Wonderful Experience

As a first time buyer of a brand new vehicle on my own, and very nervous, Tom Kennedy, Ray Reale and the staff at Napelton's made it such a wonderful experience. The whole process went very smooth. Tom took time and went over the whole vehicle (2107 - Ram 1500 Express Quad Cab 4x4). I left the dealership with a great feeling and am enjoying my new purchase tremendously. Awesome Service

Tom is an awesome sales guy. He worked well with us and we also enjoyed working with him. I would recommend if you are interested in a vehicle you go to Napleton's in Ellwood City they are great there. Tom was very polite, courteous and took the time to go over the whole vehicle front to back. Thank you so much Tom. Now Mark in the loans department was great to deal with and also very helpful in the sale of our new vehicle as well. I AM TELLING YOU, THIS IS A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. This is our 3rd new vehicle that we have purchased from there and the only place I will go.

Unbelievable experience

I had an appointment with the service department for an oil change and state inspection. When I arrived I was greeted by Marlene in service. She was by far the most pleasant service advisor I have ever worked with. She explained everything and there were no hidden fees or surprises. I waited in the show room and everyone was so nice. I didn't know much about this dealership until it was recommended by Ray Reale. A special shoutout to Tom Kennedy for listening to me rattle on while waiting for my truck.

Excellent from start to finish!

Usually people only post negative reviews, but we would like to leave a very positive one regarding our recent purchase of a new Jeep Renegade. First off, our salesman Tom Kennedy was excellent and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help us in all aspects of our purchase. After our purchase he thoroughly explained all the features and electronics of the vehicle with great detail. He continued to take our calls days later when we had a question our needed assistance with something. We cannot recommend him enough. The Finance Manager, Allen was very helpful and he explained all the paperwork to us and answered any questions we had. He was very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating, and made this process easy with his friendly personality and humor. The General Manager, Mark was also very friendly and helpful. He gave us what we thought was a very fair trade in value for our car and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Napleton for your new car purchase and give them a 5 star rating. Very Disappointed Lee

12/12/16 Problem 4x4 not engaging light on dash flashes indicating no engagement. $109 or so in the hole just to look at vehicle. Then had to roll the dice to eliminate a possible cause. If a bolt broke truck undrivable until fixed. The repair of which I no doubt would get to pay for at outrageous rate. Turned out the exploration did not find or solve problem. Then I was informed it was a switch problem. Needs new switch paid $109 for switch to be ordered still waiting on switch maybe in 12/19/16 (6 days later)(looked up switch Rock Auto $46 add extra for overnight or express ship would have had switch Wednesday/Thursday at latest close to 50% markup). Googled problem found TSB 03-001-07 mentioned to service manager had the reference number to give to save time was ignored. If this new overpriced switch does not solve problem and it turns out to be problem addressed in TSB I will be very ticked off. I will be lucky to get out of here under $400 After this experience I will pay my regular mechanic more after this bend over. Unbelievable!

Chris Bundy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and by far the best salesman we have ever encountered. Chris listened to our needs and went above and beyond what is expected today. We have and will continue to recommend not only Chris Bundy, but Napleton dealership as well. The service department was very helpful in responding to a minor need post sale. Napleton will be our dealership for all future purchases. Best local dealership if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and THE place to go for a unique custom Jeep Wrangler. I was so super happy with the service of this establishment! I called to find out how to get a replacement key for my van and they informed me that there was a recall on them and I could get 2 new keys absolutely free of charge! what was even better was that they said they could do it immediately! I was shocked...no making an appointment for weeks later...? When I got there, the lady greeted me and was really understanding that I had a three year old with me as well! She directed me where we could go to eat our milkshakes and sit while waiting. Even the gentleman who greeted me after my vehicle was done was do nice and calm, he answered all my questions I had as well. I will be back for repairs on my van...great customer service is hard to find anymore. It was a breathe of fresh air! thank you!

Best car buying experience I ever had

Fast and professional assistance, I'm writing this review still can't believe I'm in a new car and the one I wanted with more than I asked for. I spent a total of 2 hrs from the time I test drove and came back the next day the deal was made and all papers signed. A good hr was just making laughs and having fun. Hands down very respectful people working there and fun. Please do yourself and your family and give them a try you won't be disappointed

I got Ask Why I went To a dealer 50 miles away.....

I wanted a regular cab 8 foot bed truck for spring... I started the search in Early February.... Since I have small lawn care business ... These "old fashion" trucks are had to find.. I took a peak at all the major brands... The Ford with it light weight body just didn't "feel" like a truck.. Plus it a small (I think 2.7 engine) which had dual turbo chargers which I predict will have a high chance of engine failure down the road.. But I fell in Love with the Ram... Now the real challenge was upon me.. I wanted Regular cab, eight foot bed and not white or brown.. I test drove a Hemi but t had more power than I wanted (probably would have got a lot of speeding tickets).. I was driving a GMC 4.3 which was rated at 185 hp.... The Ram 1500 I got has the 3.6 V-6 which is plenty of power (305 HP) for my uses plus some friends are getting around 21-23 MPG... That is yet to be seen for me (only been 2 days ).. But why did I chose a dealer so far away.. I went to many you see.. The first the sales guy was eating lunch.. I explained what I wanted said they didn't have a regular cab and said call me in a couple of months and I'll find you what you want.. The dealer close to my home had a 2015 that was in their loaner fleet.. It was a Hemi but it sounded like a ticking time bomb.. He was determined I was taking it home (WRONG)... I ask if I could order something.. When your ready I'll find you what you want.. Well this went on and on for a couple more weeks.. Asking the same question about ordering a truck but come back and we'll find you what you want.. Are these people stupid or something.. I have a computer and searched for what I wanted and the closest thing I found was over 200 miles away.. And it was Brown (YUCK)...My wife works for Walmart (employee car buying plan) and it sent me to True Car.. I put in what I wanted and 3 dealers called.... Mark Cattran (Sales Manager at Napleton Ellwood city called... Told him I what I wanted and would want it a couple of months... Before I had a chance to ask, he said why don't I order what I want... Blew my mind... Ran up a couple days later ordered exactly what I wanted.. Amazing 8 weeks later I have my dream truck.. Great people... WE had a great time... Our sales lady Robin was fantastic... Matter of fact I have a few friends interested in going up there for their purchase....This is the place.. No pressure... Help you get you what YOU want and Won't "STEER" you into something that isn't for you...... Wish all places where like this.....

The staff is very friendly, and genuinely seems to want to help. My service experience so far has not been the greatest though. I have 2 jeeps one from Kasings and one from beaver county jeep. My suspension noise issue I've had for over a year now neither place can fix. Both just keep replacing things or giving the placebo effect of lubing things to quite the noise. I think Kasings staff is great, unfortunately my service experience has been poor. I've found that even though I live 5 minutes away I go to the chevy dealership next door or the beaver jeep dealership for oil changes because service hours are inconvenient. Its sad such a great establishment could be so much better if the clients they sold to could actually return for service without having to go without a car or take a day off work just for an oil change. Long story short I prefer Kasings service but Beaver Jeeps conveniences...

I recently bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from Kasing Auto Sales...Needless to say I was quite impressed with the hometown service from Pam and Mr. Kasing himself. I absolutely love my Jeep and may not drive my BMW Z3 anymore! Pam was more than helpful in answering all of my questions, and Mr. Kasing himself made it a point to introduce himself to me! As a business manager myself, I give them an A++++ for excellence in customer care. Kudos to you Mr. Kasing for having such an outstanding staff!
