Great Second Experience

We were a repeat customer for our second Lexus from the same dealership. Robert Billings was our Salesman. He was extremely patient, helpful and very friendly. Our Purchase occurred over 2 days, we came to look and get information and then were ready to purchase the next day. Robert answered all of our questions and couldn't do enough to keep us comfortable. He has followed up with us since our purchase to see if he may be of further assistance. Josh and my husband sparred a little over price but we ended up a satisfied customer. Finance was also great to work with, Muhamed found us the best finance rate and gave us options and helpful advice.

Jim Roberts is the BEST!

I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years and have never enjoyed the experience. That changed when I bought my car from Jim Roberts at Nalley Lexus! Within 10 minutes of meeting me, Jim found my car. I love my car and Jim has been great keeping in touch. I highly recommend both Jim and Nalley! Brandi Maday is fabulous in service! I never wonder if I’m getting ripped off, she takes great care of me and my car!

Definitely worthwhile driving 40 miles for expert handling of my request, mainly because of the friendly and competent salesman, Kirk Martells. Kirk went overboard in soliciting my business. Since I was slow to make a decision, Kirk called me repeatedly for almost a year, never putting pressure on me or my wife to make our purchase. He was patient, persistent and knowledgeable. N Abrams

Mayo was awesome! She made the whole buying experience wonderful and EASY!! no stress , no pressure. Did not rush me ! Even before I got to the dealership she went out of her way to send me pictures and even a video of the car I was interested in purchasing. Even though it was raining she took the effort to make the video of the car and send it to me.

Mr Kirk Martells was the ultimate professional on the multiple occasions I entered Nalley Lexus looking for a car for my son. I work long hours and really have no interest in test driving any car. So Mr. Martells stepped in test drove the cars both times. The choices he made on my behalf were spot on. Excellent cars in great shape and great prices. I am currently thinking about purchasing a car for my 15 year old son and will only consider Nalley Lexus and Kirk Martells.

Chandra Mayo did a great job of addressing our needs and was able to identify a used vehicle that matched what we were looking for. She skillfully took us through the purchase process and at the conclusion took the time to provide instructions and technical support relative to all the various vehicle controls. She also introduced us to David Fazio, a service consultant who we plan to work with on all our upcoming service and maintenance needs. We had an excellent sale representative. Rod Eshanov was patient and super nice. He always follows up and made sure all of our questions were answered. We have bought quite a few different types of suv and trucks and have worked with many different salesmen. Though the dealership was closed Sunday, Rod responded quickly to my Saturday night inquiry on a specific SUV. Test drive Monday and took it home Tuesday. Very friendly and competent sales team!

My experience at Nelly Lexus Roswell

As a committed driver of Lexus vehicles since 1995, I have dealt with three other dealerships. Nelly Lexus Roswell demonstrated the best level professionalisms overall among the four. I actually called looking for a specific set of car specifications including color. I had been terrible disappointed and given false information at another Lexus Dealership. Within several days, I was provided prompt and courteous responses to my inquiry. Within a week my deal was excellently executed; and I am very satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others including family, friends.and other associates.

Improperly put in my Cabin Filter & wouldn't acknowledge it

On 9/8//18 I took my car to Nally Roswell Lexus for maintenance work and requested they also check to see why my radio got static when I turn on my rear defrost button. The dealership stated I need to have my cabin filter changed for my maintenance and in order for then to diagnose my static situation, they would have to take my rear window off. As such, I informed them I did not want the defrost button fixed. The next morning, I turned my car on and my front defrost button was blinking and I could not operate any other panel button until the light stopped blinking which was about 30 seconds and my fan did not automatically come on as it had prior to my service with this dealership. This happened each time I started my car after it had been sitting for at least 2 hours or more. I scheduled another visit for them on 9/14/18 to look at my car and explained what was happening and informed them this was not happening prior to my service I received from them. The service manager argued me down and stated they did not cause this and I argued my case that they did. He insisted that I needed to pay an additional $300 plus for them to remove my rear window because my antenna was causing this malfunction. I refused to pay the money and left because I knew that did not sound logical and was confident they did something to cause his malfunction. The weekend I called several other service departments and described what my car was doing and informed them of the service and they stated it sounded like my cabin filter. I also googled the problem and found the same information. I called the General Manager 9/17/18 and he basically called me a lie and stated they would not repair my cabin filter even though they did not install it properly and referred me to a different location. He never acknowledged that they could have made a mistake nor took ownership of causing this new problem when I had no problem prior to entering their shop.
