Very good experience

Test drove a car, traded in the old one (and paid off the loan), financed the new one in under 3 hours. No high pressure warranties, no VIN etching or other scams. It was all very pleasant and Marko our salesman was easy to talk to and not pushy and did exactly what he was supposed to do. I've honestly never had a good car buying experience until this one.

These guys know what their doing. Tony Smith & Pat Hogan my salesmen was very knowledgeable, and Mo the GM worked with me to get my 2017 Scat Pack Charger. They are very professional and funny. I wasn't pressured at all. I took it on a test and they let me hit the accelerator a couple of times. Gave me the best price on my car, no other dealership would have came close to the price i paid. I will be purchasing future car there for now on... Hbomb

I had a great experience at Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The sales person ,Tony Smith, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy anything and more importantly there was no sales pitch. The finance person,Eric Littleton, was very helpful in finding the right lender that worked best for me. This will be my dealership of choice going forward.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Tony Smith this gentleman was very polite and didn't rush or try to push a car off on us. He worked with us on a trade and found the best deal possible that would work out for us. I highly recommend that any one looking for a vehicle please stop and see Mr. Tony Smith great guy and great personality !

The service manager James seen I had a bad report he beg me to write a good review and the next time I need something he would assist me ,I brought 2017 jeepwrangler and was trying to buy a Soft top for it he never return my phone calls he never got back with me .this dealership is only nice when buying the car after you buy it they treat you like xxxx it is ashame that I have to go to hawk dealership to buy something i should be able to go back were I brought the car from

Horrible services department! Called and asked if they could change my break pads on my car and was told yes. Brought my car in several hours went past before they told me they had to order parts and they were now working. I said fine can I get a shuttle to go and get something to eat. The young man shook his head no and shrugged his shoulders mouthing I can't. I walked to get a snack from a store down the street. I then had my first call at about 445pm stating that I need rotors as well should they go ahead with the work. Well I needed to have my car safe and driving so yes do the work. A few more hours went pass and now I have a service guy saying well we are working hard to fix your car I just found out that you've been here all day. Next at 730pm he is telling me I am here to give you a loaner. Confused where is my car? Well we ordered the wrong parts! Upset talked with the GM before leaving. Next day no phone calls or anything checked on my care twice, finally at 530 they called to say your car is ready. Get there and all my brake lights are on and won't go off. Gm comes out and says I want to make sure we fix it right so your going home in the loaner. 3rd day I called again to check on my car and was told we are working to find the problem. Later a call came in stating they have found the problem parts won't be in until the 4th day. We will call you then. They called when they received the part and once my care was fixed. However the damage had been done because of the horrible customer services on day 1 and 2. With the fact that staff lied and said they were communicating with me. Never in my 22 plus years of driving have I experience service like this. I believe they treat their women customers like crap and are not honest on top of that.

I would not recommend this dealer.

on April 1,2017 I purchased my 2017 Chrysler 200. I was greeted by Tony Smith who promised me he would get me in a vehicle that would best fit my need and budget. Fake News

I think the employees have to be writing some of these reviews. My first experience here left my tailbone sore after waiting almost 5 hrs to get an oil change. The second time...everyone, except Jake my first service member, was overly rude. And the service received was subpar. The last visit, yesterday. They replaced my radio and dug in and scratched almost every every piece of trim the worker more than likely came in contact with. They tried to tell me he had no reason to even touch it so he didn't do it...hmmmm then why is my entire center counsel able to lift with one finger now?! Bad business

If you want your car done the correct way go to Tinley Park Dodge at least they answer the phone over there these people here say your car's ready and I know it's not ready I've been here 3 times and 4 days my car still running s***** they didn't even offer me a loaner car or anything the service manager Tom he should be a Salesman or something he should not be over the service department he don't answer the phone he just sits there look at you then what's the point of having coupons you can not use them.

DO NOT GO HERE . I spoke with the Service Dept Manager and he stated they have grown 3X and can not service customers. They are operating at a 2017 growth out of a 1975 building, So consumers, please help them - they have too much business and will not invest in customer service. I bought 3 cars within 2 years from this dealership; however, I will not go back due to the poor service department. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I was told I would not have to wait this long if I made an appt . So made an apt for an oil change and wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. Took the other car in for a service call. I was not happy and spoke to the serv dept manager who was not nice. They are too busy and can not accommodate servicing cars. Ironically, took my car across the street to Napleton Honda and received the best customer service in a timely fashion !!!!.

I would not recommend this dealer.

This dealership i believe has invested interest in screwing over customers, my truck was under warranty and it took 3 mos to get it fixed, it doesn't take 3 mos to build a truck, very disappointed

Lack of communication

I Dropped my vehicle off overnight Monday the 10th for an 8:45 a.m. appointment Tuesday the 11th to get a diagnostic on my check engine light and an electrical issue. I didn't get my car back until two days later. Tom called at 7:30 a.m. the 11th to Inform me he had possesion of my vehicle and that was the last time I would hear from him. I called numerous times. I was told I would get a call back never did. My electrical issue was partially diagnosed and not reflected on my paperwork what me and Tom Walker spoke about on the phone. My radio was looked at and not my heated seats issue. I was informed if I wanted the full inspection of what me and Tom verbally agreed I would incur an additional charge on the day I picked my vehicle up. I finally was able to get a hold of Tom and informed him I was upset and it was very unprofessional not to update me on the status of my vehicle. He insisted he called twice and left a message. I informed Mr. Walker I would be on my way to pick up my vehicle and asked how much do I owe? I picked my car up only to wait 10 minutes before it was found and brought to me. The reason on the paperwork states too expensive as the reason service was declined. The real reason was due to poor communication. I actually liked the dealership thus my second, but unfortunately last return.
