NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Looking for a new car has been a nightmare. The lack of customer service out there is unreal. So, it is time to start calling these dealers out. Napleton has been one of the worst. I found a vehicle on their website and made an inquiry via their website. Heard nothing back for days. Finally got an email from Annie saying that she wanted to be sure all of my questions had been answered. Ummm NOOOO. Nobody bothered to respond. I emailed her back and told her so and SHE DID NOT RESPOND. Then I get an email from Anthony, the General Manager telling me how important my business is! LOL I email him back. NO RESPONSE! Then I get an email from Bryan saying that he had emailed in response to my inquiry. NOOOOO you did not email me. So, I email him back and tell him that he had not emailed and that nobody had responded to me and how terrible their customer service is. I HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM HIM EITHER! Then I get an email from Victoria, the Internet Sales Manager and she apologizes and tells me that this is not the way they do business and still wants to earn my business! This email from her is included in the thread of my emails to them so she has seen them all. I email her back and guess what...NOTHING! NO REPSONSE! I wait another day and email her again and again...NO RESPONSE. I have never seen anything like it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Charged for work not done!

Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a loaner van. Keep in mind I live over 40 miles away and it takes an hour five, to an hour forty five depending Orlando traffic to get there. Everything seemed great; the Service Advisor seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get me in when my vans AC died. He wrote everything up and told me he would call me when the repair work was done. At 10am the next day, I received a call, my van was finished. So I left work early, was in the van an hour and thirty-five minutes before I got to the dealer, arriving at 5:45pm. I came in, paid my$107 deductible, and headed to my van, to only find out that the repair was not done and the AC blower still did not work. So I went back in to only be told, to take the loaner again and it should be done by Tuesday. After spending 1.5 hours in the van, paying $25 one way in gas, I told him that I would prefer my van and would like to schedule a time to bring it back. He told me there was no need, to just bring it back any time as he had no mechanics available to finish the job. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was told several hours. This in itself is infuriating, but it gets better. When I left and tried calling several managers from the service manager who I know was there, to trying to get a hold of the operations manager for the dealer, was told by the 2 ladies working the phone they would try them, to only be disconnected 4 times and then sent to voicemail. After this experience of them not fixing my vans issues, charging me for the repair and billing Dodge for the warranty work, I called Dodge to put a complaint in as the dealer is committing fraud. I do not recommend this dealer as they put on a good show, but charge you for work they do not do! When you try to get an answer, they hang up on you. The repair should have been completed before I was called to drive out their. Stay AWAY! I will be fighting for my deductible back, as I will be going to another dealer to have the issue fixed.

We came in to purchase a Ram 2500 but we ended up leasing it instead. Our salesman Michael and the Managers gave us all rhe options and the lease amount made sense. We will recommend Napleton to our friends. We love the truck. Edgardo and Rosa Cruz

Waste of time

Enquired about a vehicle, was asked 3 times to go and look at vehicle. 3 times the vehicle wasn't even in stock or on the premises. They couldn't even locate one. Altogether about 4 hours wasted as they were working a price out, then comes with a price higher than the sticker price they sent me.

I want to thank Billy Taylor in the service department . Thank you for making my experience a good one even when my van was broke down. Thank you for being courteous and thoughtful when dealing with me. Thank you for being helpful, kind. He will be the reason I continue to come here. Because the salesman in the car sales department was rude and very unprofessional tords me. So I wasn't going to come back. And I was hesitate when I needed it serviced, but Billy taylor made the visit unstressed and very professional. So thank you again Billy in the service department

Not even one star!

This place is a scam when it comes to online prices!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE!!!!! Don't waste your time driving to the place. The price on line was $3,750. The tag on the car when I got there was $4,790. With a $499 trade in the final price they gave me was $5,450!!! I have dealt with a lot of dealers in my years but this one takes the prize on deceit!!

HAPPY OWNER OF A 2016 CHRYSLER 300

As soon as I walked into the Dealership I felt very welcomed. The Sales people there are so kind and willing to help even if it's not their sale. My sales person was Emilio Navarro. Not once did I felt pressured or obligated to buy anything. I felt like I was amongst friends and all questions I had I got answered. The next day I came with my husband and I surprised him with a 2016 Chrysler 300 thanks to Emilio and his patience with me the day before. Emilio is down to earth and will make you feel comfortable while you make your purchase. He is also very knowledgeable on all the vehicles on his lot. I want to thank the staff at Chrysler Napleton Kissimmee, you guys are AWESOME!! As soon as I'm ready I will be getting another vehicle from this dealership and for me to say that is big. I do not like dealerships because of the hassles they put you through but this is not the same; these employees really do make you feel at home. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!!!

