DISHONEST SERVICE DEPT. !

I CANT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. ALWAYS HAD SERVICE DONE AT KIA OF MILFORD. SORRY I HAD TO CHANGE TO NAPOLI KIA I GAVE THEM THE BUSINESS OF TWO KIA SORENTO'S A 2003 AND A 2015 THEY FOOLED ME INTO HAVE A BIG SERVICE DONE TWICE. I CAUGHT IT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. (THATS IF THEY DID THE SERVICE AT ALL) THEY WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND WHEN I WENT IN TO UPGRADE MY COMPUTER INFO THEY GOT ME FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. TOLD ME MY 2 BACK WHEELS WERE ( ONE WAS FACING EAST AND ONE WAS FACING WEST) I FELL FOR IT. I MENTIONED TO THEM THAT THEY MIGHT BE TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY BACK FOR THEIR LAST MISTAKE? THEY DENIED IT . WHEN I ASKED FOR ANY PAPERWORK TELLING OR SHOWING ME THE PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE WAS DOWN AND I LEFT THERE WITH NO PAPERWORK AT ALL? BUT THE WORST PART FOR ME WAS THAT I WROTE AN E MAIL AND I CALLED AND SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT MEN WHO NEVER GOT BACK TO ME OR LOOKED INTO THE PROBLEM AT ALL. I AM NOW GIVING MY SERVICE TO DANBURY

Leased our new Kia Forte!

Went to Napoli Kia in Milford, Connecticut and met with Dave DiMatteo. He helped my wife and I thru the process of leasing our new 2019 Kia Forte. He was very professional and helpful, and made it very easy for us. We drove out that day with our new Forte. The facility was also very nice, clean, and everyone was great. Phenomenal Experience

After losing all faith in car dealerships because of my horrific experience with Key Hyundai, Dave and the team Napoli Kia restored my faith with their efficient and friendly service. Dave went above and beyond with help from a great team who worked their magic in making my upside down nightmare into a brand new vehicle and tremendous savings. A stress free and comfortable environment, very friendly business all together! They now have a life long customer and an unlimited amount of referrals!

Horrible Service Department

NAPOLI Service Department FRAUD!!! DO NOT trust the service department at NAPOLI KIA. I have owned several Kia vehicles over 15 years & never had an issue with getting them serviced at the dealer until Kia of Milford closed and Napoli took over. The service department has NEVER been a good experience, but I was stuck with Napoli because my wife's SUV (2009 Kia Borrego) is not common and most mechanics are not familiar with how to service it. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a service department starting in May of 2018. - May 3, 2018 - vehicle at Napoli for service - let them know the AC was not getting very cold on the driver’s side and blowing warm air on the passenger side - Checked air conditioning at pick up and warm air was coming out of the passenger side (1st failure to fix) - I agreed to bring the vehicle back the following week and they kept it for several days resulting in a resistor & sensor assembly replacement costing $1,000. This ended up not solving the problem. (2nd failure to fix) - Brought the vehicle back to be inspected one month later in June 2018 because the air was not getting cold and Napoli stated no problem found (3rd failure to fix) - August 2018 - system would only produce cold air sporadically and was brought back in to Napoli. It took 2 days to be told AC was shutting down because a blown head gasket was causing the engine to overheat. We never had an overheating problem so this was a lie. (4th failure to fix) - When they called to tell me a blown head gasket was the issue I was told the repair would be $3,100 and they suggested I speak with a sales rep to consider a new car. It was also heavily suggested that it was not safe to drive the vehicle for any long distances. - Decided to take the vehicle to a different Kia dealership for second opinion and they found that the head gasket was fine with no overheating issues at all, but the resistor & sensor assembly parts were badly damaged and installed improperly and the shroud for the radiator fan was missing. Had to pay $960 to have the repairs done correctly. The head gasket diagnosis by Napoli was OUTRIGHT FRAUD and an attempt to try to cover up the fact that the repair they charged me $1,000 for had either never been done or was done so poorly that it needed to be done again. I asked to have my money refunded and they have refused even after I provided documentation from the other dealer. I am not the only customer to have this type of experience with Napoli Kia and I will NEVER step foot in their service department again.

Buying a car

My Napoli experience was a great one starting with Kostas, my sales rep. He was knowledgeable as was all the people I dealt with there. And......the icing on the cake was when I drove my car home. The Kia Sportage Turbo........the very BEST!!!!

Very happy with my new Kia Forte lease,!!! The process was easy. We made a reasonable compromise on my monthly payments. I wish the car included a spare tire rather than a spare tire repair kit. Other than that the car runs beautifully. Love it!!!

Napoli Kia was hands-down the most professional car dealership I have had a pleasure of experiencing when buying a car than any other dealership I've ever been to. I have purchased many cars over the years and the experience at Napoli Kia was by far the easiest process, most professional and the best deal I have ever been given, I normally don't write reviews but the dealership deserves five stars all the way. Make sure you check out Napoli Kia if you're looking for a vehicle oh, these guys are the best

Dave Dimatteo made it easy for me to find the perfect car

What a great experience, Dave Dimatteo was awesome before i arrived he had already selected cars for me to see. He provided the history on all the cars so I knew what I was getting into, within minutes I was test driving my new car. Dave immediately began the paperwork, within 3 hours of arrival I was off in my new car. Maurice the finance director was great to, he made the finance part of the deal go quickly and smoothly. I would recommend any of my friends and family go see Dave D. he's not like every other car salesman he went way above and beyond to get me into the perfect car. Dave was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.

Been married 32 years and neither my wife nor I ever owned a new car. We've always bought quality used vehicles, but after walking into Napoli Indoor KIA and speaking with Dave DiMatteo, we can finally say we own a brand new car. Dave is a top notch professional, with a sense of humor, and a no bs attitude. He made the deal work. The rest of the staff we worked with was just as professional and dedicated to service. Terrible experience even after 3 years of knowing them.

I have bought my first car with the same general manager and sales person when it was Kia of Milford.. Went in to possibly see what they offer me or beat the unbeatable deal from another dealership. They matched the deal, which i was fine with since I bought my first car here and know them from previous purchase. They voiced and emailed me that the car will be at the dealership and be ready for pick up and delivery which to find out, it won't happen on that day that i was getting ready to go pick up the car, I have in writing on email that asked I can get my deposit back if the car isn't here on saturday(5/19/2018), which he said yes to Yesterday (5/18/2018). and now they refuse to return my deposit and also wants me to sign the paperwork when I haven't even seen my car. Funny how they want me to sign papers when the car isn't even in sight or have a thorough inspection by the buyer.. I have lost all the faith and trust in this dealership.. and people.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Wasn't sure I would be able to get financing. Dave was awesome, found a car for me in my price range and it was my first choice! Everyone was super friendly, the cars and the building is immaculate. Would definitely recommend.
