We visited Napelton River Oaks Honda to purchase our 2015 Jeep Grande Cherokee, our experience was overall easy and pleasant. Our salesman Clemente was very knowledgeable about our Jeep. He was able to explain all of the bells and whistles. We were very concerned about price because we had our minds set on a specific amount, both Clemente and Frank helps us achieve our goals on purchasing a new vehicle. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Customer Service

The Sales Manager Frank was very good in taken care of my request and concerns.. He calls me to described the car I was searching for (2014 Nissan Murano) with any defects and offer to display a face time video of the car if I had video capabilities from my cell phone. I didn't so I come into drive the vehicle.... Clemente met me at another Napleton Dealership and we go and drive the car within South Holland town. I explain that I would like to drive it over 60 mph to see if it had any shaking. He guided me to a strip that I would be able to get the car up to 60 mph without fear of traffic or running into anyone. No shaking, but after my test drive, I notice an issue with Power steering, Clemente mention that they added power steering fluid but recommend that I take it to a Nissan Dealership to have them to check it out.. Along with the Power Steering issue, there was a scratch on the door and I was missing a key. Frank took care of the scratch on the door and he had Clemente to come and grab the car from me so that they may take it to a Nissan dealership to get the key cut for me. Approximately 3 hours later, Clemente delivers the car back to me with two keys. There was an issue with the paper work and playing phone tag with the dearlership, but the General Sales Manager call me personally to apologize for the miscommunication, phone tagging and they have now rectify all the paperwork. He also inform me that he will work to make the miscommunication and back and forth phone tagging a thing of the past, as well as making sure everyone at the dealership is on the same page. With the Service I receive from Frank and General Sales Manager I would recommend a friend to go and see them personally for a vehicle. They have went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfy with my experienced with them. That's what I call exceptional customer service.

HONDA DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND THEY ARE DISHONEST

I had brought a certified 2007 Honda Odyssey on March 2016 from this dealership and after 5 weeks it broke down on me and when I brought it back to get repaired 7 week after that it broke down on me again. The General Manager name Frank told me that he will have his mechanics fix everything because we stand by our name. 6 months afterwards the car had broke down again on me at my cousin funeral and I was stranded, I had it towed back to the Napleton Honda and they assured me that everything should be fine. On January 1st 2018, once again the car was having major issues again and it was knocking loud and the mechanic said it has a reading error for camshaft position sensor and timing belt. I did believe anything that Napleton Honda said at this point and had two auto mechanic shop looked at it and said that the motor is going to go out soon. I wanted to confirm that the other mechanic was telling the truth, so I took it to another mechanic and he said the exact same thing that the motor will not last much longer. Today March 1, 2018 I received a call from Eric the Napleton honda Service guy in charge and he told me that they changed the timing belt tensioner and camshaft but I will need my timing belt change and also my serpentine belts change as well. "It won't cost you that much but a total of $524.18 that includes your $100 deductible." I feel this has been an ongoing problem and Honda need to take responsibility for their so call certified vehicle and make the changes as the GM (Frank) said they stand behind their name. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AS WELL, THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SINCE I BROUGHT THIS CAR.
