Perfect ride for me

The Best

My wife and I visited several dealerships, prior to stopping by. I had given up looking but on our way home my wife insisted we pull in. Met James our salesperson told him about our bad experience at the other dealerships we visited. Immediately he went to work and found what we were looking for and the price we wanted. I arrived frustrated and beat down, I left satisfied and will tell anyone and everyone to shop here before they go anywhere else. My future purchases will be with this dealer and sales staff.

AWFUL!!!

On July 31 I had an appointment to get an oil change, a coolant flush, and a recall all of which should've taken no more than two hours. The appointment was at 7:45 AM The car was not finished until 6 PM that day. I called at 2 o'clock to find out when the car will be finished and Scott said that the car should be done between 45 minutes and an hour that he would call when the car is complete. Now Scott did call when the car was supposedly completed at 4:15 I arrived at the dealership at 4:36 and the car was still being worked on even after he said that it was done. I spoke to the manager who said that he would make it right but still have not heard back. On top of that when I did the appointment online it stated that the cost of the appointment would be $169.99 and it came out $50 more (not counting tax) when I asked why they explained that there are additional fees that are not stated online. And to make things better I asked for a pamphlet for warranties the service department said that the sales department would have one and when I went to the sales department I found a gentleman and he said well we don't have any we are out so I went to another lady in the sales department and she called over the financial department which happened to be the same guy who I just spoke to and it turned out they did have pamphlets all they had to do was print one but he was too lazy to find it the first time I asked. This will be my last trip to the service department and sales department I will never buy another car or service vehicle with Napleton because of the lack of service and honesty.

Purchasing Vehicle

After shopping around town for a car, I decided to go to North Lake Jeep even though they were about 60 miles from my house. I did not regret it a bit, the service was excellent, my sales person Todd, was on his second day, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and worked with me in order to reach a deal we would be both comfortable with. They took in my trade at a reasonable price. They were not "pushy" like your typical car dealer. They did not have the car I wanted in the lot, and made arrangements to get it from another dealer, gave me a loaner ( with 22 miles) to take home until my car arrived. They delivered the car to me, pretty much an overall great experience. Afterwards, we noticed a typo in the paperwork, and they delivered a new set of paperwork all the way to Hialeah in my office. My kuddos to Maria in internet sales who worked with me via email to get to a sale price, Mike in financing, Andy ( gr. sales manager) and Todd. Awesome people, great service

This was my second time leasing a jeep though Luke Pomper and Napleton. I went back because Luke had provided me with great service the first time and he exceeded my expectations this time as well. He's committed to customer satisfaction, is professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend him and plan on going back again when my new lease is up. I also had the opportunity to work with DJ Nichols and Mike Demeglio, both of whom were also very professional and enjoyable to work with. All of them helped me to get into the jeep that I wanted and made the experience as stress-free as possible!

She was nice enough before we sign the deal and bought the car though very pushy ...almost bully but once the car deal was signed we had to fight to get her to follow up on the items she promised before the sale such as paint touch ups and missing accessories. To this date we are still fighting tring to get the 2nd set of keys that was promise to us. STAY AWAY from this dealership!

Harassment. They played me. Would give a zero if I could.

So I live in Stuart and decided to go here to buy a car. Went to buy a brand new jeep Cherokee. They hassled me on price the entire way through the process. They did not tell me any of the rebates or incentives. I was there for 4 hours. My contractual agreement has no mention of them either. So I had a 3rd party check to give them. Napleton northlake would not accept it. So two days later I go back with a personal check and was there for another one and a half hours. Still no one tells me anything about rebates or incentives. Two days later, after they let me leave with the vehicle, they contacted me about one of the rebates. They were asking for my fiancées registration as proof of a non Chrysler product in the household. She didn't want to give her personal information. I told, jorge my salesman and Dj the general sales manager, that she did not want to do this. So they proceeded to call me and threaten to not put my paperwork through until I gave them the information. I spoke with Dj Nichols personally about returning the vehicle and he told me "there will be a 1400 dollar charge and that I can bring it in and return it." I told him "I'm on my way from the Jupiter/tequesta area." So I show up and he had played me. He told me I could not return it. I got upset and he told me to leave the store. DO NOT TRUST HIM. HE IS A SNAKE. I had left a good review the day after to Chrysler because they had not yet started harassing me. Poor excuse for a person let alone a salesman.

Horible follow up and broken promises.

We bought a Truck 3 months ago that had minor paint damage on the tailgate. We were promised that they would order paint and schedule an appointment. We have made no less than 15 attempts to have them follow up on this broken promise. Each time they blame someone else for dropping the ball and promise prompt follow-up yet it does not happen. Their follow-up is horrible they break promises. Very poor service and experience.

Horrible dealership

I absolutely will NEVER go back to this dealership again. First, when I got there no one approached me as I walked around the ENTIRE car lot front and both sides. Finally, I went into the dealership and ask for someone to help me. They said someone would be right with me and to take a walk outside to look at the cars. I did so while I found the one I came to see in the very back. I was there for a 30, if not more, minutes until I was done waiting. All doors were unlocked, I crawled under the car to see if any rust and the car maintenance people even saw me; honestly someone could have stolen this car. I walked up towards the front of the dealership to have the same gentleman ask has anyone come out. "NO". We then once again took a walk back to the Jeep. Granit before someone came to help me it was about 45-1 hr. We then went to see a Jeep. I asked if I could take it for a ride, but due to it now being right before closing, I called immediately the next day and again the next day, but the salesperson was off. I left a voicemail on their cell, emailed them and for the receptionist to give to the gentleman I spoke with. The receptionist said it was his day off and he will contact me tomorrow. Now, wouldn't you think they would direct you to someone else to get you to the dealership asap into the vehicle? I waited until after the weekend hoping for a follow up on the car I was very interested in and continued to check up on it online. I called the gentleman's cell phone and I was told it was sold. He stated he did not check his voicemail nor got the message. In addition, it is still listed, therefore it just must have sold. I did receive an apology and asked if they could help me find something else, but that is NOT what I wanted. I guess they did not want to sell to me? I honestly feel discriminated by being a young looking female. The stereo of a dealership was definitely portrayed here. The service here is HORRIBLE. I'm very disappointed of the overall treatment of a customer looking to spend money. This fault as you can see is on the entire dealership. EXTREMELY LIVID because I went there the day the car was listed online and continue to follow up to purchase this car. Who begs someone to sell them a car? Can they make it up to me.. how the car is now sold.

Anthony Irby and James Jackson were most professional

I came for an oil change on my 2016 Chrysler 200 and was a little confused about my warranty. James Jackson immediately took me over to F and I and had the finance manager explain it to me in lay mans terms so I could understand what the service document covered. Mr. Irby made sure all my concerns were addressed even though they were very busy with Kia service as well.
