase a Lexus in the greater Atlanta area.

After searching online for a car, I found a CPO lexus with the color and options I had been seeking. Rod was very accomodating and helpful. He was professional, no pressure sales. I noticed some issues with the car that were promptly repaired at the direction of Eric Shu. GM, Joseph Boening was awesome.as well.

Sleazy Sales Tactics

The sales staff at Nalley Lexus of Roswell, especially the ones in the Internet department, are the most unethical, immoral, and unprincipled group of people. I had a buyer’s agreement with them as well put in a deposit. Nevertheless, they sold the car to someone else. The dealership and I agreed on the price of an ES 350. On Thursday and Friday, February 15 and 16, I was away at a conference. From my conference venue, on Thursday, I sent them my agreement to purchase the vehicle and called in a deposit. I told my salesman, Jason Hill, that I will be home late Friday and will not be able to get him a cashier’s check on either Saturday or Sunday, February 17 and 19, since my credit union was closed on those two days for Presidents’ Day. To show seriousness about acquiring the car, my wife and my youngest son, visiting from San Francisco, went to the dealership. It was about 5:30 PM when we reached it. Jason Hill was with another customer. He came out and brought the car over for my wife and my son’s inspection. As he was busy, we left—leaving the key with the receptionist. Mid-way home, Jason Hill called me, saying he was leaving for home in North Carolina that evening and would be back Wednesday afternoon. Accordingly, I told him I will bring the check on Wednesday. On Tuesday (February 20) afternoon—about 3:30 PM, I get a call from Eric She, the Internet manager that the car had been sold. I told him that Nalley Lexus Roswell broke an agreement with me. He could care less. Instead, he berated me—laying the blame on me. For not one second did he apologize. A few minutes later, Jason Hill texted me, repeating that the car had been sold. I called Eric Shea back, he never returned my phone call. I also called and left a message for Adam Nguyen. He did he return my call either. I texted Jason Hill three times that evening to return my deposit, and he also ignored me. Next day, I called James Boening, the general manager, and left him a voicemail. He has yet to call me back. WHO DO THEY THINK ARE? They are nothing but sleazy salespeople, confirming the stereotype. LEXUS should take notice of such low-life tactics. Nalley Lexus of Roswell is tarnishing the carmaker’s brand. My wife and I are vested in the Lexus brand. Hers was totaled while I drive a Lexus SUV.

No one hates salesmen more than yours truly, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate Matt Borlenghi for taking care of me during my car search. He is different than any salesperson I've ever worked with. He was extremely patient and honest through the entire process and was NEVER pushy!! This is my first Lexus and I couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out! I highly recommend Matt and also Nalley Lexus of Roswell!

Matt Borlenghi was the epitome of a great salesman. Even though we didn’t buy a Lexus,he was able to secure the car we wanted and get everything done in just a few hours.