Best Help Ive ever received

Bought a new truck!!!

Richard Lebaron, Rafael Rivera and Alex Perez at the sales desk were fantastic!!! I went to 5 other dealerships and they all lied to me. Not once did anyone at Napleton and I came in contact with several lie to me. They always go above and beyond they worked my deal so I could get financed when no one else could. Also I've had my truck in service and had a similar experience Alex in service has went above and beyond they even washed it what a nice surprise. I've even had the pleasure of meeting the GM Nick what a great guy that has surrounded him self with a great team. If you're looking for your next vehicle or excellent service don't waste your time going anywhere else! Thank you for everything I will be back for service and my next vehicle!

Awful Sales Services

I decided to try this dealership again with the intent of getting a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I knew exactly what I wanted and I had told them I wanted to factory order one. They came back with high numbers and I told them if they can drop the MSRP they would have a deal; so a week goes by and I hear back from Rafael Rivera a sales rep and he called to tell me what it would be which was 43,000 fully loaded (I told him all the options the first day we met) I told him to text me the information in case we had any issues I would have proof, we decided to get trade in a different vehicle so negative equity wouldn't carry over we agreed on a trade in price and kept mentioning 43,000$ to make sure we were on the same page and we were (kind of) we tell them well be back Monday and we can start the factory order paper work. On Monday that's when everything went down hill, John Guzman the sales manager tried a bait and switch twice; he presented a jeep that was in transit but it was missing an option, I told him to added the rock rails, 15+ minutes later he comes back with a build list for a factory order he "messed" with the numbers and presented roughly 40,000$ after everything was accounted for, now at this point I almost signed it but me and my parents who were with me that day and the previous Saturday told them what happened to the 43,000 MSRP that you guys said, John decides to lie and say that he never heard of such a thing, after I show him the text he gets really defensive and starts making excuses why it cant be 43,000$, all in all we left the dealership enraged and needless to say we will not be shopping at Napoleon Chrysler Jeep Dodge anymore. and before you say YOU can help NICK you can't because you don't care about your customers especially your loyal ones I've tried contacting you multiple times and sent countless emails and all I get is "oh he is in meeting" or I get on of your automated emails, I know you wont help so don't bother if you decide to help YOU call me this is your problem not mine.

Bad salesmen.

If only I could give a zero star rating. Let's begin, they posted a price for the car I wanted on truecar, it was the correct color I wanted but was less equipped which I would have been fine with however, it became a giant mess when I walked through the door, and when I had arrived and asked for that car they tried to sell me on a Chrysler 200 instead, claiming that the Jeep Renegade had a recall on it, which was not true. After they finally put me in the car I wanted I showed them the truecar price and they preceded to tell me that price is fake, and doesn't include taxes or dealership fees which truecar states on its website that it does include dealership fees and taxes. The truecar quote was $24,237, and they at first offered me $29,987, then when I brought up the truecar price again they went in back to "talk" I sat at the desk waiting for nearly 30 minutes before I decided to leave. At that point they began calling me non-stop and begging me to come back into the dealership saying they will give me a better price, I told them no and to send me the quote over the phone which they finally did. The quote was $27,120 which was still no where near the truecar price, so I told them to get closer to the truecar price which they flat out told me would not happen. Therefore, I went back to Posner to get the car that was more equipped and for the same price. Overall, they tried to bait and switch me, and given me a price that was the same at another dealership for a less equipped car. In the end I worked with Emilio, and I will never shop at Napleton and never recommend it.

Amazing Service

I can not say enough about the service I received on September 9, 2016. My Dodge Charger was towed to Napleton Dodge late at night. Romany received my car and called me right away. He was incredibly nice and helpful. They worked on my car after midnight and had it ready by next morning. He texted me to let me know what the problem was and that it was ready. He also called a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I can tell you I originally serviced my car in Orlando but not anymore. I have found my new Dodge service department at Napleton Dodge!
